The hotel and property are beautiful. But… the management is lacking. Specifically, the property was basically empty (maybe 10% occupied) and not only did they not upgrade me, but they actually placed me next to another guest in a room with a connected door! Plainly, they did this because they value their ease of housekeeping far more than they value the comfort of their guests. Very disappointing attitude.

Few shores worldwide can match the Cádiz Atlantic shore (yes, in spite of the Levante wind; or maybe thanks to it which helps preserving it from the crowds in other parts of Spain). This hotels allows you to experience it fully. One literally leaves the hotel back gate to get into the beach, which allows you, for instance, never miss the breathtaking sunset, or always enjoy a pleasant morning walk. The hotel is also completely renovated and rooms, gym, pools and the like are all extremely well preserved and clean. Friendly and kind staff too. Very good WIFI service everywhere and very good prices as soon as the summer is over.

New modern hotel. Good facilities. New design so much better than the older version. Pools are great. Lots to like. Only negatives to note are 1) lack of pool service 2) poor food at pool bar 3) service can be quite slow at times 4) buffet food is ok, lots of choice but lacks a little in quality. Quite expensive peak season, better value off season.

A very nice hotel, one of the nicest ive stayed in of its type. There are extensive grounds and it is situated very close to a lovely beach. The condition of the hotel inside is excellent as well.
