This is such a beautiful hotel. The decor is modern and gorgeous. The breakfast is amazing and we loved the employee who prepared the breakfast. She was so kind and helpful. Only drawback to this hotel is the pool is small and there is no hot tub.

We paid way too much for this room. We had 5 people and needed the pull out couch. The bed could not pull out because it hit the air conditioner. We had to try to pull the mattress off onto the floor. When we lifted the couch cushions there was food under them. When we opened the bed there were dirty tissues and crud on the floor. The mattress had a bunch of large crumbs of food or something all over it. Just disgusting, and for the price we paid for the room, it was inexcusable!

The room was immaculate--but we were especially impressed by the rooms furnishings and features--the shelf larger enough for two or three suitcases on the wall beneath the TV--the arrangement of toilet, privacy wall, shower and sink in the bathroom --the many assorted light fixtures making many levels of light possible.

Hotel is great for a couple night stay, can’t go wrong with a new Holiday Inn and Suites. Although my room had a pretty bad smell, like it was sealed up for awhile. Everything was fine, if ever in the area I’d stay there again.

My son left his wallet by the pool and a staff member found it, called our room, then called my cell number, and then returned it. We are very thankful...honestly and integrity are very much appreciated! Thank you to the staff member who found it and returned it!!

About 10 years ago, I had a major issue at a Holiday Inn that wasn't responded to by the location (they were angry I left a review instead of letting them convince me to not tell the truth to keep their ratings high, so once I left the negative review they refused to talk to me), and corporate HI never responded to me either. So, for the last 10 years, I have been boycotting HI. After hundreds of trips, now, I still refused to stay at an HI because of that prior experience. Fast forward to this past weekend, we were in a rush, and my wife "made" me get a room at this location even though I protested, non-stop, but we were in a pinch. It was THE BEST DECISION. This location is absolutely amazing. Squeaky clean, the service is top notch, the room was incredible, the breakfast hit the spot. I have nothing but great things to say about this location, so much so that I will again start staying at Holiday Inn's because of my experience at this particular location. I have no association with HI, this is an actual review. Stay here if you get the opportunity. You will not find a better hotel anywhere. This is an unbelievably well-run location, and I have to travel again this upcoming weekend and will probably make this location my stay-over spot because of my experience this past week. I slept even better than I do in my own home.

The HIE overall is a great place to stay. The space is recently renovated, clean and has a super friendly staff. Breakfast is extra and the pool is a great bonus, especially for the kiddos. Will return next year!
