Front desk attendant was nice.
Some of the residents at the hotel made me feel uneasy. There was a family with a little boy who were relatively nice, but I worried for their child's safety. There was an old man on a mobility scooter staring at the child, who had been left alone, and I had to intervene and find his parents.

Not much to like except the location is convenient
Smell in fridge was horrible, rooms are overall not very clean (don’t walk on carpet barefoot), guests are questionable. I’ve witnessed many fights and shady people at this location. Staff is friendly but not knowledgeable. Took awhile to get checked in as I had paid for room via Booking but was still being charged for the room and deposit at checkin. Very frustrating!

The room was a good size and I liked that we were on the corner of the building. The parking lot was big for multiple cars, and the bed was pretty comfy. Check in was pretty easy as well.
For being a hotel that has posted signs on the property that clearly says no smoking, there were multiple cigarettes up and down the stairway/walkway to the room as well as trash just laying on the floor. Once we got into our room the first smell that greeted you was the smell of cigarettes like someone had previously stayed in the room and smoked all day inside. I had already had a migraine and this smell in the room just made for an unpleasant time that we didn't want to go back to the room and tried to find things to do all day because it was annoying not being able to breath clean air when trying to relax or sleep.

The price was okay. I liked the kitchen.
The fact the room had a leaky pip under the bathroom sink. We requested some dish set and coffee maker didn't get it until the last night.

Maintenance man was friendly
The breakfast was non existent - only granola bars and rewrapped muffins.
The location was directly on the freeway - noisy .
The kitchen - no coffee pot or 1 single item
No hair dryer
3 of 5 lites didn't work and were not ever fixed
Frig did not work upon check in, staff didn't give maintenance a work order, so it was 30 hrs. to repair. All my food spoiled.
Full time residents lived on both sides of me. Their dogs (more than 2 in each tiny space) barked a lot and people were rude, including the lady that yelled at all her children constantly.
Very unsafe location.

The room was perfect size, and I liked that they was pet friendly. Bed was a little too hard
. I really liked the kitchen, everything was great!! I will surely come back .
I was unhappy with the young man at the desk, he was rather rude,( had bad additude). We had a problem with my reservations and the extra deposit I was charged during my stay . In total I ended up paying $300.00
For my stay here. And I have not gotten any of back after 2 weeks . What up with that?

The staff was the best part of the entire stay. The friendliest people i’ve ever met at a hotel. They were super helpful and accommodating. It was in a very good area with lots of food and things to do around it.
It wasn’t the cleanest property. We found fecal stained sheets and blood stains on our lamp.

nothing.
our room had roaches, one of the bed was in bad condition, and than our door ended up not working and the facilities couldn’t figure out how to fix it so we had to constantly check in with them for a special key to open our door.

Nothing
This location has a major bug problem. I killed a roach, 2 spiders, 3-4 pincher bugs a 2-3 bugs I didn't recognize. I will never stay here again!

Our check in was at 3pm. We showed up at 3:30 and still had to wait 45 minutes for our room to be cleaned which made us late for the wedding reception we were attending. The room was not cleaned well, and there were roaches everywhere. I've never wanted to leave a room so badly! If it was cheap it wouldn't have been so bad but we paid 300 dollars for a roach infested room! Absolutely disgusting!

There is absolutely nothing for me to complain about I love my entire stay there

Breakfast, granola bars, coffee. I drove to the hotel, good access from Hwy 50. The surrounding business area is clean and well maintained. The hotel was less expensive than others in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Hmmm, the staff had difficulty with Booking.com payment using Paypal. I was shown 3 rooms that were not ready to be occupied before I was offered a room that was ready. 2 hour check-in. A bit distressing. This was a cheaper hotel so I had lower expectations.

I liked the area and price.
I didn't like the room was not very clean, the front door needed some attention but I'm glad it closed. But we experienced cockroache in our bathroom one but where there is one there are more.

It probably used to be a good hotel chain. We were tempted by having a kitchen inside our room, with the normal size fridge - which allows to cook a healthy breakfast for ourselves and not let all our food spoil on the way to the camping trip. But one of the 2 stove tops didn't work; there was no any single piece of kitchenware, no teapot, or a coffeemaker. We managed with our camping stuff, but that was a bother to carry everything there. Maybe we should've asked about the kitchenware at the front desk, but that would be even a bigger hassle, preferred not to.
While the hotel was listed under "24-hour front desk" category on the Booking, there was only a security guide there when we arrived (admittedly late), and he had difficulty first finding our reservation, then getting us the rooms keys. That took so long that we didn't remember to ask any essential info about breakfast time, wi-fi password, etc. The whole facility featuring the "no smoking" signs everywhere smelled of smoking pretty bad. And generally had very run down and disorganized impression.

Lady at the front was nice.
Felt dirty. Had the urge to check for bed bugs. Found some hair in the bathtub. There was no soaps (we had ours but still). Not even a bar of soap in bathroom but some liquid detergent samples in the kitchen...Was a weird place.
