We had a wonderful 8 night stay at Adobe Rose. Dina and the staff did a great job with the 3 course breakfast and everything else. The property is very well kept and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location in the center of Tucson was very good for us, close to everything in town and good for day trips out of town in any direction.

Older property in neighborhood close to university. Our room was tiny, not private, furniture was rickety, only one small wooden chair to sit on. The bed faced the bathroom and the make -shift kitchen - it felt like we were in a 1972 mobile home that we spent $343 a night - a total rip-off from the owners! The manager was sweet and did get best....

This location was charming to say the least, we believe it is one of the most interesting places we stayed thus far.. It is beautifully adorned in Southwestern charm and well laid out for its purposes of a bed and breakfast. This has extremely good UofA Campus access as well. - Tom is a Gem!

It was the most excellent. We stayed in the family unit which had a mountain view (our own deck and patio as well). A southwest/romantic style with flowers and plants and beautiful landscaping, with a few quiet courtyards to choose from for tranquil relaxation; and sunny poolside ( pool not heated yet however ). The Innkeeper performed culinary expertise with elaborate breakfasts with wholesome ingredients; we weren’t hungry the rest of the day. This gem is in a safe, quiet, more upscale southwest neighborhood walking distance from the college; a quiet beautiful campus to explore.

Host is so sweet! This isn’t a huge hotel. This is a small house with a host who really cares. He makes breakfast for you and makes sure you’re taken care of! Traveling alone? Don’t worry! The other guests will talk to you during breakfast :)

We came to Tucson for a U of A football game and to relive some old college memories. The location was perfect - only a 5 minute walk to the stadium, and a short drive to all the old haunts around campus. We also loved the breakfast. We will be back!

The Adobe Rose is a charming six unit B & B located within walking distance of the University of Arizona. The unit we stayed in is a small stand alone casita, nicely and comfortably furnished. The innkeepers were friendly and engaging and a joy to stay with. The three course breakfasts--fruit, main course, and baked good--were consistently delicious. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay.

This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Tucson - especially the university area. Hoping to come back many times in the future. Food was delicious, they accommodated my daughter who is vegan. Room was cozy and comfortable. Beautiful outdoor area, hope next time it is warm enough to swim.
