room was dirty when we got it so i went to the office to complain and got another room but there was a door that connects both room and door was broken and the door knob was missing in its place they had a paper nabking in the hole ac was not working properly neighbors next room were real noeicy could not sleep good the frist night stay was terrble over all will never get any reservation on this hotel

I called before and after reserving the room to make sure, I get a downstairs, first floor room. When I called I was told that there was first floor room available, but once I got there, NO downstairs room available.

The location was great, right off the interstate, check was great. My check in was compromised due to Hotel agreement with Expedia, the lady working from desk made it an easy process. The hotel rooms are infested with roaches

We were not happy with our stay , the first room was hot the ac wasn't working so we were moved to another room , then we left and when we went back to our room the ac , wifi and cable weren't working at all , we didn't even stay in the room for 2 hours the beds weren't even used cuz we had to leave cuz it was to hot

This property is old, nasty and smells horrible. The room was so nasty I was afraid to touch anything, there were burn holes all over the bed top blanket. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, had huge spots all over. There were holes in the walls, and the whole room smelled like it had been flooded and never cleaned afterwards. A nasty moldy smell all around. The stairs to go up the second floor were very unsafe, felt like you could fall right through. There were drug addicts wandering around the property, and staff didn't seem to care at all. This property should be closed and demolished!!!! I recommend you stay way from here and book somewhere else.

Like the fact,I got a great price at Expedia,but hate the fact Expedia doesn't have monthly specials or weekly specials,since am looking forward to stay a while, sadly I have to do this process all over every day,but I think you all do this on purpose,set us up for failure to make an extra buck,other than that everything is good about the hotel "La Hacienda" except that it says free breakfast but all they offer is cereal and toasted bread :( that is sad,cause other hotels for the same price offer a great variety of choices for breakfast..
