A quite nice hotel and friendly staff. The breakfast was good. We had a triple room but it was very cramped so if I should stay here again I would not book a triple room.

Breakfast was the only catering provided. No room service. Loads of dining options in the inviting back-streets of Akasaka. This is a business area mote than for tourists.

This hotel felt safe and clean, and the staff were professional. I appreciated housekeeping services for giving each of us two bottles of water each day to survive the hot weather. Conveniently located, just an 8-minute walk from the Akasaka-Mitsuke station. The staff allowed me to leave our suitcases after check out until the flight time. I would stay here again.

In this hotel we felt like queen and king, everybody is kind and ready to listen to all your requests. Breakfast is full of tasty and delicious food, from European breakfast to Chinese and Japanese breakfast. The room in which is served in above a beautiful shrine and a big garden. The room was quite little but really comfortable, quite and silent and Very clean! They provide pigiamas and hairdryer and also massages (to pay extra). This hotel is 10 minutes walk from Ginza line and from beautiful streets with many little restaurants.

One negative feedback: About 20€ for breakfast/each per day absolutely exorbitant.

Stayed her for 4 nights in July and the staff are fantastic. The rooms were small but lovely and clean. Very accessible to the subway and very walkable to a lot of areas. Would definitely stay here again when we go back.

Ok for the price you pay. Easy access to Metro was a plus. Inside the guest room needed to be cleaner. Breakfast was not good. Sorry.

Situated near Akasaka-Mitsuke station, this facility requires an uphill drag of luggage to get to the property. Its convenience of major subway lines in Tokyo area as well walkable distance to Akasaka Biz Tower is a plus. Despite the building being more of on the older side, its reception is quite friendly with the downside of hotel room cleaning which could be much clearer on plastic recyclables procedures. Our room was cleaned and cleared out, but all our recyclable plastics were still left in the room and it was only after I met with my local Tokyo friend that I learned that plastic wrappers and lids must be tossed for them to recycle. Laundry service was listed as an option, but what we did not expect was the high individual pricing for each individual items cleaned. If you were looking to have coin laundry service, this is not the place. The laundry service felt like for more business trips and not for the vacation traveler. For the price per night if you are on the budget, my recommendation would be to explore other options.

The staff were lovely, especially enjoyed our warm greeting every morning from the gentleman at the dining room. The buffet breakfast is a must. Handy to different metro stations, and there are plenty of great places to eat and drink within walking distance.

I spent 3 nights and got bedbug bites on my whole body. I had to find a hospital to see a doctor for prescription. Hotel staff switched my room for another 2 nights.
It's my first trip to Japan.....!

A high quality hotel. Good value for a comfortable stay. The Aoyama-Itchome and Asasaka-Mitsuke subway stations are within 10-minute walk. The only issue was that there are three handheld shower head holders. All of them are not adjustable and the shower head is pointing too high, spraying water onto the wall rather than into the bathtub.
