Lots of construction in and outside of the hotel. Nowhere to park because the construction equipment takes up all of the parking spots. Had a room close to hwy and it was super noisy and loud. People and made-up front desk weren’t very friendly, probably because they had to listen to construction all day. Way overpriced for being in the middle of an upgrade.

The hotel was a construction zone and it was not disclosed in an obvious way when I booked the room

Terrible stay. Hotel is located on a major freeway, very loud during the night.
No amenities of any kind.
Hotel was having major construction in the lobby, dust everywhere and crazy noise. Impossible to even relax.
Service sucked. No body cares.
I would not be back.

Hotel was under major renovations and we were not informed about it before we made our reservation. We had no sugar or stirring sticks packages for our coffee. The tv reception was not working, and neither were the usb ports to charge our phones. Very disappointing!

Entire property getting an upgrade, so the typical dodging the construction. (Likely finished by now). We saw no indication while making reservation so might have picked a different location.

I’m felt safe staying there as a single female.

Good location

I was told the garage parking was available and was free for now, I’m not sure in the near future that’ll be the case. Because I would like to continue to stay there in the future.

Easy check in and friendly staff.

The room was recently updated, the beds were comfy, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I wish that all of the hotels we stay at could be like this.

Hotel is under remodel. Wish Expedia made it more obvious in the search results when I was booking. I would’ve never booked it had I known. There was construction equipment, materials, dust and debris in common areas and elevators. Construction equipment and trucks took up a good amount of parking spots so we were told to park in a nearby parking structure - which is fine but they didn’t have any luggage carts for us to use so our family had to schlep to and from the hotel, up and down the elevator a few times. Unacceptable at over $200/night. We left immediately before construction work started at 7am the next morning.

CAUTION: property is under a major reservation! No cameras are working and I was a victim of a crime. NOT ONE CAMERA IS WORKING inside or out. Has not been working for months according to management. There is workers all over the property at all times. It is completely unsafe. Other than that the front desk staff were kind. A manager by the name of Cole suggested I do not book a room that is under construction which blew my mind because I had no idea. Not even my Hilton Honors app says it is under construction, not minor construction but major. The area around seems safe and a nice Marriott is right next to it which would be a better option. Stay with extreme caution.

Traffic from freeway too noisy on south side of hotel. TV was to complicated!

Great place to stay. Friendly staff.

The property was mid internal construction so it didn’t look normal. But the facilities were still open so that was nice.

Even though they were in remodel mode, our stay was great.

The Hotel was under remodeling and not everything was available. The Shower leaked all over the floor everytime it was used and when we told the people at the front desk they just said they had that problem. We had to put mulple towel on the floor to use the shower.

We loved the room, big and well lit. The bathroom had good quality soap, hand cream, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers saving on plastic.

Oernight stary and passing thorugh. Staff was very nice both front desk and dining. There is some remodelling going on especially in the lobby. Our room was a quiet King Suite and the bed was comfortable. Like that there was a restaurant on site because we were exhausted. Thought that breakfast should be free at the price point of the hotel and the remodelling.

This hotel needs to have a complimentary breakfast.

Saw that my car was broken into and didn’t notify me, even though at check in they ask for the description of my car before I could receive my key. Then was completely useless when I ask for any description of the person/persons who robbed my car. Also conveniently enough all the cameras in the building were down. Terrible workers and terrible experience.

Front desk was friendly. They are under remodel. Which the hotel needs. I feel the price was high for all the construction. The hair dryer in the room didn't work. I didn't have the time to get and get a replacement. The room had an overly strong perfume smell, like they were trying to cover up something. I wouldn't stay again.

Poor. Elevator was out of service. I am in a wheel chair. You had to pay extra for breakfast.

I will never stay at this hotel or recommend it to anyone. Hotels at this level should be offering free continental breakfast. Thermostat didnt work. Power went out, so the elevators weren’t operating. I’m an early riser, went to the lobby for coffee, and was told the kitchen crew makes it when they come in at 630. Rather stay at a cheap motel. Cheaper for similar experience.
4.0
Doing construction, our electricity went out. The elevators sounded like they were gonna break any minute. It’s fine to be doing construction but put it up on your site cause it’s inconvenient for ppl that have surgery or things of urgency as such.

The hotel was ok but there was no parking for if your towing a trailer. Also the ice machine didn’t work on our floor
