Overall good, but setting to 2 stars because of roaches in the room and the property. I won’t consider this property again due to this problem. However I must say staff is nice, helpful and friendly. I hope they can take the roaches problem seriously. This is marked as 4 stars hotel, but I would barely give it 3 stars in my opinion

A great hotel. I like that the front desk staff made the stay comfortable, very friendly and professional. One thing that I would recommend for improvement is the breakfast, very limited: cake, bread with cheese, honey, and hard-boil eggs tea, coffee, juice. They lack a variety of breakfast items a typical American would wake up to like yogurt, fruits and fruits is in abundance there. Otherwise very impressive, from the decor, layout, cleanliness...super! This will be where I stay again whenever I go to Morocco. I don't mind the breakfast that much but I hope this feedback would bring some changes to the breakfast menu...Highly, highly, highly recommended!

Stayed in room 219 on the second floor and the bathroom leaks into the main room so bad and smells like sewage water Card reader worked one time while I was there and the women refused to try it again suggesting that I go to the ATM around the corner

Hotel was dirty.Rooms are very small,Bathroom and toilet next tto eachother in a small room and very dirty.Front desk is terrible. All you get is "No " for answer.One of the Hotels the night never ends...

The room and bathroom were clean. The staff are very helpful. The location of the area can be a bit complicated especially with the gps.

Great experience overall. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good and very clean. Two members of the hotel at thI counter à tall man and a woman from Morocco were very good at customer service. One I didn’t like was that I requested to change room, but I didn’t get a response after my request. And the room is very small compared to the US hotel.

Breakfast was always cold. Waiters could not speak English. There was a female receptionist working during the day who could not speak or say a word of English, how disappointing. There was a male receptionist who worked nights who could speak English perfectly fine. I was given a single room which was very small, cramped and within that room there was no where hang up my clothes, I asked for me room to be changed to a double room which was better and then was asked to leave that room which I refused. Water within the shower was not always warm, hot. The hotel is situated within a back street, walking distance to restaurants and town centre. I would not rate the hotel as a four star rating.

Hotel is more than excellent, staff in general are very chearfull& friendly espcially Khaled, breakfast improved a lot. Best money value, strongly recommented for honey mooners& close to all shopping centers.

The standards and service at the Seven Hotel and Spa do not reflect what I expect of any four star property. The issues we encountered were as follows: The temperature of the shower ranged from cold to luke warm and was never hot. The room not thoroughly clean. On two days we returned from a days sightseeing to find our room had been serviced but no towels replenished, we then had to wait more than 2 hours for the towels to arrive despite several calls chasing them and thus unable to shower when we returned to our room. The breakfast at the hotel was extremely poor in terms of choice and quality. The hot food options were all cold and not replenished (and heated by tea lights). Staff in the breakfast room were rude, to a lesser degree so were all of the other staff at the hotel with the exception of Zak, the trainee and student who had more idea about customer service than the rest of them put together. Lastly and probably the thing that leaves the worst taste in my mouth about the stay at this hotel is that when I complained the management and owners said they were not willing to offer any compensation or do anything in an attempt to redress our situation. On the day of our departure the manager, with whom I had spoken with twice about the issues I encountered, and the owners were present. They all chose not to engage with me, instead avoided any eye contact with me - very bad form. Avoid this hotel.

Brand new boutique style hotel located on a quite street near the centre of the city and a short walk to the Tramway. Well appointed, comfortable rooms and the dining area is spacious and modern. The buffet was good but could use more variety. Because it's a new hotel not too many taxi drivers or people know where it is.

Its a contemporary style hotel with good ambience but the service was not at par as a four star hotel.However since it was a good deal n the reception staff were nice the stay was comfortable.

My biggest complaint is the huge cockroaches that I found in my room. Each time I called the hotel staff about them they laughed. Another problem was that my room did not have a good wifi connection. I also doscovered that the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned before I moved into the room.

We arrived to only one bath towel but got that sorted. We asked for more clothes hangers but never got any. We asked for another toilet roll but ended up having to get one myself from the cleaners trolley. The breakfast was just ok, it did not get replenished quickly enough and there was not much variation. There was a bit of thread on the floor in the room which did not get moved for the four days we were there. The room needed dusting in some areas. The bed, pillows and linen were all good and clean. the bathroom was a wet area which did not work very well as the whole area got wet. In general there was nothing major that was not good, but I thought it was only 'ok'.
