We will never stay here again. After a 6 hour drive here are issues in a nut shell: 1- requested bottom floor room. Was told those rooms were reserved primarily only to guests with pets. That if our room smelled to just call. It had a faint smell like the carpet was recently steamed but was too tired to go and switch rooms. 2- Shower knob did not work properly only cold water. When my husband was talking to the front desk I managed to get it to work so my husband could take a shower. The night front desk guy came and I said we finally got it to work. Hearing this he said something under his breath and blurted “Do you want to switch rooms or not!” 3- When returning from our dinner, a guest that had 2 dogs caught the elevator before us. Hmmm, thus that smell? 4- Morning front desk not as friendly, as I told them about our shower. Very abrupt, I had interrupted her conversation with another employee I guess. 5- I had put a soda in the frig the night before, it exploded. Felt bad left housekeeping a $5 tip. 6- Breakfast selection. Needs more. 7- Why do you post that you have laundry facility and you don’t have detergent or softener sheets available to even purchase? I must say and give kudos to-The front desk when we first checked in and the attendant at breakfast were the only ones that smiled.

Actually our “no stay” Made a res. Agreement was to pay at arrival. We arrived at 7:30 pm and they had cancelled our res. This was on thanksgiving. We had no place to go. They said they called twice but there was NO record of them calling. They said they attempted to charge my card, in stead of waiting to arrival, which we had agreed to. We are in our mid 70s and had no where to go. We ended up turning around and driving home. (3 hours). Terrible, ruined our thanksgiving. NEVER AGAIN

Good hotel and great spot where everything I needed was close by. Very clean and always had coffee ready. Room was okay for family. Enjoyed my stay here.

While I worked in the lobby for nearly 6 hours, I really got to understand how hard everyone works here. I used to assume that the check in receptionist was an easy gig because all you had to do was check people in. I was so wrong. The reception desk was constantly busy and the staff had to politely kick someone out for smoking. The other guest really wanted to get angry, but the receptionist was Sooo polite that the guest was super calm about it. He collected his stuff and left. I was so impressed about the staff’s ability to handle stressful situations. My room and hotel was clean, but dated.
