Fantastic and peaceful. We'll definitely return to this place

1) The staff were really friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was great. They helped us find tuk-tuks and they also help us to arrange our trip in Bohol when we arrived. 2) Our room had everything we needed, like a TV, shower stuff, and a kettle. We stayed in a native room, which was still really nice. 3) It's conveniently close to Alona Beach, just an 8-minute walk away. If you don't mind walking, it's a great option, especially since it's very close to all the restaurants, making it very convenient.

The WiFi is a bit slow, but it's okay.

Beautiful Place 😊

During our time at Seapearl, my family and I were absolutely delighted by the peaceful atmosphere, the stunning poolside scenery, and the overall tranquility of the surroundings. The staff's warmth and eagerness to assist, from arranging a tuktuk to organizing our trip to Bohol, truly made our stay unforgettable. We're already looking forward to returning in the future to create even more joyful memories at this wonderful place!

I have no regrets; everything was worth it, and we couldn't be happier.

Unsanitized Room, unattentive staffs

The shower room seems that someone just peed before we arrived. Smells awful. Though they tried to remove the smell with a bleach that left us coughing due to the strong smell. Also, you'll need to ring the bell more than you could imagine and wait awhile for the staff to entertain you. I don't know what they are doing at the back room. Be mindful of all the inclusions of you're booking, as they will not even bother to ask for your breakfast preference even though its included.

Very good

The service and the warm smile are some of the best I experienced in my life. It's a relatively quiet place in the very busy alona beach area.

The entrance to the room is through the balcony and it's uncomfortable. Reaching the hotel through a mud road also uncomfortable.

high potential, Nice pool (henri it’s clean!)

staff is not polite, spend their time on their phone, don’t know how to clean this place has potential but is not well taken care off : cleaning of bathrooms, pool, exteriors … too bad quite far from the beach

Sleeping with Salamander!

Location

There was a big semender (salamander) in the room and staff was not be able to remove it!! Actually there wasnt any staff, but a security guard and it was not his business. We hadbto sleep with the amimal and his sound!!

it’s quite comfortable and affordable but if you’re looking for something that has an on-site resto, very close to the b

the location is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. rooms are pretty big, can accommodate up to 5 I think.

amenities are not enough. there’s no onsite resto not even outside of the property. the property needs a bit of an update as well like curtains, sheets, etc. I’m not sure if the staff cleans the room as well because my room wasn’t cleaned or made during my entire stay of three nights there. I guess you have to request for that. the staff is accommodating although they could be more welcoming by giving insight of the property and nearby areas to see.

Wonderful little hidden gem

Great little hotel, very peaceful, very friendly and helpful staff. Staff diligently keep the place clean and tidy. Super pool with pool bar. Mini bars restocked daily included in cost.

Only minor criticisms, overall was a great place and would come again. Location is tucked a little out of the way but there is a free shuttle to the town. Breakfast was a little lacking in quality and quantity. Annoying cat which begs a lot! But on the plus side no sign of any roaches!

All in all. Beautiful place for the price we paid.

Two of the front desk staff were exceptional - Jai and Nestle, the kitchen staff were also very hospitable.

Room 5 - fridge was not working. Room 2 - safe was not working, no lights were working by living area, shower was not working properly as well. On our last night, i asked for help from the front desk due to a.clogged toilet, waited for 2 hours and no action. After several reminders, had to fix it myself.

We had a good stay at Bohol. Location was still suitable despite a walking distance to the beach. Place was quiet and relaxing. Our whole room got flooded right away when it rained. The water directly fell into our bags including our DSLR camera. It happened very early in the morning but luckily my husband was able to wake up to save our stuff. I don’t know what was the problem or why it happened but the management should have looked into this before allowing occupants to use the rooms.

the room is cozy but aircon is not that strong, only one aircon in the room. the swimming pool is nice

the water heater is broken and the staff noticed before we checked in. but didn’t let us know and didn’t do anything about it. and only mentioned it when we asked . This part is bad

Good !

We loved the size of the room and the pool right outside. The beds were nice for a god sleep. The staff are very friendly and service minded.

The room is very dusty and There is a Shell of mould. The walking distance to Beach is 1,2 kilometer and not 300 meter as written in Booking.com. The shuttle bus is not driving because it is not aproved by the authorities.
