Nice location - walk to Alona beach in a few minutes. ATM just outside entrance. McDonalds across the street. Nice pool. Only negative: No elevator

My spouse and I had a late flight returning to Manila. We were only at the property for 10 hours. Rooms were a little dated but clean and comfortable. The location is just across the street from the Hennan entrance on the right.

Nice hotel with rooms at good rates. A pool in the back of the hotel. Great location in Alona. Nice and quiet at night. Modern facilities, great owners and amazing staff. If I ever go to Alona again I know where I will be staying. It was so good I extended my stay there twice.

I don't know about the rest of the rooms in this hotel, but our room had ants crawling across my laptop and no phone in the room. The bathroom was about 35 sq ft. and had no shower curtain for privacy. So when taking a shower, the toilet seat would get wet, and a good portion of the floor as well because of the splash of the water. I guess a basic plastic shower curtain is wayyyyy too expensive for the owner to install. However, the room had a safe to lock your valuables which did not make sense. But a shower curtain, no. The internet usage was weak & limited, and it was only good for 24 hours. Once your 24 hours were up, you had to go back down to the lobby to get a new password to log back in. We did not understand this concept and it was very inconvenient. Our room had two twin beds that were stuck to each other permanently which could not be separated, and was made of wood which squeaked with each toss & turn. This hotel is situated in an area with many choices for food and is very lively, but there are locals all over the place trying to sell you something and constantly in your face with their products and services, and they will ask you if you walk by the first time, and will ask you a second time if you walk back by a minute later.. We found it to be exceptionally annoying. The restaurant workers in the area are not very attentive, and once they serve you your food, do not expect them to come back. If you need something, you have to call them over to ask them.

Very nice hotel with great pool and spa. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is good and I it's a good relation between price and quality. However, I think they could improve their breakfast options and quality.
Shower wasn't very good, not sure if it's something that affects the whole island but water pressure wasn't good at all and it was kind of salted.
