Probably our worst stay. I regret booking this place, I should have done more research. Location not the best. The good thing is they have valet service for reasonable price but the rooms were small. They charged me for water when the host originally said it was included. Overall I would say just stay there if you need a night to stay don’t expect too much.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Nunu. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Its location, just a short distance from the city centre, was also a major plus.
3.0
Great breakfast, and nice that it has a balcony. Tricky to find. When you enter the building, there is no visible signage or indication that you are in a hotel. Only until you get to the stairs do you see a sign to go to the second floor. Comfortable and basic. 12 min walk from the train station and easy walkable distance to many sights, shopping and restaurants.

Hotel was fine, on a main avenue and near the historic district. Naples, on the whole, is dirty and graffitti ridden...no matter where you go. So while it seems like a skeptchy neighborhood, they all look the same...only there 1 night and was fine. They arranged for our 4am transfer to airport, which was great.

The entrance to the hotel is a tiny door cut into a larger door (it's likely you'll hit your head on the upper section at some point during your stay). This door is partially blocked by refuse bins. The main street which the hotel fronts is covered with graffiti and overflowing bins is dirty and smells.
The elevator to the reception area is tiny with only just enough room for 2 people and their luggage. Their is no signage inside the elevaror as to what is on each floor. Reception itself is very clean and tidy and the gentleman who checked us in was very polite and spoke excellent English. The first impression of the room is good, you can see that they are trying to bring a bright and modern touch to an old building. Unfortunately first impressions do not last long. The bed is uncomfortable and the pillows are awful. If you are a light sleeper you should absolutely avoid this hotel as the traffic noise is unbelievable at all hours of the day and night. I lost count of the number of times we were woken by motorbikes or emergency sirens. When you have managed to get to sleep the shower then drips and runs randomly waking you up (the shower is separated from the bed by a glass screen only). The lamp beside our bed did not work as someone had broken the switch, the shower was poor and the towels are some of the thinest I have ever experienced.
On a positive note, all of the staff are very friendly and their English is much better than my Italian.

Great place to stay in central location.

Hidden gem in the middle of everything. Super walkable and the staff were very helpful. Couldn’t have navigated Napoli without Roberta. Nice breakfast.

Excellent hotel in an older building. Hotel is very design and furnishings are very new. Very accomodating staff who are very willing to provide support.

Great stay. Nice room and friendly staff

The hotel, conveniently located for all the main city cites and wider travel to Pompeii etc, on Corso Umberto, about a 15 minute walk from the main railway station and seems to occupy roughly half of three floors of a residential building. As such there is a common entrance hall accessed through a heavy wooden door (you need to press an entry button for it to click so that you can push it open). Depending on your arrival time you may be greeted with big garbage bins by the entrance or inside the entrance hall. Not so appealing.
Corso Umberto is a main road with traffic 24 h and despite the double glazing it can be very noisy so a front room is not recommended if you are a light sleeper.
The staff are very helpful and acknowledged the noise issue. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The breakfasts are very good. However, the translation of the in room facilities into English are inaccurate as they do not provide tea and coffee making as stated. They will make you a cup, presumably at a cost.

Otherwise hotel is ok, but you can clearly hear everything in next rooms and hallways. Not for those who prefer privacy. Max 3 star hotel.

I did not like the appearance at the entrance at the beginning but then we got use to it. the inside is very modern, I will come back to the same Hotel when ever I visit Napoli.

It was a pleasant stay, simple and nice in the middle of Naple near every area

Don’t be put off by entrance through huge wooden door into dark shared lobby. Hotel reception on 1st floor (prima piano). Reception staff really helpful; quirky pink room decor and great breakfast made for a great stay in Naples.

This was a spotless and well maintained hotel in the middle of a very busy city. Clean rooms and excellent staff. The staff was more than willing to advise the answers to most all questions. I would highly recommend “Nunu” and would definitely stay there again the next time in Napoli.

So pretty! Great room, delicious breakfast, convenient central location.

It was a great place to stay close to everything.

Breakfast was very good. The room was ok but not very clean and the sound carries between rooms. It was difficult to find the hotel and it is on a very busy road.

