Booked this at the last minute to attend a gig. It was cheap, so I wasn't expecting much, but was honestly very impressed. Lovely place to stay. Clean room, comfy bed. Highly recommended.

The hotel was warm and clean with added bonus of parking right outside the hotel it's central to most attractions with in 10 minutes walk from the hotel the breakfast was good quality ingredients cooked to a high standard and in a clean dinning area the only faults where the mattress was to soft but that's my own comfort the water in showers was good pressure once it ran for a bit no blackout curtains so light in the mornings the staff where very helpful and couldn't help you enough real value for money

clean room,handily located.never saw a member of staff after checking in til leaving 3 days later,but had no issues.only slight negative would be size of the shower,quite small.but no complaints really,would stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Owners made you feel welcome on arrival. The waitresses at Breakfast were very good and chatty and food was served very promptly.Full English Breakfast sets you up for the day. Only a 5 minute walk to central pier and town centre.Would highly reccommend this hotel for couples and families.

Excellent location for the tower and winter gardens. Room was small adequate for weekend with really comfy bed. Room could do with blackout curtain or blind to help keep room cooler in hot weather.

We arrived in were greeted by an extremely friendly Rachel. She was really pleased to see us. One thing to note, she likes cash if possible, so I'd bring some, but she's happy to wait till you get some. The rooms were small but clean and warm. The breakfast was nice and they were happy to help. The bar is decent and prices are good. They made it a nice few days. I would return.

Only 5 minutes walk to town and Blackpool tower family room on the top floor room 12 lots of Space for family of 4 nanny and grandpa 2 children age 7/10 very clean not posh but very homely staff great breakfast very good set u up for the day car park in there spaces free Just out side the front of the hotel we just left the car there all week and walked every where the zoo well worth a visit £65 family ticket at the door
