Convenient location for any event at PPG Arena. They also had awesome continental breakfast with a great selection of food to meet everyones choice for breakfast.

My mother and I really enjoyed this hotel. The dinner, snacks and breakfast was really good. Every single staff member was kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and overall a great choice to stay. Also the hostory of the building is very neat!

This was such a clean hotel and straight forward with what it said. You have to pay 40 to park but it's so easy and you get two buffets, one for cocktail hour and one for breakfast. You get one free drink and two others for a dollar a piece. Easy to get to the ice arena!

Everything about my stay was excellent. Staff were all friendly and helpful and I especially enjoyed visiting the bar each night for a drink and a snack before bed. I was there to watch hockey and football, and the hotel was within walking distance of both venues.
4.7
The shower pressure was terrible, literally dripped at times, could barely rinse my hair
Also, the water temperature was either scolding or freezing in the shower and the sink.

Fabulous place to stay. Friendly and kind staff. Highly recommend!

Lovely art-deco building in downtown area. Large room and free breakfast and evening meal with drinks. Helpful friendly staff - our second stay in a Drury hotel and we are fans, though they get very busy at weekends
4.7
nice hotel close & walking distance to PPG arena. free breakfast and happy hour. only issue was NO early checkin or attempts to try to get in early even calling each day & same morning.
4.7
Great selection of food for the happy hour snacks and great breakfast options. Clean hotel, friendly staff

Every single staff was absolutely amazing to deal with! The breakfast in the morning was delicious!

The Drury is a very nice, clean and conveniently located hotel. The rooms are quite large and comfortable, and were quite clean. It’s also got a lobby bar that stays open fairly late, if you’re looking for a snack or drink at the end of the night. The decor is kind of bland and there aren’t many amenities, however, the in room coffee is quite good. I think the staff tries hard but they may need a little more help because it seemed to me that they were trying to do a lot of things at one time, impacting the quality of service. The parking is a little expensive but probably in line with the going rates in Pittsburgh. Overall, I’d stay again for the convenience, particularly if you are seeing a show, but it is a little dodgy in the immediate area of the hotel so it’s good to be alert as you walk to and from the cultural district.

Highly recommend. Room was clean, pool was nice, and staff were all really helpful.

The fellow checking me in at 1:00 a.m. knew that my train was late and why. He was very nice

After a fantastic first stay at the Drury Plaza hotel in Santa Fe, NM, I suggested Drury Plaza Pittsburgh hotel to family members coming together in the city for a destination birthday. The price was good, and Drury Plaza simply is not like other hotels, with its lively breakfast and happy hours. The energy and service and extra details are great. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy. The building was classic, an old Federal Reserve depository, with lots of quirky historical design elements. The hotel earns 5 stars for all of this and more. However, what meant even more to me on this trip was that the Drury Plaza helped me when travel plans unrelated to the hotel went wrong (i.e. flight disruptions). I could not have asked for more gracious, competent, and empathetic service, both from the hotel staff and from the corporate customer service team. When things didn't go to plan, I felt as if the Drury Plaza team took my side when it did not need to. I will not forget how well the team treated me when I am looking to make future travel arrangements or recommend a hotel to others. I cannot recommend the Drury Plaza Pittsburgh hotel specifically, or the Drury Plaza branded hotels generally, any more highly. Thank you for a wonderful stay and guest experience!

Beautiful hotel, inside and out. Spacious rooms, great amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Terrific car valet service - convenient.
Navigable web site. Fair and competitive room prices.
All in all, a terrific choice for hotel stays in Pittsburgh.

Very good experience. Staff was excellent. Friendly people and excellent breakfast.

This hotel is not a very luxury one but it is really exceptional. Where would you find a hotel that offers a very good breakfast (cold and hot), a dinner buffet, beverages and fresh popcorn every day, all included with your booking at a reasonable price in Pittsburgh! It has a swimming pool, small gym and a friendly staff greeting guests table to table! Moreover, it is at a walking distance to Market Square and many restaurants. Clean and quiet. It is worthy and not so expensive. We will come back.

This hotel never disappoints. the front desk staff is great! Rooms are enormous and comfy.. the only issue is that it is so family friendly that families with kiddos can be super noisy in hallways and in the breakfast area.
4.7
Free hot breakfast and dinner included. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
4.7
My room wasnt available. Waited almost 45 minutes, just to be offered a room with 2 queens instead of the room I paid for. Could have offered me a a drink coupon. I might have been due a refund as well.

We had a great stay. The hotel was very clean all the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable when asked them about places around Downtown Pittsburgh. Kickback at 5:30 is a great feature ive never been to any other hotel who did that.

The woman that checked us in was wonderful!
So personable! Very welcoming 👍I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, she loved the job and made it a pleasant experience! Valet bc workers were wonderful and working very hard! Great staff
4.7
Very nice hotel with interesting historical details. You have to see the old bank vaults in the basement!

We have stayed at the Drury before and like coming back to attend Pirate games. It is well located and the staff are extremely positive and make the stay worth it. Always a pleasant stay for us hers.
4.7
It was great I had stayed @ at a different location previously & it was great also, I would recommend the Drury hotel to anyone
4.7
Great stay! Wish the price was a little lower. The nightly rate plus valet ends up getting pretty steep.
4.7
It was not my favorite Drury stay. I had blood spots on a sheet in one of the beds, along with a yellow stain on the bedspread.
My room wasn’t ready after check in time. The clock didn’t work in our room. It was terrible.
4.7
Our stay at Drury was mixed. Hotel clean, valet excellent, staff friendly. Needs process work and updates. We requested a suite w/ pullout couch and after getting home late from Pirates game realized no sheets or pillows had been provided for couch. Wrangling these items at 11p wasn’t smooth. 3 towels provided for 4 person family. Basic TVs with no streaming service availability - outdated! Room very noisy - elevators slamming, doors within room very squeaky, etc. Needs some updates and TLC.

Wonderful quick check in. We took a Quick trip to the bar after a baseball game. We had great service all around. Thanks!
