Very disappointed.
What to start with...
The place is not clean, cleanup is superficial and you can see dirt everywhere. On the 3 sinks 2 were broken and overall feels rundown.
Mattress is not comfortable and bed sheets don't stick to it. The place feel cramped even by capsul standards. There is no space to eat or work, not even a table.
Finally, they do not keep baggage after checkout, a very basic service. Had to roam around Shibuya to find a locker big enough and that's not easy.

Affordable great place to stay for guys

First day i walked in smelled awful came back an hour later was good.
I thought the hotel was a private room from the pics but its not. But there are like 3 locks boxes one for shoes one for luggage and one for personal stuff in your sleeping hole
Saw a random 2 inch caterpillar on my 3rd day.

The staff was very nice and accommodating to the people who stay there.

well organised hostel that provides everything you need for a quick stay. of course, this is a capsule style hotel, so the bed is a small box, but here inside everything is super nicely organised: a little tv, plugs, a little box for storing things. the bathroom, locker storage, laundry, is super well organised and everything is clean. I was in the bed at the very end of the corridor, so the wifi was sometimes a little unreliable, but no drama. in walking distance to Shibuya with some restaurants, convenience stores otw. Also some vending machines with cold drinks on the route. good and cheap option for a quick stay alone I would say!

It’s good location at Shibuya.
This dormitory is really normal. But in Japan, I expect more friendly “omotenashi”.
Staff was no friendly, and kindly…

This place is SO convenient and cheap. It's well maintained and comfortable. Sakuragaokacho is a pretty neighbourhood: there's a street near this hotel that's maybe my favourite in Tokyo so far.
My first and only capsule experience - it's just not for me, but I can't fault commun SHIBUYA.

Nice people and nice area

Check-in and check-out went smoothly, although I think one of the other staffers didn't think I understood any Japanese. The capsule bed was pretty comfortable. There was a 7-11 a short walk away. The capsule had a TV that I could plug my Switch into, although it came with headphones that didn't seem to work. (...which is fine; I have some bluetooth headphones that I use to connect to my Switch.) Most of the other facilities were pretty cramped. The floor I was on had three toilets, although the dryer in the one I used didn't seem to work. (It had a button for it. *shrug*) And I had three keys: One for the shoe locker, one for the locker-room locker for storing my luggage (which I'd classify as 'mid-size,' and it was a tight fit) and one of the little locker in my capsule. All in all, it was the guy in a nearby capsule talking on his phone that kept me from sleeping, not anything the hotel did.

The bathroom and the locker room are separated from the bedroom, which is nice but lack of space for organizing luggage. Only one bathroom were available for the entire floor, but thankfully I didn't have to wait in line for too long to take a shower. The staff were generally helpful. The location is in the quieter side of Shibuya. A good place to stay with convenience and away from the crowds.

Good value for money. The place is pretty clean and people were not too loud when entering and exits the pods.
My biggest complain is about the locker room, it’s so narrow so access to get is not convenient.
If you’re solo on a strict budget I recommended it

Stayed for 7 nights. Overall quite good for the price. About 20 people stay in the same hall, but there wasnt much noise during my stay. Mattress was too short and not comfortable to lay on. Luggage closets had only room for one item so there was lots of luggage that didn't fit spread along the walls in the storage room. There were 2 showers but only 1 was operative.

5 stars! Clean, friendly, and quiet. They provide all toiletries as well (included, no extra charge). For the price, it's unbeatable.

For what it is (capsule style hotel) there was a bit more room then expected. Staff were helpful and ran me through the process despite not knowing much Japanese. Only issue I had were the noises made for the neighbouring rooms.

The stay was nearly perfect. The comfortableness, privacy and quietness of my bunk is spot on. The only thing I could pick about is the little smell of the restroom area.

There is not seat area to make phone call because seating area close in before 9:00AM asking you go to locker area make phone calls

Nice variety of accessories, clean bathrooms, capsule mattress had some stains under the garment, but besides that perfect.

Everything was to a very good standard.
Even the meeting area down stairs where you are charged to use, turned out to be a very good deal as there is a vending machine which is free so, evens out.
The only thing that concerned me everytime i used it was the access ladder on d5, its position is an accident waiting to happen.

The place is so clean and comfortable. I was in Tokyo for an overnight layover so it was perfect. It was an easy walk from the train station.

First time staying in a capsule hotel, and wasn't terrible but I'll probably stick with actual hotels. Not a bad option as its in a good spot if you're staying for a day or two.

It’s very clean, and only having a capsule forces you to go out and explore. This is wonderfully close to Shibuya station where there’s always something to do.

This was my first time staying in a hostel and it was a great experience. Extremely polite staff and very clean, they maintain cleanliness everyday. Another perk is that they supply you with shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc.

Good location. Within comfortable walking distance of Shibuya Station.Similar to some of the other newer capsule hotels in Japan Ive stayed in. The capsule area and toilet/washroom/shower areas were very clean. A good range of toiletries provided in the washroom. I like that it has a luggage room for you to store large luggage which comes equipped with cable locks. Although its unlikely that anyone will just make off with your luggage considering that 1) its Japan and 2) theres 24-hour CCTV surveillance of the area, the added security of the cable lock does give some extra peace of mind. One thing to note is that there is a flight of several stairsteps to get from the reception area to the capsule floor. The stairs are rather narrow and may be challenging to use if youve got large or heavy luggage. For my single night stay, I was able to get a good sleep in the capsule and did not encounter any considerable issues.Id recommend this if youre looking for an affordable place to stay for a night.

The attitude of the staff was extremely bad. One of the female staff was really not willing to help. The price was expensive. Don't think of any reason that this hotel was worth the price. Overall, it was the worst experience that I ever have. I won't book this hotel anymore.
