Dirty and smelly building . Toilet was absolutely disgusting.
It looks like they pretty much never do a deep cleaning.

They have still not refunded my deposit despite assuring me it would be done within 24 hours! They don’t answer the phone, head office even tried calling them to resolve and no answer. Head office was supposed to have someone call me within 24 hours. I still haven’t heard anything days later and still have not received my refund. Not very good customer service

The rooms were in overall very poor condition. Lots of scuffs and marks on walls, trim, etc, and not clean at all.

The stay was terrible. The booking seemed to promise a standard room with queen bed. But the neither the room had any standard nor the bed had any Queen type feel to it other than the size. The closet was right next to the bed, which was so tacky. The washroom had its own issues…the flush wouldn’t work properly..and the bathtub had paint coming off its surface. The towels felt like paper towels, were so rough. The list goes on and on.

Room was a studio apartment basically. Was good for the price but is also pretty low frills. Cleanliness was decent, room wasn’t awful but didn’t really offer up much either.

It is cheap. You’ll get what you pay for. But…
It’s dirty, not to say filthy. Although it’s said it’s a non smoking hotel it smelled cigarettes all over.
Dirty everywhere and in 3 days no room service.

The room service/hotel service was terrible. No one came to the room to fix the bed and change the towels. I think the carts that were in the hallways were there for show.

I was gifted with a cockroach during my staying, so I moved to a different hotel. Plus the front desk lady should not be working in a service capacity as her personable skills are not existent. One other thing, still waiting for my $100 deposit to be refunded, no one knows how to fix it and are blaming Hotels.com for it, while on my bank account shows clearing it was taken by Studio 6. Needles to say, I will never use this facility again and will never recommend it.

It was a good experience. Enjoyed my stay! Air condition pretty old and I couldn’t operate it. Windows were old style didn’t know how you open them.

The room with two double beds was very clean and new. Great lighting and modern with s handy little kitchen. It is just a wonderful alternative to glamping with basic comforts at a very reasonable price. I believe they also accept pets as the floors are laminate!

This place was not good, the room smelled funny, not very clean and service was subpar! Had to vacate the room within an hour or so, sheets we're clean, carpet smelled and there were bodily fluids everywhere. And for the price they charge it was kind of ridiculous!

It was a nice place too stay. Clean, friendly staff and quiet for the amount of sports teams that were staying there.

WORST WORST WORST stay ever! Booked 2 rooms and both were filthy disgusting!!! One room had the smell of rotten pickles, and bodily fluids on the bed sheets!!! The second room, all the beds were making noises once you move with dirty linen again!!! We asked the staff to change the rooms and they didnt do ANYTHING! EVEN FOR FREE THIS HOTEL IS GARBAGE! Opposite of pictures!! Shouldn’t even be called a hotel!!!! Disgusting!! Some of the family had to sleep in the car. Worst experience ever!!!

'You get what you paid for' is usually a term used to describe very limited satisfaction which should never include dissatisfaction with cleanliness at a hotel.
On checking in, the staff was extremely friendly and relatable. Once i entered my assigned room the first thing i noticed was the lack of cleanliness. The corners of the living area, bathroom and bedroom were dirty, under the bed was full of dust and what semed to be either a used surgical glove or a condom, I didn't move it to check. The toilets had grime on the seats and the counters were not clean.
When I brought it to the staff's attention at check they applied a 10% discount for the inconvenience, hence the reason for my 2 star review. Cleanliness should never ever be a problem at a place offering rooms.

Very dirty. More of a motel.

Generally insanitary. Squicky bed lacking stability in the middle matres area. I wouldn’t mind the above-mentionned if the price was 70$ a night and it was advertised as 1 star motel. It is not though. It costs just as much as Holiday Inn right next to it and it is a 2 star rating. The cleanliness is not supposed to be asked for in a hotel with any kind of rating 1 star or 5 star it is not an option. Im disappointed to find this place on Expedia. I am an ordinary worker and I don’t expect to book a kings palace for 170$ a night and I never had to verify reviews before booking a hotel for this price. Now after reading some of the reviews I understand I am not the only one and this will just another one of them.
In short: place feels old and unclean, unsealed doors with inch cracks from the floor, terrible bed, feels unclean. At this point an A-Z renovation is the only option. The service wouldn’t be a problem if not for the above mentionned red flags.
This isn’t middle earth anymore.

Mattresses and beds were very loud. People in the halls and nearby rooms were loud as well. There were people sleeping in the parking lot.

The room was all I expected .. and more. There was a kitchenette.
The blinds, however, were not blackout.

This location was convenient to the 401 which was important to us during our visit.
The room was clean and well-equipped; we especially appreciated the number of electrical outlets and the kitchenette.
The main downside was that the hallways were not vacuumed at all during our stay. It gave the impression of a tired building.
The other concern was a gap around our door at the bottom and along part of one side. We had good locking mechanisms but this was a little unsettling.

well, for that question ,since i am not a millionaire i have to say the Price for the room's could-be lower . i believed I could get something deliver at the room but that is inconveniant. But the room itself was FAIR, The manager of the room was good .

The room was gross. Glass top stove was broken.
People were partying and smoking in the hotel the entire 3rd floor stank like cigarette smoke.
$150 for the room and $100 deposit and they couldn't even bring linen to our room so we could shower... Never again

What a dump! "Kitchenette" had a broken stove top, no dishes or cutlery. Room was dirty. Mattress was lumpy. Norhing good to say here.

Management needs a bit upscaling.
