Great stay- we were upgraded to a suite on check in, which was amazing! Lots of space, kitchenette, beautiful city view. Location is central and tonnes of food options right out the door.

Great room. We were happy to find a hotel so close to the JR line. It is a short train ride to shinjuku, harijuku and shibuya with no train transfer needed. Great price for a 3 bed option. Staff was very nice. I also found out that they have free luggage storage if you leave for a few days and are returning.

Simple hotel close to the station (3mins walk), one stop away from Shinjuku, two stops from Shibuya. 300m up the road is a long 2km stretch of restaurants, supermarkets , convenience stores, pharmacies etc. Very helpful front desk English speaking staff. The room is slightly small but that’s most of Japan. I’d come back again when travelling to Tokyo. The location is just perfect!

Fantastic location, staff are super friendly and property was very clean! Only a five minute walk from the station which is only 10 minutes from all the main areas around Tokyo! Really happy with our stay here.

A fantastic place to stay when visiting Tokyo.
Staff were very friendly and so helpful and were able to help with all our requirements.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and ideal for a weeks stay when coming to the city.

I didn't like Shinjuku in general. It wasn't as clean as Shiba Park area.
I prefer a peaceful and clam place and it was the opposite.
It caters to younger generation and I'm not cut out for that...too crowded, not so clean. The streets are dirty and I didn't like the vibe of the area.
The rooms were not as clean, although big. It was next to all the convenient stores.
It was an ok stay for me.

We booked the Family Suite with bunk beds. With over 600SF, this was a very comfortable stay for our family. Having a washing machine in the room was great! Just leave garbage and used towels outside of the door and you will get a clean set automatically.
A very short walk to Okubo Station and a few more steps to Shin-Okubo station.
7-11 and Family Mart right around a corner as well as a supermarket too.
Full set of toiletries available in the lobby as well as tourist maps and train maps.
Overall a very pleasant stay.
Thanks

Great location near Shin Okubo JR station, but actual hotel was quiet. Staff great and helpful. Rooms great with full kitches and washers. Only negative was the ice machine was often not working. Overall such a great hotel with big rooms and great location

The property was decent and the staff were friendly and it was easy to get to the train and easy to get taxis. They definitely give you what you need, but it’s a pretty basic hotel. I especially think it would be good for longer stays. Really convenient to have a grocery store next-door.

Overall was a very nice stay. The Japanese room was an added bonus, the kids had fun. Having the kitchen and washer dryer made our stay even more easier.

This property had dirty sheets with stains and grease stained pillows. If you have a dust allergy, stay away.

The hotel was convenient but felt a little tired. It worked well for our needs though. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location! Close to two stations for easy access to the rest of Tokyo. Fresh towels and water bottles everyday! In room washer/dryer combo is so good during hot Tokyo summer! Very quiet also despite being so close to train tracks. The hotel rooms are all on higher floor, which is a plus for the view. Excellent AC keeping the room cold! Friend staffs and easy check in / out process.

A fantastic suite for a family of four, featuring two rooms, a living/dining area, and a kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, and oven. The suite includes separate toilet and shower facilities, allowing two people to use them privately at the same time. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views from the 21st floor, where we stayed. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Be sure to take advantage of the baggage delivery service to send your large suitcases to your next hotel, saving you the hassle of carrying them through train stations. The hotel reception managed everything at check-out within 10 minutes, including measuring, weighing, contacting the receiving hotel, and processing payment. "Excellent" doesn’t quite capture how smooth it was. It relatively inexpensive, was $60 for 3 suitcases from Tokyo to Kyoto. Well worth the hassle free travel.
The only downside is the location, a bit out of the way on the west side of Shinjuku, which adds some time to getting around. However, it's worth it to return to this peaceful haven after a long day of exploring, and to wake up to those beautiful views each morning.

Great stay for our first time in Japan for a family of 4. The room was clean and we each had our own beds since we chose a 6 person room for space. It was wonderful.
