They are currently making additions to this hotel which is necessary because it need some sprucing up. Our room AC remained at 60 but the room felt like 80. The food was sub par, Im not sure what the national dish is in Curacao but I'm sure it wasn't what we were served. I also felt very uncomfortable trying to eat and birds are also trying to eat out of our plates. They were everywhere. They did keep the facility clean I must say and I enjoyed the unlimited drinks especially the champagne. They need more activities to keep the entertainment going. I was more entertained by the concert across the street vs. The hotel. Overall an ok stay

My family and i liked the ocean.
THe Hotel needs to be overhauled.
In our room 117 the AAC was not working. The sofa was dirty and stains and crums / food.
There was no towels in the room upon arrival.
Then after complaining, they moved us to the 4th floor room 407.
The shower room ceiling tiles were falling down. The shower door was missing.

During my stay, the hotel staff provided us with a letter on our door that said that there was a severe weather warning. They said that due to this warning, they would be closing down the pool and all of the outdoor restaurants which left us with no form of entertainment, and only one dining option. I looked up the severe weather warning, and could not find anything about it. They said that they would be shutting down the pool and outdoor restaurants for 48 hours, which is crazy because that was half of my trip. They removed all the pool chairs and the beach chairs and give us towels to prevent people from going in the pool and the ocean, even though there was absolutely no wind or rain. On the second day, they realized that this was silly and brought towels out again, which we had to lay on the ground at the side of the pool. All the dining options were outdoor or open air. There was never a bartender by the pool bar, so I had to constantly get out of the pool and walk to the lobby bar to get a drink. It took a very long time to get anyone to order a drink.

We were placed in a lower graded room at first. The rooms are dated & amenities are pretty much the same snacks.
The restaurants are all outside. The grounds are small, one big pool and the beach is 10x10 at best.
Me and my wife had a horrible time but we made the best out of the situation because we were celebrating us.
Mold in the bathroom ceiling, Room 221 has a crack down the sink. The upkeep is horrible. Stinky smell in the hallway & bring Lysol for the smell in the room.
This is a two star resort at best and it's set for the college spring breakers. Nothing romantic about it.

The water is gorgeous and there’s good snorkeling right off the beach. The property itself seems in disrepair. The cleaning staff kept it very clean which is no easy feat. Bar and restaurant staff aren’t always friendly or seem to know what they’re doing. Limited meal options and food quality is mediocre at best. Walls are thin and the entertainment is noisy though they are good about ending around 10pm. The beach does get crowded. Beware that even though it says “all inclusive,” you will pay for everything and the staff will constantly try to upsell you. There are no included excursions like at some other resorts. We loved the island and the people we met while exploring Otrobanda and Punda. We’ll definitely be back but will stay elsewhere next time.

The staff at check in and check out is extremely rude! Upon checking in, I asked about upgrading my room and the receptionist was rude and didn’t answer my question. Upon checking out, the receptionist who was also a supervisor was rude when I took my time answering her question about how I enjoyed my stay. The other staff such as the bellboys, housekeeping, restaurant workers were very nice, attentive and respectful. The food was decent but lacked variety. The rooms need to be updated; the furniture was scratched, the toilet moved whenever I used it. The air conditioning needs to be repaired, it leaked and made banging sounds. As a solo traveler, there wasn’t much for me to doin terms of activities. Most of the activities were geared towards families.

I arrived to the property and there was definitely a warm welcome. I arrived to my room and my room was hotter than it was outside despite the thermometer saying it was 60 degrees in the room. I immediately asked the front desk address the issue. Nothing was done about this our entire stay. Our roof began leaking day 3 of our stay(6 day stay). We asked someone for 2 days to come address the issue. The issue wasn’t addressed until i slipped and FELL(I injured my knee and hand) in a puddle of water in the bathroom from a steady stream of water from the ceiling. I have so many videos of the water leaking from the ceiling. Mind you we were on the highest floor of the hotel, so I have no idea where the leak was coming from. The temperature in the room and the leaking ceiling were the biggest problems, however there were many more including: NO TOWELS- we would request towels early in the morning so we would have them when we returned to the resort from our excursions. The bath towels were never delivered. ROOM SERVICE- sometimes the room service came and sometimes it didn’t. IF, and that is a big if, it came it came hours after placing the order. ELEVATOR- the elevators were broken every single day. They may not have been broken all day, but I walked up and down the stairs at least twice. I was on the very top floor. JACUZZI- The jacuzzi was dirty every single day. On day 2 of my 6 day stay I asked when they would be cleaning the jacuzzi, they said they would “try to get to it”

The air conditioner wasn't working properly.. Went to the front desk several times and no help. Our room was cleaned 3 out of 5 nights and one of the nights we had to ask if we could have house keeping clean up for us. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here again.

The property is outdated for the price and the entertainment is lacking. Bathrooms need major updating starting with ventilation.
Resort needs to adhere to posted dining hours.

Perfect spot if you want quiet and less quantity of people. Not a party resort. Food was much better than I expected from an all inclusive resort. Small beach and plenty of space to relax. Room suite was perfect!
