Where do I start! The evening we arrived we were put into the block across from the reception. The apartments were old / crusty/ smelled of damp badly, with ants crawling everywhere. Definitely not what was advertised on their website. I seen a sign in the elevator the next day for €20 per day for an upgrade. We went with that option and got relocated to the 4th floor to another apartment. It was lovely and big and renovated. It was like being in a different hotel. The restaurant on the ground floor was like feeding time at the zoo, it was so busy and uncomfortable. We found the adults only restaurant on the top floor, which was heaven, defiantly 4 star dinning. It was never mentioned to us at reception that this facility was an option. The food was of high quality and always something to eat. The hotel inside was very clean. It was a very well run hotel. The entertainment was geared towards under 7's, there was not much to entertain 16 year old's and we found ourselves wandering down the town most evenings, which was a pity. You could not get a sun bed past 9pm in the morning, although most were not occupied till the afternoons. The pool area was very busy, it was like a creche. If you have kids under 7, i would say its a great option. if you are adults only, its also a lovely option as the adults only sun bathing area on the top floor has hot tubs, a bar and leather beds and the restaurant is fab, once you dont mind not having any entertainment in the evening.

My son had the best time, great entertainment for kids: multiple play area's, fantastic swimming pool and the animation team spoke Dutch, German, English 😊 Restaurant was perfect for our family, a lot of options! You could choose if you wanted to sit outside, inside or something in between. The only downside about the vacation was those anoying people placing towels around the pool very early in the morning (reserving the daybeds eventhough some of them only attend the pool in the afternoon). Sometimes they occupy extra daybeds for little kids (that never even sit on the sunbeds), pretty selfish and scandalous. Eventhough this is not the hotels' fault, I hope that they will try to prevent that in the future and take away all towels of unattented sunbeds. 😊

Great family hotel. Full of Germans but it was not an issue. We meet nice people and all the team is great! Feels an little pressed during breakfast (when you almost just finished your plate they take your plate) but anyway it was a great experience and we recommend this hotel for holidays.

We had a lovely time and really enjoyed all aspects of our stay. The superior twin room with a pool view was great and really spacious. The double balcony was also fantastic. One negative point was the air conditioning. It was ok in the living/kitchen area but not very good at all in the separate bedroom. The pool area and outdoor restaurant/bar was very good and the kids loved it. The on site supermarket was brilliant and very convenient. Location wise the hotel is perfect. Very close to the beach and lots of amazing local restaurants. Overall a excellent family holiday!

We booked a night as family in a family suite with breakfast and dinner included - I think it was the opening day of the hotel after the winter so the hotel was waking up but we enjoyed 17-20 degree days - we are Spanish Residents, English by birth - here are out honest impressions - The Family Suites are GREAT rooms - but they have thin walls so you will hear neighbours and the music from the bar (if you are on floor 1) - but the music isnt too late nor too early and the rooms are super modern. Restaurants - the hotel very cleverly separates adult only and families. The family restaurant is quite fantastic, modern and clean with very good food - Veggies catered for really well but not Vegan (which I am ). Great staff, great wine too. Great games room, great bar, great entertainment - the pool area was on day one March so too cold to review fully but the kids did play in the childrens wet area and had a good time -location wise, 5 min walk from the beach and restaurants - also, try and grab a place in the hotel car park otherwise its road side parking - so this hotel would be faultless (and we have stayed at many a Mallorca Hotel) if it was wasnt for thin walls and no real vegan options on the menu - the upsides more than compensated - we will be book at the end of the summer for sure! Thank you!

Our upgraded apartment was fab bed was sooooo comfy best we have slept in in any hotel and we have stayed in many.No English channels on TV in apartment only news really disappointing. Pools are not big enough to accommodate all guests we had to go over to the adult only one across road and then ot many beds. Sunbeds worst we have ever encountered!!!Food was very poor compared to other hotels we have stayed in same resort the hotel caterers more for the German and Dutch guests which is good for them but we ate out alot even tho we were half board.Loved the adult chill out area on top of reception block.

Lovely clean hotel close to the beach. Pool areas very nice. If you book the 2 bed family apertment you will be staying in block 6 which is furthest away from the sea. It’s only a 2 minute walk from the main hotel areas, but you feel a little like you aren’t part of the hotel. Apartment itself very nice, spacious and clean. We had half board. Variety for vegetarian isn’t great, apart from one night when they offered veggie burgers. Normally there wasn’t a main course veggie option, only side dishes of veg and some salads. Tasty though. Animation team tried really hard, there was a show every night.

Hi, first of all- pictures from your website are something what we was expecting- but reality was something different! Rom,furniture, cleanes of the rom was on very low lever - definitely not 4**** Thanks good we didn't paid for full pension- we paid just had breakfast which was very low based, with not big choice My wife have a gluten allergy- there was nothing gluten free on breakfast buffet- no allergies marking on food - after we ask EVERY SINGLE MORNING for gluten free bread- they give us after 15-20 min of waiting ( we have a 15 months old baby) so .. waiting in restaurant every day so Long quit stressing for kid.. staff do Not speak English ( mostly) Every single night party for small kids from 21:00 up til 23:00 ??? So loud music that even adults can not filing comfortably !

Lovely hotel. 300 m from beach front. Food ok nothing to write home about. Everywhere is ramped for pushchairs and wheelchairs. The adapted room was good. Did have a small step unto shower though. Definitely be going againxxxx

This is my second time at Marins Playa. Lovely hotel betewwn Cala Millor and Cala Bona. Breakfast good plenty of choice. Two dining areas, one for families and another for adults. Also adult only roof top sun terrace with 2 jacuzzis a bar and amazing views. Staff friendly. Restaurants along sea front good food at reasonable prices. Boat trip to Porto Cristo to see the Caves of Drach good. A nice relaxing resort.

Great base for hiring a car and exploring the island. Restaurants beach and bars all very close. The resort has some great facilities, but is very large so would imagine very packed in high season.

Everything was perfect but the cleaning service. We were self catering and our food (unopened) got thrown away, and when she wiped the dressing table she knocked over my perfume and hair spray and didnt bother to pick them up. She never mopped as sand was on the floor since day one, and she never gave us any knew soap despite it being used up. Couldnt fault anything else about our stay.
