Breakfast was excellent. Bed was extremely comfortable and linens very high quality. It was a short stay so we didn't have time to try much in the area. But would book again!

Perfect location to walk to Old Town and quite a few restaurants. Breakfast was excellent- made to order and great choices. Separate bedroom with door and large closet inside. Bed was very comfortable. Beautiful living room (but disrupted by our use of the sofa bed since we were 4). Kitchen really cute with full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The courtyard of the property was fantastic. Staff very friendly. Everything very clean.
Bathroom was off the bedroom so kids using the sofabed had to traipse through bedroom to use it. Sofabed air mattress had slow leak. Although not a problem for us (as we weren't planning to cook), but important to know that kitchen had no pots, utensils or silverware despite the nice stove and fridge.

The property is gorgeous and perfectly matches the historic old town feel. The courtyard gardens had so many art and fountain features. The hot tub area was beautifully romantic in the evening. The made to order breakfast included with the room was relaxing and delicious. The authentic historic accommodations were private individual apartments which included a LR, BR, Bath, and small kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Note that this is a historic property and not shiny & new. Our apt had a drive way by the door making it very convenient. The location is just a few blocks from old town and very safe.
The TV was old with limited cable options and no streaming ability.

Charming casitas with beautiful garden and a great hot tub. Breakfast was delicious.

Quiet, safe location, easy walk to Old Town.
Made-to-order breakfast with other choices in a stylish Spanish-style breakfast room looking out on large garden.
Helpful and attentive staff.
Each room individually furnished with varied features.
Filled with tasteful art and design choices (our prior two stays).
We were in one of the older rooms, not renovated, pretty drab. (Prior two stays were in newer or redone rooms, much more pleasant).
Our room had two missing blind rods so the blinds could not be opened in the LR.
There was a broken blind in the BR.
The heater was very noisy and kept turning on and off.
The refrigerator was very old and also made a lot of noise.
There was no luggage rack and the BR closet and was too small for two suitcases, so they had to go in the LR area, not a good thing.
There were articles of clothing from a previous guest in one of the dresser drawers.
Our prior two stays were booked directly with the Inn site. Advise booking with that site to get more specific details for each room and/or calling the Inn to reserve what interests you.

No complaints.

La taille et la déco de la chambre, le jardin, la position par rapport à la vieille ville et le petit déjeuner
L’absence de produits de toilette (savon, shampoing, …..)
L’absence de tréteau pour poser les valises

The location was good - very close to old town Albuquerque. The staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious - fresh made-to-order food from the kitchen, along with a nice spread of breads, yogurt and juice. The bed was huge - really tall - but very comfortable. The grounds were nice and well kept, probably beautiful in the spring and summer. We also liked having our own driveway right next to the room.
The inn is quite old, which we expected, but our bungalow-type room had several windows with old, broken blinds that didn't fit. We used a sheet to cover one window and a blanket to cover another. The living area had a sofa that was a bit uncomfortable. There was no outlet in the bathroom, and the faucet in the tub was really difficult to use.

I didn’t really like the on street parking

Everything was wonderful. We loved it so much that we stayed here on our way down to Tucson and then on our way back home. Breakfast in the moring was excellent - fresh cooked omelets, in a sunroom or you could sit by the fireplace. The decor in the rooms fit perfectly in a little "casita". The grounds were well kept. Bed was very comfortable. If you have time, go to the hot tubs. It was a nice relaxing time after walking through "Old Town" which is only 2 blocks away. The staff was more than helpful. Radiance and Renee were both so helpful, giving us a tour of the grounds, making sure that we knew all about the accomodations. Coming home we had car trouble and we had to check out late. It was not a problem for them and we really appreciated it.

We were searching for a unusual place near Old Town Albuquerque and this fit the bill. Very unique bed and breakfast run by a very nice lady. Shark walk to Old Town Albuquerque. Good value for a small apartment unit. Outstanding hot tub and made to order breakfast.
The place is "historic", in this case it means very old. We enjoyed it, not everybody would.

Funky slightly retro hotel. We loved the suite (kitchen, livingroom and bedroom) but those who are used to cookie-cutter rooms with white sterile walls might not like it. Clean rooms, easy parking, great location (near Old Town), beautiful large garden and a full cooked breakfast...what's not to like? Keurig coffee in the room. Warm greeting from helpful staff started things off right.
Update livingroom furnishings and rug.

The property was very unique and had a great atmosphere. The casita we stayed in was like being in a house. All amenities were new. There was not a single thing I would change.
The made to order breakfast was also a bonus.
Nothing at all.

The property is beautiful. The interior grounds were well-maintained, appealing and well-established. The rooms were a good mix of historic, comfortable, clean, and cute. Dining in the restaurant/breakfast area was a great way to start our day with the beautiful views and the morning sun. I will stay here again. I strongly recommend this B&B.
It is an Historic property so be careful not to be too hard on the plumbing.

The O’Keefe room was lovely. Newly remodeled. The lobby and breakfast area could use some sprucing. The staff was wonderful and very helpful!
Some parts of hotel need updating.

Breakfast was delicious. Dining area could use an update.
The entrance was hard to find and the appearance was a bit off putting as the area was run down looking. However I realize the property is a work in progress. We arrived on a hot day and the ice machine had no ice.

We loved everything about it--the beautiful lobby, sunny breakfast room, delicious and abundant daily breakfast, lovely grounds, attractive and comfortable room with small kitchenette, friendly staff, perfect location.
We liked everything--there wasn't anything we didn't like.

The location was very close to downtown old town which was nice. The breakfast was really nice because it was made ro order in a little dining area with great ambience.
The property appears to be falling into disrepair. I love rustic but some improvements are needed. No electrical outlets in bathroom or bedroom. There was 1 in living room but is was loose and upside down. The TV was from the 90's wirh extremely bad picture and when you walk past the cabinet it creaks and crack loud like it is going to fall out. Bed also creaked every time you move.
Also the check out was kind of strange & disappointing. No one at front desk so went to find manager who was supervising the new cook. When i asked if he could check ne out I was told No...he had a new employee so I could "toss the key over the desk and he would email me a receipt" !! Well long story short....i never got the receipt and it jas been 3 days.

Great location for Old Town Albuquerque’s shops, restaurants and art museum. Lovely setting in well maintained grounds. Lots of plants, burbling fountains and seating.
Bed was quite high and the marble bath could be slippy.

The ambiance was great! The desk folks and Jimmy the cook were welcoming and helpful. The history of this place makes it memorable and the artwork all around is beautiful!
