Very nice. I understand not having your sheets and room cleaned everyday, but it would be nice to have extra towels for the in-room jacuzzi tube. I asked for some and was told I couldnt have anymore. Had to dry with towels that were still damp from the day before. Thank you, Danni Ville

I showed up to my booking and because of Hotels.com not ever even contacting the hotel with any of my information for my reservation. So when I showed up to the hotel I had no room and I had driven multiple states to get there… waiting to see if hotels.com will compensate me in anyway. I had a nice room with a Jacuzzi tub and fireplace for my girlfriend and I and I ended up having to find a standard room. Luckily, I was able to find some thing I was stuck for hours.

The biggest problem we had with our room was the carpet was so dirty and the furniture was outdated so bad and for the money you pay, you should have nice stuff we were told the pool was heated, which turned out it was not.

We were in a basic two bedroom suite (Room 119). Cost was over $500 per night so it was not an inexpensive outing. Our view was a cement wall. Literally. The sofa had stains on it. The lights in the kitchen did not work. That being said, when the sofa was a pull out bed- the bed part was comfortable. Instead of a mattress with the pull out bars, it was firm padding and we slept comfortably. When we realized how dark it was going to be in the room without the properly working lights in the kitchen, my husband walked down to the front desk for assistance and the man working the desk came to the room. He went in search of an additional light for us and it did lend to additional lighting. We did not complain- at all. However I feel like I need to be honest as these issues will certainly keep us from returning in the future. The location was fine. It was directly on Route One. We did not use the pool.

They let us check in early so we could spend time at the beach. We were not charged for early check in. The staff was polite and courteous. The hotel was conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay.

The Staff at the check was excellent...I checked in early no problem...but after that there was no interaction other than getting my free coffee in the morning. No breakfast, no amenities..the room was large but spartan and rather worn. The armchair was shredded. VERY generic room. I could hear the people next door cough, talk, their AC turning on and off.. Good Location but not worth the money.

Do not stay here if having Wi-Fi is important to you. Room was dark and the carpet was in need of cleaning. We were told that housekeeping was after 3 days. We were there for four days and never had any room services. The only positive thing is the location.

Was our second year stay at the same property. I found this year we had several issues with just general hotel ammentities. We had an extended stay and had to ask multiple times to get our room cleaned and sheets changed.

We had only a short time as we were doing business locally. I love the pool and spa. It’s also perfectly located for us. The beds are very comfortable, black out curtains enable us to sleep a little later than usual and temperature control is easy and effective.

It’s 15 min walk from the beach . There is also a nice pool and hot tub. The area feels safe and it’s quiet . There are bus stop right down the street and walk distance from lots of restaurants. They have free coffee.

Easy to get to. Registration folks were very helpful. We appreciated the bottles of water in the room. Only other thought was that the service would check to see daily if coffee, water etc needed to be replenished.

Front desk was helpful at check in, as they couldn't find my second room that was booked. However the room was so damp, the carpet felt damp and bathroom towels didnt dry overnight

Amazing place, was a last min trip, and was a great experience at this place. Great pool, room was nice and clean, had a weird smell when we first arrived, but we sprayed some fresh air and it was fine. Looking forward to come back sometime soon or next summer.

No Staff between11pm & 8am. No hot water 2 of 3 days. No service to rooms. Initial housekeeping poor. Hot tub broken. Air Conditioners in hallways broken. Hall temperatures over 110! Broken dresser-could not use. Property looks great from outside, but next door is an abandon building with mattresses and garbage al over . Our view was this building and a noisy highway, despite being promised an ocean view from our balcony. A/C from two rooms vented on to balcony making it too hot to enjoy.

We had a good stay, no issues really besides we had pre paid for early check in because we were going to a wedding that afternoon. I called every day that week and that morning and was told it wouldn’t be a problem but when we arrived there was still a wait. Luckily we got in the room with enough time to spare and I’m grateful for that! The rest of our stay was great!

We just stayed for a two night weekend trip and loved it! We had a superior queen room in building A and it was very clean and spacious. The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. The pool area was clean, with a huge pool and hot tub area. We were very impressed!

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The motel facilities specifically the pool and hot tub were great. The motel is walking distance to Footbridge beach. DT Ogunquit is walkable but better to catch the trolley for $5. A very good experience.
