Walking on the floors made my feet turn black. The tub had a slippery matt. The bathroom faucet was the screen so water squirted at you. And it always smelled like Marijuana. And no blow dryer, was told they were all stolen

Upon entering my room I noticed a very bad stench and it smelled like a stale cigarette. I instantly searched the place to see if it was cleaned. I found a crack pipe, dust everywhere, and unkempt room. The staff will not give you room service if it’s after 11pm. It was a very disgusting place to stay with rude staff.

The stench before entering the room was UNBEARABLE. Once we entered the room, it was filthy, smelled like a dirty stenchy dish trash, bathtub had built up dirt, cabinets are plywood and falling apart. The floor was dirty, definitely needs sweeping and a good mopping. Theres abandoned vehicles in the parking lot, night walkers all over the place all hours of the night, the trash that was right in front of our door was OVERFILLED w trash (maggots and flys all around!!) The worst part, we paid 3rd party, so we get the room "AS IS". Pretty terrible given that we had our 4 year old w us. So we had no choice but to keep the room.

This hotel has been a favorite of mine, however out of the last 4 visits, at least 2 times there were bugs in the bed. Not bed bugs, just bugs like flies, etc. under the covers. This stay there was something sticky that had spilled in the freezer which smelled up both the freezer and refrigerator. Plus something crusty in the groove you place your fingers to open the freezer. I had to scrape it off and then clean it with a wash cloth. No bugs this time, though. I dont know if on prior trips the bugs got in the sheets prior to being put on the bed, or if the sheets hadn't been changed? Overall I do like this hotel. I may have to reconsider if things don't improve.

Not as advertised! No breakfast. $40 early check in, rediculous! Just poorly painted and rented for a quick buck!!! $100 deposit for what???

The room came with a full size fridge with freezer, stove top to and microwave. Great room liked that I could cook. There's also a Denny's nearby. No problems A/C was cold and water was hot. I would recommend you stay here. Close to south mountain hiking and Arizona mills mall. Also in n out is close

The location is excellent and the price was right. The place is an older location and it shows. The place was not really clean and the bathroom had smears in the floor including a tennis shoe print

The hotel was very dirty, cockroaches came out in the bathroom, it made me feel disgusted, they asked me for a $100 deposit and they didn't give it to me, honestly I won't go back and I don't recommend it at all.

The room had a musty smell when I got in it. I aired it out a little, but still smelt it. The cabinet in the kitchen had serious water damage to it and the doors were damaged. The floor around the bed was dirty and needed sweeping.

I booked a room for my BIL for 2 weeks, he left after 1 week. During the second week I tried to cancel his room and get a partial refund. Made multiple calls and contacts to the property, multiple contacts with hotels.com and I never got that refund. This was strike 1 with hotels.com

I liked that we were left alone way in a corner but I hated the old TV that kept going off when we were watching a movie and we were over charged

The location was ideal, and I love the front door access. Friendly staff, nice clean property. The kitchenette was great. One suggestion , to ask housekeeping to fill ice trays. Not sure if there was an ice machine on the property. Thanks for the hospitality.

Checking in was horrible, this is the second time I’ve booked years ago they didn’t have a room and I had booked thru hotels. This second time was in the are and no one was at the front desk spent 20 mins trying to get a hold of front desk called hotels and then I was finally able to check in.

Check in was easy. Keys worked the whole time, no issues there. You had to get your kitchen kit from the front desk if you needed it, (I didn’t because I have my own). The beds were comfortable and clean, if not noisy. The bathroom had a lot of water damage and bad patch repairs. The bathtub was new, but very narrow, with a very curved bottom and very slick. The floor in the main room was warped and badly repaired and there were large soft spots (this was a second floor room). I saw two small roaches while there. This was a business trip, so it worked.

Staff seem friendly check in and check out was easy. But room was not up to par is a little bit dated. Table had debris from last guests on it. You could tell the room hadn't really been touched up properly. Which is sad because there's rooms aren't that big. It's not that hard to wipe things down and mop and sweep properly and clean the tub.

Despite my lower rating I really enjoyed my stay. The area is a little rough and there are quite a few homeless folks out and about. No one was mean or anything. Walkable to a Dennys that has great staff. I would absolutely stay here again, but may not be for everyone.

Lots of illegal activities on the property that goes over looked by staff on a daily basis . Prices are reasonable but the rooms have bed bugs and roaches in most rooms except for the rooms towards the front entrance when you first drive in . Wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there unless your absolutely on a tight budget and cant afford to stay any place else . There is one terrific front desk lady named April who is awesome and is probably the best part of that entire place ! Kudos to you April your the best !!! Miss yah !!!

The only good about this place is a staff manager named April she is the one who knows how to run that place professionally, Everyone else who works there isnt worth a bucket of P _ _ _ !!!! April is the heart and soul of that Hotel thats all i can really say about it ! Keep doing what you do April you deserve a raise ! Your the best !

The staff was quite exceptional. So helpful. The rooms however could be more like other motel rooms of similar price. They offer no shampoo, conditioner or dryer. You can get kitchen stuff from office of you ask.

Im a very long term since 2023 but my reviws regarding the property itself needs much improvement with trash spilled liquids still visible. And numerous issues with laundry. My review regarding the staff...more than excellent. Miss April has been more than helpful and when i left out of state she went above and beyond while i was gone 12 days.
