An amazing experience at the renaissance hotel on the beautiful island of curacao. I highly recommend the hotel and the island is a must visit.

The dining options close too early. Manuel was the worst server, I had to find him to ask him for everything. The other staff was very nice especially the front doormen. Our room temperature wasn't cool enough when we adjusted it to the lowest setting. I paid extra for a balcony and partial ocean view that was facing the cruise port, not worth the money I didn't use it.

Service at outside bar was terrible. After waiting over an hour for bar food, we asked about order and finally told the waitress forgot’ to place order. Then confused our comp non alcoholic beverage order with our 2 ginger ale drinks we had while waiting for food we never got.

Loved our stay at the Renaissance!!! The staff is the best of any resort we have stayed at anywhere!!! Nothing but friendly and accommodating in every way from the bar/restaurant staff to housekeeping, to front desk. Everyone made us feel welcome and at home! The resort was beyond clean and very beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic and those pumpkin pancakes are the only pancakes I have ever eaten without syrup because they are just that good!! The drinks were great and the beach bar staff kept our cups filled at all times with a smile!! The only slight tweak I would make would be to add more menu items to the beach bar and 5 O’Clock restaurant, but that’s really a small thing. Overall, 5 plus stars all the way!!! Thank you for a great and relaxing week!!!

The rooms do not conform to Renaissance standards. Service is too slow, even erratic.

We stayed last year and the pool was being renovated. This year there’s construction going on behind the hotel. I think they should focus more in the condition of the rooms. The furniture are very dated.

This property has fantastic views, a fantastic infinity pool, fantastic rooms and accommodations. It’s conveniently located close to down town also. The only downfall would be that it’s barely any entertainment and when entertainment is available, the guest aren’t made aware. Despite that, I’ll definitely return to this resort.

The Renaissance is perfectly located in the middle of the Kura Hulanda Village where all the small streets with restaurants and arts and markets are and very close to the Queen Emma bridge. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were really attentive and serviable. The breaskfast buffet in my opinion was too expensive but it did have a variety of options. I definitely would go back to stay in the renaissance otrabanda region.

First time to Curacao. Booked based on reviews and it did not disappoint. We had an ocean view, the room was very clean and spacious, everyone was so nice, the casino was great and not crowded, breakfast was included and amazing. Lots of shopping and dining right in the area to walk to. We enjoyed several of the local restaurants nearby along with the one across the walking bridge.

Don’t go here expecting the Aruba Renaissance. This property has an excellent location and the man made beach and infinity pool are amazing however the rooms are small and dated and the on site food is mediocre at best. Thankfully it’s a quick walk to the fort for meals. All inclusive here would have been a waste. We also loved having a Starbucks on property since we preferred to grab something here over the breakfast that was included in our stay. Housekeeping can also pay attention to detail when cleaning. We did not love walking in after a long flight to someone else’s hair in the shower. The hallway carpets going to the pool could really use a shampoo as they are very smelly. Property has potential but needs some work on the interior.

My stay at this hotel was amazing to say the least. The location was perfect, walkable to local shops, restaurants & attractions. My favorite part was the pool! The staff was on point, everyone I came in contact with was very helpful, accommodating and polite. The room was comfy and put together nicely. My birthday trip turned out perfect and I would definitely recommend.
