Great location for exploring the town. Staff pleasant and helpful. Off site parking a bit annoying but can drop bags off and pick them up by parking outside hotel for a few minutes. Did not think much of the breakfast but coffee ok.

Hotel was excellent. Close to nearby attractions of Salamanca. A short 10 minute walk to the plaza major. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and responded quickly to any of our requests. We would stay here again.

The hotel is in a quiet pedestrianised area across the road from the Cathedral and historical area. It backs on to the river and is a short distance from Puente Romano. Parking is a short walk away and discounted to a reasonable 12 euros a day. Overall an ideal location and good value for money.

The location of the hotel is perfect, within close walking distance to the old town of Salamanca, the cathedrals, and Plaza Mayor as well as right next to the Rio Tormes and the Puente Romano, very peaceful and quiet! We booked a triple room, it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable with nice bedding and pillows and has a refrigerator, a television, and air conditioning. The bathroom was excellent and clean with a shower and tub combo, a toilet, a bidet, a sink, a large counter, a hairdryer and nice towels. The staff was very kind and helpful providing suggestions for restaurants, sight seeing, hiking and ordered a taxi for us! The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of food and drinks! I highly recommend this hotel, we would definitely stay here again!!

Simply excellent!! Clean, comfortable, nice, good service, good working air conditioning, we got a room by the river, it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine and well priced. It is well located within walking distance to the historic area of the city and restaurants.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel is very clean and quiet, and I deliberately chose to stay close to the river (it is a block from the Roamn bridge) to have it be a little calmer than hotels in the old city would be while it is still a manageable (uphill) walk to the cathedral. The windows are very high and covered so the room is a bit of a cave and the A/C only works when your card is in the holder by the door, so the room was warm when I would get back from sightseeing (it was very hot outside the days I was there), but the hotel was a good value for the price.

I am guessing that our room was similar to the others on the first floor – the window was well above head height and too high to be usable for any normal sized person consequently the space was a little cell-like. The nearby lift was a little noisy. Otherwise the hotel and staff were very satisfactory and well placed to explore Salamanca.
