The first lady I dealt with was nice, i accidentally booked 1 bed when i needed 2. Went back and told her and she switched it around. Also asked for a later check out. Atleast before 12 instead of 11. She was okay with that. The comfort was not too bad, bed was super soft but the pillows were to fluffy i woke up with a sore neck. Then house keeping comes and knocks at 11 asking when we were leaving as i was just packing things up and i mentioned we asked for a later check out but we would be out sooner than i thought. Then the front desk calls and asked if im paying for another night and i explained i already asked for a later check out and that i wouldn't be paying for another night like what the hell. I go check out and she asked if i put a damage deposit down (which i did) and then starts looking around for papers (this took her quite some time, nothing seemed to be organized) then asked if i paid on card (which i did) and she starts sifting through all the debit slips. Then asked if i paid credit and she goes “oh we will check your room and you will get your deposit back if its good, 2-3 days” Whatta slow check out process with the lack of communication on top of that.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room nice, not modern. Bed was very soft, too soft. Breakfast was not a lot of options .. it was quiet, easy to the freeway.

Just needed a one night stop over stay and was trying to stick to a budget. Checked in later in the evening front desk staff was polite. The room: Had a bit of a damp, musky smell. There was a stain on the carpet, a water stain in in the bathroom. The bathroom door didn't close all the way, and then handle was broken. and then door was had a hole/broken near the bottom of it. The lamp when you walked into the room, the switch was broken, there was 2 plug ins we could find in the room. The lamp between the beds wasn't plugged in, and I wasn't about to move the bed to plug it in. Had to call down to ask for Wifi password, and confirm location for breakfast. Breakfast was less than ideal. The picture shows, fruit and bread, and muffins and bottle of juice, and cereal. there was cereal with small bowls and muffins. A lady was serving and poured the juice so you go about a half of glass. The only saving grace was the bed was decent and the air conditioner worked well. The pillows on the bed should be replaced, they are smaller and lumpy.

We got a call at midnight over a charge. Then we got questioned the next morning because we had a cat asking if we told the staff we had an animal. I informed them I did and paid the fee. Smelled weird. The hallways were really hot. Breakfast was a joke!

We weren’t able to get the room of choice, a/c wasn’t on upon arrival, 35 outside so room very hot. A/c struggled to keep room “cool “ enough to be bearable. Hot tub not working.

We only stayed because everything else was booked up. Way too pricey for the condition this musty place was in. Just couldn’t wait to get out of there. Only stayed 1 night.

It wasn't at all like it was in the pictures. We had a pet so were put in an outside building which was ok but the room was barely big enough to move around in. The wall by the one bed was starting to flake and looked like it was going to cave in. The bathtub was very dirty as if it hadn't been scrubbed. There were water stains on the ceiling. However, that being said, the towels were clean and neat, there was a mini fridge and microwave perched on top, both were clean and usable. The sheets and linen were also clean. So all in all it was rundown but clean (which is more important).

Staff was friendly and things over all were ok. It was definitely run down and what you should expect out of an older hotel. I think back in the day it was really nice. The pool area was nice. The entry way chairs and carpets could use replacing to make it more appealing

The property from the outside is a little run down but the rooms inside are really nice. So like they say don't judge a book by its cover. However the hot tub was extremely hot could use it.

The front desk agents were very friendly and helpful but the accommodations were very outdated and the room was set up very strangely, not very convenient. They could definitely improve the breakfast, food provided and the area for eating were really not very thrilling. It was a place to stay for the night as we traveled through.

The rate was fair for the room. The room was quite dirty, especially under the beds, as it had not been vacuumed under there. The base board heaters were very dusty. The beds and the bathroom were clean, though. There was no smoke alarm! The room was very cold, and there was no thermostat to adjust. The WIFI was not working. We were very disappointed, and will never stay there again! The description on the website was not accurate. We didn’t use the pool, so no comments about that.

Advertised as a breakfast provided....lady served you and you were only allowed a certain amount of food. They served starchy cereals, bread, allowed only 1 myffin, an apple and a very small orange. Would not recommend this Inn.

Rooms Needs to be redone,wifi was not available,fridge stunk,was hard to open because the floor is damaged (water damage?).would have been Queen size beds,was double. Breakfast suckt,it was either cereals or muffins,coffee tasted like old socks,had stomach trouble for 400 km.Do not recommend Moose Jaw Inn to anyone.

Absolutely disgusting. Duct tape all over windows, towels in doorways to block drafts, room was freezing, sheets didnt fit bed. Lobby is just an offsale Carpets were disgusting Walls had splatters everywhere, including hallways and staurs.
