Worst sleep out of 5 Japanese hotels. Bright motion sensor light in room comes on when you get up to use the bathroom, waking up you and your partner. Advertised two beds, but one "bed" was hard couch foam without sheets and the other was a 2 inch mat on a wood platform. When we asked for extra mats we were told to combine the two beds into one and put the mats on top of the couch.

was ok for some days, not too far to the station, located in korea town.

Room was spacious (for Tokyo) and clean. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great little hotel just off the busy koreatown of Tokyo. The use of space is pretty ingenious in the economy rooms. Amenities were great. Close to the subway as well as the yamanote line.

We loved this small ‘ninja concept’ hotel. Coming in from the noisy and extremely hot day we walked into cool quiet serenity. It felt very new. Comfy beds and really great to have microwave and utensils should you need them. Even had a cooker though I am not a fan of people being able to cook in their rooms. All the kitchen equipment was kept underneath a lift up wooden bench so was quite unobtrusive. No view or natural light but the decor of the room was so nice it didn’t matter. We could hear the trains in a muffled way but we grew to like the sound and found it strangely comforting. The toilets in Japan are great but this toilet in this place surpassed all others! So handy to one station in fact so close we missed the street at first and the other station only 5 mins walk away.

Pretty awesome

This property is very close to the subway station, and there are many shops close by.
The room was very disappointing, it was dark (not enough lighting), small and not very clean (i.e. bedding is with yellowish "white" items, dusks are on several places. etc.). However, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Initially there was also a smell to the room, but he quickly helped to freshen the air using an ozone machine, but the did not have the authority to change room for me even when I offered to pay the difference.

Excellent service, lovely unique facilities.
Slightly noisy due to close train line.

Nice location next to Okubo Stn. Got the 2-bed with a fold out couch for three people. The fold out couch was awful. Hard everywhere except in the very middle where your lower back/butt sink down into an abyss. I put the couch pillows in the middle which meant instead my body rose up like Mt. Fuji.
I also mentioned to the front desk that the towel rack in the bathroom was mostly torn out of the drywall. I was relieved that they knew about it, so I wasn't going to be charged for the damage, but found it interesting when they said it had been like that for a month. It's a 5-minute fix with the right tools.
Not an expensive place, and would have been fine for two people on a budget. If the room is going to be listed as suitable for 3 people, then the couch situation should be improved.
Side note: the Sashimi/Fish restaurant 日本料理 さがみ (just across the street) was a highlight of my trip. It's a 4-seat restaurant with a kind proprietor, delicious food, and was less than 2000 yen with a beer. The owner doesn't speak much English.

Family with kids excellent! No cleaning room if stay there less than 4 days, but got enough towels, good privacy. Environment of room very good especially the outdoor spa, my kid loves there a lot, will book again if travel to Tokyo with family in the future.

A well-appointed room in good condition close to Okubo Station.

The room was nice and cozy. You’d better watch your head not to hit the ceiling while staying there. The only problem I had with this hotel is a very limited TV signal reception.

Property was very clean. It was small, which was expected. The only complaint would be the description of the twin bunk and king bed. We thought it meant twin bunk beds plus a king bed. It should really read, “bunk bed with king on top and twin on bottom.” One staff member spoke really well English. We used google translate, which was very helpful.

The room is brand new with a private outdoor bathtub, it would be great if it fits with 2 beds instead of sofa beds.
