I like this Villa because it’s peaceful and not crowded

We like the rooms and the location..very close to the Beach and the Airport..We will surely stay here again when coming back to visit Philippines.

Comfortable rooms and lovely staff

The team was very helpful, professional and their service was great. The room we booked was comfortable. The shared kitchen was great to cook or prepare food. Their facilty was clean and tidy. If you are staying there, consider renting a motorbike. Panglao beach is near but not by foot. The streets can be dangerous there, there are hardly any sidewalks. And it can be dangerous at night. We also booked our tours with the hotel, I think the tours were not overpriced.

I didn't like the smell of the bathroom. It smelled like the sewer. But it was bearable if you closed the door. Also if you sit on the toilet and you are all tall guy/gal, this could be uncomfortable. Your knees are touching the wall in front of you. I sometimes laid the head on it... Fortunately it wasn't that big of a deal for us. If you want to shower hot, be patient, it takes time to get hot water. We find that there is not enough spaces to put your things in the bathroom. The overall size of the bathroom is rather small.

Buena elección calidad precio y cerca del aeropuerto

Me encontré un apartamento mejor dd lo esperado. Me dejaron entrar un poco antes de la hora prevista. Cerca del aeropuerto 20mn a pie. Para moverte necesitas de moto, tricycle o taxi como en la mayor parte de Filipinas. 100% recomendable.

Quizás un poco más de limpieza en la manguera de la ducha. Por el resto… genial

Very recommendable hotel 5 minutes from Alona beach

Very nice hotel 5 minutes away from Alona beach by motorbike. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is very kind. The area is very quiet. There is a restaurant that offers breakfast and meals during the day. WiFi works good. You can rent motorbikes there. Very recommendable :)

lovely friendly place. would recommend.

the staff were absolutely lovely. so sweet, friendly and happy to help wherever they could. the room was comfortable and clean and cleaned very well daily. the pool area was nice and peaceful and looked lovely at night.

a bit too far away to walk into the town but the staff would get you a tricycle for a good price.

Nice villa but with a lot of external unpleasant factors

Not applicable as the kitchen was closed

No reception desk at the villa that we stayed. The clients next to our room could play the music very loud the whole night. It was quite disturbing. The road outside the entrance was not developed well.

You need a tricycle or a scooter to get the center (alona beach) or tou have to walk more than 30 mins.

I would stay here again but would hire a ped for daily.

I liked that we could use the kitchen free of charge. The staff are lovely and always smiling.

Our bath towels and bedding had stains on. The bathroom was small. It is a far way out of town if you are walking.

Nice staff, room very small

The girls from the reception were very friendly and helped us with the touristic tours and also to call the tuktuk to get to the city, they also helped with laundry and any questions we had they were always available to help and answer. The pool is very nice too.

It's a bit far from the city centre , so you cannot walk, you have to take a tuktuk or hire a scooter to get around. The room is very tiny and the toilet is even more tiny, they do not put enough toilet paper in the rooms and they dont clean every day, you have to request it. the room in the morning was very noisy.

Very good

Everything was excellent. The shower, the a/c, the tv, the mini fridge, the kitchen area, the pool, the patio, the staff. The WiFi was pretty stable. I arrived early and before check in time but the staff let me leave my bags at reception while I went around the island. When i checked in later in the day, my bags were already in my room waiting for me. The staff was excellent. Super polite, helpful, and friendly. Location was also very close to the airport.

You need to ride a trike from the hotel if you want to hang out at alona beach area and it's not often that there are one's passing. You can request for front desk to call one for you but they charge a bit more than when you hail one outside the property. No comforter or at least a decent sized blanket. It was a small and thin cloth that barely fits a person. I probably could have requested another but i didnt bother because im an introvert and i was by myself anyway and wasnt sharing the blanket with anyone.

Decent but should be better for the price - pictures are misleading.

The property is well maintained and the staff are helpful. The pool was nice to cool down in. You can also rent a motorbike on site which was handy - it is needed as it is not walkable to the centre of town.

The rooms are much smaller than they appear on the pictures. The shower basically spit water at you and was not very good. There is no restaurant on site. Other guests had a loud party one night (it went on until 6am) and we could not sleep at all.

Simplicity and cleanliness. Nice place and family friendly.

There were problems with the shower on some of the rooms. Water pressure of the shower bed is low but it is not really a major problem.
