Location, location, location!! Conveniently located by the departing floor of Terminal 3. There are enough stores to get foods, souvenirs, and daily necessities without walking out of the terminal.

Pillows are strange for us

Great stay
4.5
Really convenient to stay there in Terminal 3 as almost next to check in counter. Had a morning flight so felt having breakfast there was also good.
Good stay, but rooms are dated and carpets worn and far from nice.
4.5
Super convenient for landing at Haneda after a long flight. Great breakfast and there are many restaurants in the airport terminal available.
4.5
The guest room is designed very comfortably.
4.5
Okay hotel at the airport for one night.

We booked this hotel so we could sleep during our 10 hour layover at Haneda airport. We arrived at 9am and were told we would not be able to check in early. For a fee we could check in at 12pm but there was no other options. We were not impressed as being an airport hotel, people arrive at all different times and the rude response we got was unexpected. Thankfully someone else helped us a few hours later and we were check in just after 11am and the extra charge was waived. The hotel itself was perfect to sleep for a few hours. We suggest they review their flexibility with check in times.

The location could not be better for Haneda T5 flights - literally at the end of the check in desks. Modern, clean with a bar/restaurant serving great food.
The automated check-in and out was convenient, although it’s the only hotel where a member of staff raised their voice at me.
The single room with no view was perfect for the over stay before the long flight home.
4.5
Brief stay due to 14 hr delay. It served its purpose very well and was a good value.
You do have to come thru immigration.

Great location in the airport at terminal 3, don’t have to go outside. But it’s tucked in the corner of the departure floor which wasn’t super easy to figure out initially. Rooms are small, Japanese sized but good enough for an overnight transit stop. You can catch the train from the terminal into town, or hit the attached shopping mall which has an onsen hotel (hot mineral springs) that you can pay to use. Although there is a restaurant attached, I’d recommend eating in the terminal or go into town which is only a few minutes away to get food for less money.
4.5
The staff is super friendly and helpfull.

An excellent airport hotel. Perfect location in T3, if you have an early morning flight why stay in town. There is a resturant as part of the hotel, but the dining options in the airport are excellent and fairly priced.
4.5
Enjoy the bath, quick check in, convenient location but have to clear immigration and on 1 floor above arrivals in departure area. Top biffet breakfast for additional. Love the bath with hot, clean and pressure water. Love the Mikimoto scented body and shampoo.
4.5
The room was comfortable. I wish they would change carpets for other type of cleaner floors for allergic people like us. It doesn't matter how much they "clean" there is always dust mites on the carpet. Everything else was quite clean. It was surprisingly quiet! We were very very pleased.

This hotel is in a very good location, near to trains, shopping mall, airport cruise terminal but needs a TLC , is old , rooms are not very clean. In general this hotel needs a better care

This is a nice hotel, right at the terminal 3 of the Tokyo Haneda airport, to which I could walk after going through the Immigration and customs area. There is one problem; the vertical blinds on the window right next to the bathtub did not close tightly, leaving a space between panels. This means no privacy while taking a shower. I called the front desk and got the response that these spaces were inevitable with the vertical blinds. This answer was not correct, because I do have some vertical blinds at home without these problems. I asked them to come up to see the problem and eventually was assigned to a different room. But after flying a whole day from the U.S., dealing with this problem was not a happy experience.
4.5
Excellent location for international flights. Very quiet. We didn't ear any planes from inside.
4.5
Ideal location right at the end of the departure terminal at Haneda airport. The check-in process is automated but was very straightforward and staff were there to lend a hand if needed. Rooms were very clean and tidy and a decent size for a Japanese Hotel. The stylish restaurant and bar is right next to the front entry and offers fine dining. The front desk staff also held our luggage for us because our flight didn’t leave until long after check-out. A very handy motel for travellers.
4.5
Stayed for one night only.

This hotel is connected directly to HND's terminal 3. It is outside security and customs so it's not a transit hotel, but if you have an overnight layover or an early flight, this is an excellent option. I've stayed here twice now and it's always been super easy to use/find, the rooms have always been clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Definitely worth considering if you're needing a hotel at HND.

Great stay for an early morning flight. This is really a no-frills hotel and you are essentially paying to stay here out of pure convenience.
Don't expect much. The room is small, outdated and overall fits the bill of an inn/motel. I would not recommend staying here for longer than one night as there are far better options to ensure the city and sightseeing than this.
TIP! this place is located on the departure level. The entrance is hard to find, the hotel is tucked away a bit.
Right by the hotel, you can take the escalator up and there are some great food/dining options. This is part of the airport. I would also recommend heading all the way to the observatory too
4.5
Overnight stay for proximity to airport. No complaints in that regard. Shuttle from airport to hotel comes about every 30 minutes during normal hours. Typical hotel food, overpriced but ok. No real dining options close to the hotel.
4.5
Step out of the hotel entrance into the departure hall without even going outside.
Really comfortable room and excellent restaurant with all staff friendly and helpful.
4.5
Easy check in/out great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Comfy bed, room small but was perfect for 1 night. Ideal location coming into terminal 3. I would definitely stay here again.
4.5
Located in departures in terminal 3, this hotel has everything you need for an early morning flight, as you literally walk right out to the check in counters, when you exit the hotel. Nice and clean hotel
4.5
Good location as the hotel is within the terminal building, departure level.
4.5
The floor too lower, the window outside just he tall wall, nothing to see.
4.5
Easy access to arrival and departure.
4.5
I enjoyed a fabulous evening meal at the restaurant. Great quality, Great service and very reasonably priced.
4.5
Convenient location right in terminal 3. Booked a “superior” room expecting something a bit better. Extremely small room and bathroom. Barely enough space to move around. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about.
4.5
Effortless checkin and helpful staff.
4.5
It is a good, clean hotel to stay at when you have a layover in Tokyo!
4.5
Rooms are small but functional. Twin beds are hard but comfortable but only one pillow per bed. Amenities include refrigerator, safe, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer, pajamas. Water pressure in shower is awesome and the aircon is ice cold! There are no USB ports but there are plugs next to each bed. Check-in process is automated but there is a person to help. Hotel entrance is on departures level of Terminal 3.
4.5
This hotel is located directly inside the T3 departure hall at Haneda and consequently is super convenient for an overnight stay before an early morning flight.
I didn’t see much of the services the hotel had to offer since I just went straight to my room, so can’t comment about restaurants etc. My room was on a lower floor and thus super quiet, no airplane noise which was a blessing to get a good nights sleep. The room was a decent size double, big enough to accommodate two suitcases. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was well appointed.
4.5
Check in system was self check in and but the staff was there for assistance. I’m very satisfied.
4.5
Overnight stay. Room is clean and small. Breakfast was not good,i dont mind pay more money, i like to see more variety of food.
4.5
Room rather small. Wouldn't let us check in until 3pm although if I wanted to pay more, I could check in earlier (so room was ready!) Hard pillow. Clean. Quiet. Didn't hear any airplanes. Convenient to checkin at Haneda Airport Terminal 3.
4.5
Just perfect;)

Very conveniently located if you are in and out for your travel at Tokyo Haneda International Airport.
If you want to borrow an iron and an ironing board, you would better call from your room. I asked borrowing them at the front desk because I was passing by after dinner outside, they just handed me iron and
