Felt very safe as a solo traveler. The room was shielded from the sounds of traffic. It was spotlessly clean. I’d stay again.

This was such a wonderful place to be introduced to Lyon. The directions were perfect, and we did not miss having a front desk. The room was charming. The breakfast was great. Couldn't be happier.

This property is spacious but poorly designed, just a large open room with bathtab, master bed and two single beds in the same room with no divider. The wash sink is too small with no space for anything. The toilet floor is some old raw stones with dirts. We reminded the staff that we need fresh towels everyday which was promised based on the checkin policy, but first day we had to message a few times and second day no towels at all. During the shower, hot water stopped all of sudden. Overall it is a poorly managed apartment hotel room.

Would stay again.

Check in and paying for hotel was not the easiest. But the property is great and I would highly recommend. I would just say not to rent a car and try to park in the city.

Clean, adorable. Safe location with locked entry. Walkable to town. Fav hotel of our vacation!

This is a great location in Lyon. The most annoying part of the stay was the late check-in at 5 pm and their payment system which requires you to pay over phone or their own link, rather than the site where you book. Also, they ask you to pay extra if you want to check-in at 3:30 pm!

New concept for a hotel, annd the apartment was just beautiful and good location to explore the old town and more. I would stay here again.

Bed was great. A few lights didn’t work. The wifi kept kicking me off and I had to enter my info every time I needed it. A ball of hair in the pouch by the sink. The toilet button cracked-very unhygienic.

This is most definitely NOT A HOTEL. It is an Airbnb-style lodging. The entry door was not secure and the central hallway reeked of rotting garbage. The apartment itself was fine - though the dishes were dirty on arrival, and one of the mugs was completely broken. The bed was comfortable, but had ripped/holey linens. It also is not made clear that there are multiple locations, and you're not guaranteed to be located in the same building if booking with others.

The Grenat house is modern decorated, with a fancy fireplace. The bathroom is huge, with a tempting tub, and spacious shower area. The shower was strong with 3 modes of water stream. It was very enjoyable to take a shower. The apartment is in a courtyard, so it is very quiet but also walkable to all the famous sightseeing. We enjoy our stay very much. The only glitch is the door is really really heavy, you have to pull in and pull out aggressively. I was never able to open the door, my 25 year old son did the heavy pushing every time. Another thing is the toilet is away from the bathroom, you have to walk a couple of minutes to the bathroom to wash hands after the toilet. After all, it was a very nice property, we would stay again next time in Lyon.

My only criticism would be the lack of pots and pans given the apt has a full kitchen with utensils, cups and plates.

We were given the wrong access code to the property and we were caught outside in the rain/cold for 30minsat 10:45pm on Friday night as we phone mihotel, after 4 calls they eventually gave us a different access code that worked. not the romantic start to my wife's birthday weekend I had hoped for. They then called us after checking out on Sunday at the airport - I had assumed to apologise for the experience and offer some kind of discount, but no they called to ask if we took the keys (which we never had access to) - ultimately a messy and poor experience and wish we had just gone to a normal hotel with a front desk.

This is not a hotel, but laxusuary type of AB?B.
Should not use a word Hotel.
Breakfast was not delivered one day. Also, taste was bad. Everything is cold and not worthwhile asking. Delivery time is also limited.
One curtain is missing in living room.
So noisy area, good to hang around, but not a quiet at all.

Unique and luxurious accommodation, especially the bathroom. Towels were not replaced and cooking equipment would have been useful.

The air conditioning was out, the staff left our door open which left important items left out that could have been taken. Unless we get credited, I wouldn’t go back

Great suite e.g. a one bedroom flat in a house. Very close to hotel de ville, the Rhone, etc. Convenient shop and coffe shop h
Just 20metres away! Great kitchen with ftidge if you want to eat in, spacious and confortable bedroom, huge bathroom, I recommend for solo travellers and couples...

