For the price, this place was great!

This is a nice little Motel, with great Pueblo style ambiance. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. We were in town for a concert, and we stayed one night- it was very comfortable, and close to restaurants as well. Definitely staying here again.

Very low water pressure. Couldn’t take shower or draw water for bath. Beds okay.

The place was kitchy and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the room smelled heavily of mildew. We think it was coming from the air conditioning unit so a filter probably needs to be changed.
We appreciated the nice suggestions for where to eat in the welcome email.

We were not expecting much from this motel but it was a nice surprise. Clean, good fares and nice staff. The motel has that nice architectural Santa Fe style

Good example of a vintage 1930's? Route 66 style roadside motel, complete with covered carports by each room. Rooms are in good condition while keeping the vintage feel, small but with basic amenities, comfortable bed, TV desk, chair, microwave and small refrigerator. Though our room did have a few quirks, for example no cold water to the bathroom sink, and the window air conditioner would sometimes freeze us out regardless of the setting. Overall I would stay again, as it was a nice room for the price as long as you realize this is a no frills motel.

The clerk was helpful about my parking situation. I had a trailer. It is a smaller property with tight garages shared with the next door neighbor, but it was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Left cell phone in lobby and person working in lobby brought it to me.

This place is so cool. It was more like a suite than a motel room. We had a little garage to keep our vehicle in and the bed was very comfortable. Great value for the money. I highly recommend staying here.

Older, perfectly clean rooms. Nice staff. Only caution is there is traffic noise

The King's Rest Court Inn was very clean and the price was reasonable given that we were there for a festival weekend. The Inn is not walking distance to anything but an easy drive to restaurants, the Railyard District and downtown. The rooms are very small and the AC is very loud (but necessary!) It was very hot so having the covered carport kept us from having to go into a very hot car. The Inn is good for a short stay.

Old timey and rustic. Very quiet all amenities worked in our room. Was very clean and cozy. Loved the carport for car. Staff at check was a sweet lady.

Close to the historic downtown. Older place but very well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. My bed was huge and very comfy. Easy place to recommend, great value.
Someone rifled through my car at night but that's on me for not locking it.

Spacious room. Everything very clean!
There was a scent in the room, maybe the soap used to wash the sheets? Bothered my nose and eyes. I only stayed one night, so tolerable.

There was basically just a bed. Drab and old. Only one bar of soap the size of a quarter. Totally not worth the price.

Very helpful management . This is a very nicely updated historic motel with an actual covered garage that 2 cars can park in. Carillons is a busy street but the rooms have tick walks and are very quiet. There is a quaint neighborhood behind the motel that works well for an evening stroll.

I was expecting more after seeing the other reviews. The two staff members I dealt with were very unfriendly. Every single day, my room smelled like a vape lounge from vaping in neighboring rooms coming into my room, likely though the vents. When I reported it, they tried to tell me it wasn't happening, which is the typical dismissive response. This vape problem needs to be addressed, not denied. It's seriously intrusive and causes me serious health problems. I have trouble breathing, and my ears pop painfully when exposed to it. Non smoking needs to mean non smoking. The room was a bit outdated, and I don't think the bedspread was cleaned, which should happen after every guest. I did like the enclosed parking space right next to the hotel door, and it is very close to everything in Santa Fe.

Nice clean quiet room…great value!

Bedroom clean and big but outside unsafe, the bus stop isn’t there anymore and you can hear the very loud road in your bedroom

Even though it was an older drive up motel, the facilities were everything we needed-clean sheets, hot water, air conditioner. Bonus was the microwave and mini fridge. Even had a coffee pot. Not fond of the coffee though. Was convenient to everything we wanted and needed. Relatively quiet as well.
4.0 / 10.0
Overall good, comfortable stay. Only drawback was the fridge not working. Also got told couldn't open window above AC unit. We had to close it in the AM even though we didn't need the somewhat noisy AC bc the weather was cool & perfect for sleeping.

I didn't rent a car for this trip and there was nothing within 1/2 mile. No issue for those with a vehicle.

First night there I had things stolen from
My car outside in the parking space
Neighbor also
I guess my car didn’t lock itself that night
Felt a little creepy but for the price the place was decent enough
Room was sweating hot but once the air con kicked in it was fine, couldn’t leave it on at night though too noisy
