Slow, slow, slow…lots of waiting for everything…food, drink, bill, check in or out. Makes sure you’re not in a rush for anything; staff a busy doing non customer serving tasks

Not in the best part of Paris and the hotel seemed to have an odd smell

This stay was terrible, from the lack of any good food, no room service, no currency exchange, raw bacon and cold breakfast (eggs/potatoes), phone didn’t work in room, the gym was awful, bar/food closed early, and nothing is close for decent food since you are left starving. The staff made up for it the best they could, but never again will I stay there. Can’t believe this is a Marriott.

The erea is horrible. The hotel is nice, the rooms are nice, large enough and clean

There is no department store in the neighborhood, so it's not convenient compared to Courtyard in Arcueil.

location close to Metro station & on site parking are the positives, hotel is quite outdated, also housekeeping forgot to clean our room / replace towels

The breakfast was great, and the staff in the morning were super friendly.
The room was fine, but carpet needed vacuuming, and shower some scrubbing.

Parking is not reservable, so bear in mind if wanting to come and go. Staff were really great and helpful, shout out for Amine and also his colleague from Rennes - I didn’t catch her name but can’t be many Rennais who have a bit of a Kent accent!

It is some march to be done from the "Plaine de Stade de France" translation to reach the hotel. And due to roadworks and building works, no buses were going near the hotel and walking got more complicated as well. We were there for a concert at Stade de France, and also then, the location was too remote still. The hotel was ok, but rooms aren't ready at 4p.m. still, which I found a little bit too late. Rooms were clean, TV was good (but no foreign channels), Bathrooms was clean. No complaints there. Due to the highway next to the hotel, the night was louder than expected (due to hot days, we slept with windows open). Bar was ok, even though I found the beer at 10EUR a bit too steep. Friendly staff who seem to be allrounders (check-in; bar & snacks, etc) - didn't see a cook for the restaurant part of the hotel.

What was unique was that it had an outdoor ping pong table, which our family of four enjoyed. The dining was good and they had outdoor dining as well. Plenty of lounging areas.

My hisband and I stayed for five nights..We always made sure that we removed the card off the door so that the maid knew that we are not in and for them to do their job. When we returned at night the room was in the same state as we left it. The bed was not done, no fresh towels, no tea bags,no water, no milk for us to make a drink. We had to chase people at reception to get fresh towels. Although we spoke to the receptionists every morning it made no difference. We will not stay there again and we will warn all our friends and relatives who very often travel to Paris.

We had a good stay , the hotel was nice enough , although nothing much in the area to see . But our experiance was made so good by young man Prabhat who works there, service minded , smart and energetic are just a few words we could describe him in . We for sure come back just bcoz of Prabhat .

It was in an ideal area of France right outside of Paris ... I didn’t like the fact they did not have any face towels and we had to use drying off towels for wash clothes. There was not a mini bar as the feature said just 1 lonely bottle of water. Breakfast was supposed to be included but it was but we had to pay for it

The Hotel was ideally suited for getting to the stad de France, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and comfortable
Our only complaint was that breakfast was stone cold as the systems which keep the food warm for the buffet weren’t working
Apart from that I would recommend

Pleasant and responsive staff. The restaurant was quite pricey and the rooms felt well worn but overall a nice enough hotel if you need to be in the area for work.

The front desk agent WILLIAM was very helpful to us. Due to the limited public transportation in Paris because of the protest, William always took the extra efforts in giving us directions and which public transport to take. Will stay here again.

Air conditioning doesnt get cold enough. It was hot in the room. Complained about it but maintenance guy just said that is the way it is. My friend got her purse snatched by a motorcycle tandem right in front of the hotel. Not a safe area.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property. The manager, Thierry, is incredibly rude. I asked for a cup of hot water in the afternoon, and argumentatively he responded with, no you have a kettle in your room, you cant get water down here. I told him Id been getting water at the same time the past 3 days with no problem. He responded with, no, if you want me to give you water, that will be 3 Euros. Not even a question of money, but the rudeness. Id rather spend my money elsewhere. So please save your money and stay elsewhere. Im not sure if it was a problem of our color, nationality, or just plain dislike but I would not recommend staying here. You will be treated as a nuisance by majority of the staff vs a guest.

It seemed to me that the Marriot is on a money saving mission.
1. I booked with breakfast - the reception said i have to pay. Showed them the reservation from hotels.com. they agreed. At the time of checkout - they had added the charge for breakfast.
2. the towels were stinking.
3. We had booked a family room( 2 rooms linked together) for 4 people. Probably lef from previous booking. When we got into the room, we found extra single bed blocking the path between 2 rooms. Had to call them to remove it.
4. The hotel is in the run down area. Did not feel safe with family to even goto the nearest metro station. Could see groups of young local people everytime around the hotel.

The carpets in the rooms are overdue for replacement, but the hotel is quite allright for the rest, especially given the price. The breakfast is great, and the closeness to a subway station is very welcome.I was surprised that no free water bottles or slippers were provided in the rooms.
