Very clean, jetted tub was awesome. Breakfast always hot and fresh and delicious.

We stayed here on an emergency basis while traveling with 8 people and a dog. Our group had two suites. One room had dirty dishes on the counter, gross food and drink messes on the stands and table, spaghetti splattered and dripping down the stove. I am not sure why, as the beds and bathroom were clean (i hope). The app said these were the last two rooms, so we didn't bother the staff over the issues. We would stay again if necessary, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay here tbh. The pet fee and priice was quite reasonable in a pinch. You are near many things. Such as food, stores, rental cars and auto repair services.

So upon arrival, the hotel staff was very pleasant. The hall however smelled awful like dogs. My room was okay, however trash was still in the bathroom trash. Roaches in the kitchen and the microwave was dirty as well as the oven. I was told I had to take my own trash out but she came and collected the trash from the bathroom. I was considering staying longer but decided to not extend. The walls are thin so you hear everything, people walking all night and dogs barking. The furniture is dated, I tried my best to keep everything clean with bleach but roaches still were in the kitchen especially at night.

Obvious drug deals going on in the parking lot numerous times. Multiple cars with people sitting in them in the parking lot for long periods. Manager was too busy or/and unconcerned.

The place is old and need updating. Price was very steep for what we get, but i think we went on a peak weekend. They room key didn't work the first few tries and the front desk struggled to get it to work. Our room smelled of smoke even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking room. The AC was either too strong or too weak. We didn't sleep very well that night. Breakfast was what you would imagine - eggs from a carton, breakfast sausage, waffles, bagels etc.

Our room was clean and neat. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. It couldn’t have been any better. Very thankful.

Never being to South Burlington and knowing the area I chose a hotel just outside of Burlington as the rates are lower. Never expecting groups of people to be outside talking loudly when I arrived just after 10pm and someone’s laundry hanging on the post fence. The bathroom of the king suite not only was not clean there were random hairs throughout the bathroom toilet room and jetted tub room. Needless to say I will never stay here again especially after seeing a very big roach scurrying across the area in front of the sofa. Left early because of that! Absolutely horrendous!

When we checked in the young man was very nice. The room I asked for was supposed to bed nonsmoking and king bed. I got a room smell HORRIBLE of smoke and it had a queen bed, I know cause I have a king at home. The remote to the TV had no back and when I picked it up my hand stuck to it. The front of the bathroom vanity had, what appeared to be, toothpaste residue on it from previous guests. There was a yellow chair in the room full of stains that looked like there were no attempts to clean it. On the floor entering into the bathroom area there’s a huge orange/red stain on the carpet.
I get it if there are renovations going on but cleaning well goes a long ways. Don’t rent out rooms that are falsely advertised. We paid good money for this room and by the time we got to the room at 8:pm it was too late to reserve another one else where. This was stated to be a 8.6 rating, I DONT THINK SO.

The room was dark, gloomy and furnishing were worn out. Didn’t want to touch anything. Have uploaded pictures. Would never stay here again.

Great location, easy access to numerous restaurants, closeness to downtown Burlington but far enough to avoid excessive noise. We simply LOVED our stay.

Hallways were extremely smelly and dirty. The putside doors didnt lock. There is a drug ring slinging behind the place

This hotel is fine, but at the price-point, I would hope for better. I don't necessarily blame the property, but the market in general. That may not be fair to the property, which again is fine. But spending nearly $400 a night for a hotel that was dated and had a funky smell in the common areas, is just wrong. Not sure there is any fix, and this is the price to pay to stay in the area, but the value proposition is not there.

Room seemed musty and damp. Has the filter been cleaned in the AC? Kept windows open for fresh air. People living there played their music too loud.

Arrived at this hotel for an overnight stay with two pair of sneakers and left with one pair. Knew I had brought two pairs, but waited to get home, after traveling for a month, to confirm that my sneakers had been stolen from my bag in the hotel room.
BRAND NEW Brooks sneakers. Back in Burlington, I stopped by the hotel to let them know they have a thief on their staff.
Representative at desk told me someone would contact me (it seemed they wanted to look somewhere for my sneakers, even though I explained that the sneakers were most definitely stolen…I had already asked for a key to re-enter the room the morning I checked out-when I got to my car and realized one pair of sneakers was missing.) I will NEVER use this hotel again. Hopefully whoever stole my sneakers is getting good use from them. Perhaps I'm lucky that something more valuable wasn't stolen, but it's disconcerting that Delta has no response to the fact that I was a target of a thief on their staff.

