Staff was friendly the place was near but much smaller than appeared in pictures and less amenities. Staff was polite and receptive at all times. Location was good
5.0
The service here was excellent and the room sizes were more than adequate for our family of four. Great amenities included three bottles of water every day, fresh towels, every day, and a washing machine in the room rooms. Location was excellent as well, right in the heart of restaurants in Akasaka.
We stayed in Kyoto in the middle of the stay so they kept our larger pieces of luggage for us.

Not a very friendly welcome
The Japanese style room was in a bad condition and the bath was a disaster we’ve asked to change to another which was a bit nicer the massage chair was reaped and broken the hallways rag was stinky and full of dust. Yet the location was superb..we’ve cancelled the second stay in the hotel and went to another one.

We loved our stay at Centurion Classic. The room was incredibly spacious and fantastic for families with young children. There was a washing machine and drying room and beds were very comfortable. Staff were fantastic.
Akasaka is a great place to stay in Tokyo - many great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and 2 subway stations close by. We would happily stay here again!!

Good location. Great service!

Very nice

Good staff. Fun places to eat. Taxis if you ask for them. A nice Jinja very close by and lots of traditional and new small shops. The shower/tub/toilet is flexible and nice. The property must be old but it has a nice individual feel. It’s not trying to be anything else. The beds are comfy. There’s a good fridge and freezer, a sink for washing dishes. - microwave, and closet space and a room to store luggage (in the room!) and although we don’t have children with us, the puzzles at the elevators were really cute and thoughtful. Loved our stay!

Staff was excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly and accommodating for English speakers

This place was nice, clean and had great service. Was in close walking distance to several subway stations which is key when staying in Tokyo. I would recommend this to anyone and would stay here again

Great staff and amenities provided for our family. Location was very close to the metro stations (i.e. walking distance of less than 10 mins). Please note surrounding areas at night is catered towards adults, such as bars, etc. so caution for children under 16. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel room was spacious but the room was quite old. We did enjoy the in-room washer/dryer combo. It was great even though the dryer took a long time to dry the clothing. The location was great, very close to the train station which we used often. Just a note about the entrance of the hotel. It was hard to find at first, but it was just around the corner from where google map pointed us to. Overall, it was a good experience for us.

Very pleased with this hotel - great location (I think the perfect spot in Tokyo with easy access anywhere).
Terrific staff and we had a large room too.

Service is great. Staff are very helpful and kind. Property is very conveniently close to grocery restaurants (particularly ramen). Close to train station. Washer And Dryer inside our room is the best amenity. Very helpful to us especially with kids.

A lot restaurant nearby,staff friendly.

Staff and accomodations were excellent. The room was clean and the location is in the middle of everything. The only thing that stopped a complete 5 star review was the AC being weak (there was a note apologizing for the strained AC) and the super small elevator. I would definitely stay again, but probably not in the summer.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the corner room. We had a balcony which wrapped around our room, giving a nice break from the busy day. The room was spacious and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely book again to stay in the neighborhood again.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, area around was filled with nightlife, there is 2 station nearby that was able to get to every location I needed to.
8.0
Very close to a station with lots of eating options. The elevator went out during our stay but the staff did their best to make things better for us. The hotel also had issues with the ac which made sleeping at night difficult.

We checked in end of July/1st week August which I know is the peak of summer for Tokyo. Our room AC is not working well to a point that we’re sweating while sleeping during the evening. I complained a few times with No resolution instead we were given electric fans on our last night.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel during the summer specifically if you want a good night sleep.
10.0
Great location and super clean area. However, Close to karaoke bars. If you go out at night for late dinner chances you come across drunk young Japanese men.
5.0
Convenient location. The area is nice, lot of good restaurants and access to metros, but there are some clubs/casinos in the area so perhaps not oriented towards families.
6.0
The staff at the property were very nice and helpful. The rooms were so warm though that it was hard to sleep. It was summer when we went and they had a note up that they were having difficulty with running the AC too much. This meant our rooms were warm, we didn’t sleep much and it made our trip less enjoyable.

low ceiling, moldy walls, dark, and the rugs were disgusting.

If we ever visit wonderful Japan again.. we are staying here!! Every time!!!

The Centurion was very nice. Staff were excellent. Everyone was very polite, helpful and spoke English very well. Location is close and convenient to all Metro stops that we used to get everywhere in Tokyo and Disney. We were here 5 years ago as well. The room this time was roomier but more dated than our room in 2019. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Nice hotel in a happening neighborhood. While you're not near attractions, there's plenty of other stuff (restaurants and shops) nearby.
Also staff were super helpful in calling to confirm dinner reservations for the places I'd found.

Big room, old style, really nice price in Tokyo.
Super friendly staff. Recommend big room to families. Best ramen across the street. (Yellow)

The place is so spacious. We are so happy we stayed here!! 15 min train ride to Shibuya crossing :)
Very convenient place, lots of place to go for food around. Don quijote is just at the back of the hotel too!

Stayed here with family from late June to early July.
Pros: The hotel is very close to both the Akasaka-Mitsuke and Akasaka metro stations. It is distant enough to be removed from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku and Shibuya which is only a few metro stops away. There are a few Family Marts close by as well as a Picasso (by Don Quijote). Lots of restaurants around. Rooms are huge and beds are very comfortable. Staff are friendly and very receptive to your needs. There was a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom as well. Area is safe.
Cons: Because the rooms are so large, the A/C doesn't efficiently cool the room. Had to ask for a circulating fan which only helped a little. Although there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel, most are yakitori-type which cater to after-hours business folks and men looking for host bars. Although a family with children (20 or younger) can accommodate, the area is mainly for late night outings and clubs. The hotel does not have much in its lobby other than the receptionist and a few household items you can grab on your way to the room. No tea/coffee/water/snack reception area or bar. There is only 1 elevator. If you're going to use the clothes dryer function, DON'T. Gather your laundry and go to the nearby laundromat to dry or else you'll end up spending hours waiting.
Would I stay here again you ask? Probably not at this location but probably their sister locations nearby only because they appeared more high-end.
Hope this helps.

The area has wide selections of restaurants and bar. Close to train stations.. Staff very polite and nice. Property is clean.

Penthouse Maisonette Family Suite - only sheer blinds - no blockout blinds which meant we woke at 430am with sunrise. This is the only major downside to this hotel.
Good location
6.0
Overall, the hotel was average. The 1 thing that was disappointing was that daily cleaning services were not included as part of price. If you wanted additional cleaning it was extra. I felt like this was more of a cost savings policy and not an environmentally friendly policy. If it was environmentally friendly, they would have offered recycling in the room. For the price paid I expected our room to be cleaned. Also, Tokyo was really hot during our stay. Although the A/C worked only the area closest to the A/C was cold so the team was unbalanced, some people were cold, others hot. Would I stay at this hotel again, probably not, I’d rather pay a few extra dollars to have full services at another place.
8.0
Convenient location and friendly staff. Good size room for Tokyo, with a king-sized bed to boot! It also had a small sitting area, which was appreciated as we used it to eat. Room also had a washer, which we didn’t use. But, we did use the dryer in the bathroom to dry our wet clothes after a downpour. Only one elevator for the building and it was very small so sometimes you had to wait. Very small lobby. Hard to find the first time and note that there are many Centurion properties close by, so make sure you are going to the right one!

Great location, beautiful rooms with great city views. Plenty of space for a family. We took advantage of the credits and got foot massages. Will be back.

Overall stay was good. We enjoyed our stay.
