Excellent location, staff and facilities. Only improvement would be to have air conditioning in the room as it got incredibly hot at night.

We would NOT recommend this hotel unless you want to be awake until 2:00am. If you like the nightlife then choose this place. No air conditioning and only one fan in the whole suite which meant keeping the windows open…. Which means you CANNOT SLEEP until 2:00am. No shower curtain in the bathroom. Parking was 1/2 mile away in a sketchy underground parking garage that was so tight it was scary in a brand new sports car. We had to carry our luggage that 1/2 mile. Very nice staff and the breakfast was very good but it didn’t make up for all the rest of the issues.

Amazing! 1 minute to the Palace and city center. Christofe is very kind and care of us explaining how to organize the visit to the casamates and Grund.

Fantastic location for tours, sightseeing and evening entertainment. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was perfect for the 3 of us. It had a separate lounge/ second bedroom and a very spacious ensuite. Because of its central location there is a bit of noise from the bars and clubs but the windows are double glazed so little gets through, unfortunately this made the room a bit stuffy and could have really done with air-con.

The hotel is in the perfect location for visiting old Luxembourg. It's quite confusing to get to the hotel because the street is full of people making it look like a pedestrian zone. However, you can drive right up to the hotel. There is NO parking at the hotel in spite of what its website states. There is a city parking garage nearby but drop your bags off first as it's a maze walking to the hotel from there. When entering the parking garage you must be in the left lane. When driving out of the garage, be certain to pay for your parking before trying to drive out - pay at the kiosk near the exit. Our room was clean and functional but not memorable. Noise from the bars across the street got quite loud which meant we couldn't have the window open and with no AC it waa very hot, although there was a single floor fan. There is only a bathtub with a handheld shower - no curtain - so showering was not enjoyable. The restaurant will prepare breakfast if you pre-order. It closes at 8:30 pm but there are many other options. The location really does trump all the challenges.

My stay here was awesome! The service was spot-on—everyone working there was so friendly and helpful. The rooms? They were not just clean but seriously cozy, like your favorite blanket on a chilly night. I loved how they kept everything squeaky clean. The staff really put in the effort to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, had a blast! Big shoutout to the staff for being amazing and keeping those comfy rooms so clean!

Amazing property. Very quiet and close to all the restaurants and shops. Parking is a little weird because it is 5 minutes away and a very very tight garage. Would recommend just taking an Uber if staying at this property. Otherwise, the staff is extremely welcoming and the rooms are very traditional and beautiful/clean.

The apartment was stunning, roomy and comfortable. On the ground floor there was a breakfast room come dining room at night which was so convenient. food was lovely and the staff were super friendly and so helping and caring. On of the best stays my partner and I have had in Europe.

Beautiful little hotel in a prime location! I changed my hotel at the last minute to be in the old part of the city. Good decision and this little hotel was the perfect fit! Charming with wonderful and helpful staff. Restaurant was good and the breakfast was perfect!

Beautiful setting and historic charm complete with modern decor and amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone, and hope to return here myself. Note, while there is no onsite parking, one can drop off their luggage and park close by.

We were greeted so warmly by Susannah at the reception desk. She was wonderful!! And so helpful. Then in the morning the same at breakfast from Christophe. Our suite was large and comfortable with gorgeous views of the area. What a great stay we had. Wish it could have been more than two nights.

We liked it that it was a small boutique hotel in a great location with a nice bistro on the ground floor. In-room breakfasts were great. It was quiet and spacious. Staff was very helpful and professional.

Very comfortable room in a vintage building. The staff were excellent. Parking and luggage to/from property was the only downside. Room had view of Grand Ducal Palace. Modern windows kept nightlife noise at a minimum when fully closed.

This tiny hotel is very well located, right in the middle of the city, and very well priced. It is a no frill small hotel, but friendly and helpful staff, and very comfortably sized rooms.Enough paid parking is available and nearby if you're driving.

Such a personable hotel, full of character. Delightful wine, breakfast and dinner (delivered to the room). Vin chaud in front to nip the December rain. Everything was wonderful—the building, the bed, the bathtub—but the staff is what made our stay perfect.

Great location to explore the old part of Luxembourg. Nice and very clean hotel. The rooms are very nice. Unfortunately I found the mattress extremely hard, so much that we did not have a comfortable sleep. The pillows were extremely soft and did not provide any support. At reception they provide alternatives for the standard pillows.and I recommend to ask for them at arrival. Although the hotel is very nice, I was very glad that we only booked for one night.

The hotel was great and the staff was friendly but I would not recommend staying here on a Friday night. The bar scene across the street was so loud that it was impossible to get any sleep before 4am.

The hotel was beautiful, but the person who checked us in gave us a room across from a loud bar that was open all night. I asked for a cab at 3am so we could be two hours early for our flight. The hotel didn’t let us know that the airport opens at 4 am so instead of some much needed extra sleep, we are in another hotel lobby at 3am waiting for the airport to open.

As others have said, this old hotel has a great location and accesses lots of good local eateries and sights. The people at the desk were delightful, and the room was more than adequate. One of the few places that provided a full shower door in the tub, a pleasure weve come to enjoy. Breakfast was modest with good coffee and a very helpful server.

Hardly slept for 3 nights. The noise from the bars across the road was so loud until 4am on the weekend and 2 am on Thurs night which meant we had to close the windows and with no airconditiong the room was very stuffy. Dissapointing for what we paid to stay here.
