Totally different from the pictures. There is a kitchen, but it is very dirty and unusable. The sound echoes. I think a different hotel would be better.

It's more self service. No one bother you.

Not bad for the price but not great

Great location in the heart of Old Town and a serviceable facility. The street noise can be intense, however. Clser to a hostel than a hotel.

Staff was ok; not overly friendly, but got the job done. The pension was near the center of the old town, so no complaints with location. The room (a triple) was cramped-barely room to navigate. The bathroom was close by, and the kitchen was small, but had coffee and frig and utensils to cook with. They do not offer breakfast. Our view was of an interior wall, so it got kind of hot, since we couldn't open to an outside window.

Very friendly staff, nice bathroom but just one per floor. In the middle of the old town which is excellent but also quite loud

Was sold on location, air conditioning, wifi and private bathroom. The only thing that was true when i arrived was a great location in old town. The air conditioning didnt work, nor did the ceiling fan. The bathrooms were shared and beds solid as a rock. Internet did not work either. Huge disappointment for the price point.

Had a terrible experience at this place. It started simply with the rooms not ready at 2. Made a problem for us. Even when we went back at 3 they kept us waiting. The room was amazingly small. Would be impossible for 2 people. And hot - just an ineffective ceiling fan and an internal window into the laundry room. reception were kind enough to give me their one and only fan so I could get a little bit of sleep. Unfortunately it needed sellotape to keep the button down which kept coming off. All this and shared bathrooms. Come on!Hot. Small. Expensive. Quite simply one of the worst places I have stayed in many years. Awful.

Loved staying here! Perfect location (right in old town but walking distance to taxi and bus stop that takes you to the major bus depot which is only 1 mile away as well). The room is very nice and the view is great. The fan was somewhat broken and very loud in our room which did make it difficult for my friend to sleep and that wasn't fixed before we checked out but I would still stay again. When checking it we were given a map and the staff member was very kind and helpful. The other staff members were not as friendly but they were not rude. You do have to rent towels. There are plenty of restrooms close to the room and they are very very clean.

Very good location, close to all the bars and in between the two beaches.
The room and the common bathrooms were clean.

Backpacking through Europe with my sister about a week and a half in and this place had the best service so far! The guy at reception was super helpful, provided us with a map and great suggestions on how to maximize the short time we got to stay. Loads of things nearby from activities to sights to food, I would definitely go back to this spot if Im lucky enough to visit San Sebastián again!

it was located on busy street , bars and shops were very close, easy to walk around, however drunk people outside were too noisy until 2 or 3 am, it was hard to fall asleep.
The room and shared bathroom was clean, but no room service, Wifi connection was not so good at night. It was just good price for bed.