We only stayed one night. Bed was not comfortable and there were bugs in the room.

The room assigned to us was dirty. Cigarette ash on windowsill, crumbs on nightstand, ugly stained chair, and ripped up furniture. The front desk changed our room, and it was a tad better, but the furniture was so filthy and ripped up by dogs, I had to put a sheet on the chair to sit. I will never stay here again. And had to pay $280 per night.

The staff was great and friendly but the room they put me in was not clean my bed sheet had dried blood stain on it and the jetted tub had staines in it and was dirty. And the Jett’s would not work and a cubbies door would not close it stayed cracked open. I was affected by the storm and had to stay in a hotel room over night. I had no power at home.

The property was not very clean. The towels in the rooms had dirt on them. The corridors had a bad smell, maybe from old carpets. No air conditioning in the living room, only in the bedroom. The temperature in the living room was 80F. The breakfast was good. Parking was plenty. The area was safe. Very pricey given the above property quality.

The Room smelled really moldy and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Comfortable bed. Foldout sofa was adequate. Pillows were needed night 1 but unavailable according to front desk. Very nice staff. Dog friendly but had to pay 50$ per night. Lots of restaurants in the area. Close to highway. Breakfast was lackluster. I would book this place again.

I am surprised that Hilton has their name associated with this hotel. The property is run down and needs a complete refresh. The carpeting is dirty and stained, furniture in the rooms and lobby are thread bare. Breakfast was mediocre at best, with little selection. For the price point, I expected more.

The staff was very helpful. However we feel this hotel would benefit from a bit of ‘love’ - it could improve in cleanliness (old rugs could be removed , area behind sofa bed in room was dirty, etc). Breakfast was ok but ‘ordinary’

We cancelled the room after seeing it and moved in a better cleaner place. They were nice enough to give our money back. And by the way, no cleaning staff in the week end

The smell coming from the air conditioner was terrible. Would not recommend.

The room that we were assigned was very obviously a smoking room in the past and held that cigarette smoke smell.

Pet & people friendly! Great accommodations & delicious breakfast for a very affordable price.

This place is old, rundown and sorely in need of a makeover. Our first room had a bloody tampon in the toilet. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut because it seemed that it had recently flooded and the door swelled. The room smelled moldy and there actually was mold around the window sills. They moved us to another room and the only difference was that it smelled like air freshener.
The staff was very apologetic and did all that was in their power to help us out. It wasn’t their fault but the fault of the owners. Time to update and renovate this property.

The man who was the manager (I think) was very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Earlier that day i verified reservation and check in time. Was told only 1 room available for room type and in 1st floor. At check in i was told room still being cleaned, would have a short wait. Then it was verified that room was cleaned and ready. Room not cleaned. Food left on counters. In sink and microwave. Fridge dirty. Food on stained carpet in several places. Large amount of food under both beds. One bed stained and very sticky headboard with some kind of, hopefully glue? Also dirty pillows and one chair torn to shreds. Took pics. Offered to wait to have room cleaned or different room with 1 bed and rollaway. Took new room. Couch and chair old/ dirty/ stained. Chair too dirty to sit in. Room smelled cleaner but not vaccumed. Multi colored sequins and large chunks of red spongy foam on floor. Housekeeping came in with rollaway observed the floor, said someone would be in to clean. We had to change and leave for dinner, evenings plans. Asked them to wait half hour and do it while we were out. When we returned later floors were obviously cleaner. Attempted to use rollaway, it arrived made up, sheets and blanket But no pillows. Spare pillows in closet badly stained. Pulled back blanket on rollaway, sheets filled with hair, human and dog. Went to front desk, was late, near midnight for clean bedding. Was offered to have Housekeeping come make bed, declined as it was past midnight and very tired. Asked for clean sheet, to sleep on top of. Given full set king, no pillows.

The staff was great and tended to all our needs. The warm breakfast was very good with two kinds of eggs, yogurt, waffles, cereal, etc. as well as several kinds of hot coffee. Because the hotel has long-term tenants who cook in their apartments, the hallways sometimes smelled like dinner -- noticeable but not bad.

The staffer who assisted me behind the counter on Monday evening was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel quite welcome. Very impressed.