Rugby trip to Lyon.
Generally the room was large, well equipped and was in a great location for access to all of central Lyon. The bed was excellent, very comfortable and large, nice bath in the bedroom and even a swing in the room.
A few negatives: Not sure which room we were getting, as when booking it was not made easy to determine exactly which room and which location we were booking. views from this one were not great!
The access was dark and up stairs in a back building, we got used to it but a little off putting initially. the key pad access didn't work, so had to phone and get access to a key box outside, which I think was known before we got there.
the room could do with a little bit of TLC. the shower didn't drain well, which resulted in a small flood, no plug in sink, floors look a little worn, etc.
Overall though a good stay and a very comfortable room

The hotel was is a great location for access around the city. The suite was very welcoming after a long day of travel.
Helpful staff was a boon too.
We are definitely booking another stay when we next visit Lyon.
A welcome oasis after a long train journey from Milan.

I booked 5 place Bellecour, Lyon, Rhone, 69002 France, but got moved to 31 rue de la Charité, 69002 Lyon for whatever reason they came up, and no one told me until I found out after I couldn't get in to 5 Bellecour. I ended up spending more than one hour more to find the place and get in to the room. The location wasn't what I expected, and the place also smell not very good. It's a very bad experience for me.

The property should not be allowed to advertise itself as a hotel. It is not a hotel. A company owns numerous studio flats around the city. They are not easily contactable (especially if you do not speak French) if any issues arise. Overall, they make everything look so much better in the pictures on their website than what you find when you get in. Generally, it is overpriced due to the lack of service you would expect from a hotel.

This was a boutiquet hotel experience. The room was lovely and very big. Clean and modern. It is a bit of a walk from the office and we needed leaveour luggae because we were to early for check in but the woman who worked there was lovely andlet us leave pieces there. The location is pretty center in town. We enjoyed out stay.

Very unique place. Parking was a bit confusing.

Overall was a nice hotel: located very near the center of the city, was nicely designed, and _. However, there were a few things that could’ve been better. One thing was the first night we arrived the door to our suite wouldn’t open. We put in the code emailed to us several times and the door would not budge. After around 30 minutes of that we pushed the door open and it worked only to realize there’s a second door. The second door again had the same problem except this time we couldn’t push it open. We called MiHotel and it was closed. Fast forward, someone previously locked the door with the keys meaning that only the code would not open the door. Another thing about this hotel was that the staff did not come in and refresh the room daily which was interesting but they did eventually come. All aside, it was a nice experience.

Digital hotel so no staff contact except to tell me that there was a problem with my payment through Expedia. Digital is ok except when it doesn’t work: we had problems with WiFi and we couldn’t access TV channels. Very nice advertising but not practical.

We had a lovely time in Barcelona. Great location and our hostess was very kind and she was great with our little ones.

The swing may have been my kid’s favorite thing for the whole visit to Lyon!

Loved this place. State of the art, nicely decorated, keyless service and lots of space. So comfortable and clean. From now on I will always look for a MiHotel.

First of all, this is not a Hotel in the traditional way. This is a group of executive suites located in the city. So there is no reception desk, no staff to be seen. The Check-In time is really late 17:00 for check-in is not acceptable since there is no reception to leave your luggage. If there were a small space to leave your luggage was present, it would be perfect

MiHotel is a great option for being close to everything in Lyon. Shower pressure is awesome decor is up to date has a window that you can look out and see the area.
My only complaint is that the wifi does goes in and out a good bit.
Otherwise highly recommend for two people.

Fairly comfortable, clean and well located. Note the office is on Place Bellecour, not the apartment. MiHotel staff were great help when the code to access room stopped working.
Good: size of room, good small fridge, comfortable firm bed and cleaning daily. Nice touches include restock of coffee every day, netflix and a pay per mini bar.
Not so good: likely the most uncomfortable couch ever built along with tiny coffee table to eat at, meaning the salon area is awkward and not worth the $$. and aircon was weak

The Blush suite was great place to stay for a couple of days in Lyon. Due to associated entry codes, we never had to worry about bringing a hotel key. The room was clean every day. The suite is located in the attic of the building, yet, had air conditioning and provided this cozy French feeling in the city. Highly recommend it.

Very well decorated and equipped room with great European character and court yard to experience a true European style living all tucked in this beautiful boutique hotel. The staff were very helpful and instructions were very details and easily understood. Would recommend and will stay again once in the city!