First of all, this property is not a hotel. This is an apartment transformed into a hotel with 4-5 rooms.
I was looking for an hotel experience and I didn’t get it. The building is a normal residential one where this apartment “Hotel” is on the first floor.
I fell in the trap for the second time on Expedia who are allowing apartments transformed into so called hotels to be listed on their site.they call themselves hotels and they are not. You can hear everything from your room. They mentioned they have a parking, they don’t, they have a valet parking where he ll ask for money in return. That’s not what I looked for.

The staff was excellent here. My interactions with everyone was pleasant and they all were helpful from advice about dining options to directions to just needing to fill a water bottle. Property on a main thoroughfare, but you couldn’t hear anything in the room. The balconies were cool.

Hotel Nunu is a good place to stay. I was in a Superior room which was a good size and all the necessary amenties and more. Breakfast is excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. Well located to the old centre and tovthe port for ferry and hydrofoil access. I

The whole stay was ruined by the INSANE thin walls and room door. While in bed, it felt like we were in an open room with our neighbouring guests. And if that wasn’t bad enough, you need to ring a door bell in order to get into the building in the evenings and at night. So with an 24/7 reception, we kept waking up to the door bell at all times. It literally felt like someone buzzed our own door bell. The night shift talked to someone for hours after 1am, and I feel like I was a part of the conversation. We stayed for two nights, and at 12am the final night we were so exhausted that we even tried to find a new hotel. No other comment from the employees than: «I’m sorry to hear that». Got a total of 4h sleep during those two nights.
Went for the parking option in a garage given by the hotel, as we had read that street parking is not very safe. An older man picked the car up, and was supposed to drive it to a nearby garage. To our surprise we found the car parked on the street 10-15 minutes later! We had to demand a photo proof that the car was actually in a garage when we asked the reception to confront the parking guy… In addition, the hotel tried to charge us a 2h late fee of €20 for not picking up the car at 5pm, even though we had informed the morning receptionist that we would be back from a day trip at 7pm, which she said was totally fine. After a 15min wait, we got that fee waivered.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Naples is not a place I would go again.

We loved the hotel, it was very modern, and clean. Breakfast had lots of choices. Staffs were so helpful to accommodate us with late arrival and luggage storage.

Very noisy building where you can hear everything in the room.
Bathroom very impractical with almost no space to reach toilet.
Will not come back here

Location is nice for Naples.

The room was very chic and had all the necessities! We only stayed one night before moving onto the next city, but was a lovely stay! Great location and walkable to all of the historical sites. The girl at the front desk spoke English really well and was extraordinarily helpful. The only “negative” is that the entrance was a bit difficult to locate - but once we figured it out once it was easy.

Quirky hotel within walking distance of the main sites of Naples.

Very clean, good breakfast and desk reception very helpful printing booking passes.
Elevator too tiny.

Great little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It was quite difficult to find as there where no real entrance or even a sign on the street... Very clean, very fresh and lovley AC, which was needed during the very hot days in Naples!

Okay, so when you see the building from the outside, you might feel like you made a mistake because it looks like an apartment building. But inside over a couple of different floors is this really nice hotel. Someone is always there, which I find reassuring, and they were very friendly and helped arrange airport transfers for us. The room was not huge, but I felt like it was pretty spacious given European standards generally. Plus it had a nice little balcony. It was located by the subway line and made it easy to get everywhere.

All the staff we interacted with during our stay were very friendly and helpful. Always service with a smile and they ensured we enjoyed every part of our stay.

I stepped off elevator and immediately saw the pink! Their lobby and all the rooms are white and pink; modern and fun and bright…gorgeous! The staff were all so friendly and helpful and are always smiling. It’s a smaller hotel but offers so much more than expected.

This was a lovely spot in Naples. Staff, room and the area were great. Fun spot to explore from.
Clean, cool and great ac!

Compared to the dirty streets and loud cars around the hotel, Hotel Nunù was clean, quiet, and the air conditioning was amazing in the July heat. The staff were kind and helpful. I was nervous to stay in Naples, but my partner and I felt completely safe at Hotel Nunù. The balcony was awesome. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was clean and convenient for two nights. The layout of the room we were in was unusual in that there were steps to and from the bathroom. This meant there was a very bright light next to the steps to prevent accident that could not be turned off. Bring an eye mask or ask for a room with no steps.
