Séjour dépaysant, dans un pays accueillant et chaleureux...dommage qu'il y ai tant de déchets au sol

La situation géographique, le personnel accueillant, le calme dans l'hôtel

Matelas recouvert d'un drap plat au lieu d'un drap housse : ça ne tient pas. Petit déjeuner : manque d'exotisme, présentation basique sous cellophane Aucun alcool n'est servi dans cet hôtel-restaurant

Petit souci avec la porte de la douche qui ne ferme pas, donc ça inonde la salle de bain à chaque fois qu'on prend une douche. J'en ai parlé au personnel mais visiblement c'est normal...!

El apartamento está muy bien, frente a la piscina y cerca del restaurante. Las instalaciones están muy limpias y el personal está al tanto de todo. El desayuno muy bien organizado.

Lugar de 10 volvería sin dudar

El alojamiento es 10/10 , El apartamento es espacioso dos h dos b con todas sus comodidades . Precio económico , buen wifi . Lo mejor sin duda es la amabilidad del personal , recepción , limpieza y restaurante . El detalle de bienvenida nos encantó .

Lo único que no me gusto es que los apartamentos tienen cocina pero no hay utensilios para cocinar , la cocina estaba vacía .

Ottimo punto di appoggio per Reporter e persone che stanno viaggiando.

Questa struttura è ottima se sei "on the road". Si trova sulla strada principale, ha una bella piscina all' interno della struttura. Le camere danno tutte sul cortile interno dunque la strada non da fastidio. Io ho dormito molto bene. Anche il letto era ottimo. Il parcheggio per le auto è disponibile di fronte all' entrata. C'è anche un ristorante dove si possono consumare dei pasti senza lasciare l' albergo. Per chi ha viaggiato tutto il giorno ed è stanco del viaggio è un bel vantaggio. Le camere sono di fatto delle suites, sono belle e curate, hanno un buon bagno e anche un cucinotto con frigorifero. L' assistenza alla reception è molto buona, i ragazzi(e) sono simpatici e ti aiutano. Il prezzo era molto onesto considerando che gennaio a Djerba è naturalmente bassa stagione.

Se vogliamo trovare il pelo nell' uovo, c'è una cucina, ma non ho trovato le posate, ne i bicchieri. Probabilmente andavano richiesti, ma se hai fretta normalmente queste cose non le fai. I cuscini non mi hanno entusiasmato. Forse anche qui chiedendo magari si può fare qualcosa.

Amazing stay

Super friendly staff. They made me feel welcome directly. They provided me on advice for tours and what to visit. The breakfast was simple with tasty local products. The suites are very big. The beds were comfortable.

Sejour calme et agréable.

J'ai adoré le cadre entre hôtel et appart avec piscine central bien éclairé. Très calme au mois de décembre. Chambre appart sur 2 niveaux Parfait

Soggiorno invernale rilassante

Bellissima Suite in un complesso silenzioso e curato. Posizione interessante per visitare l'isola di Djerba e rilassarsi anche d'inverno. Colazione al mattino molto buona con scelta salata/dolce, bsissa djerbienne buonissima e personale gentilissimo. Pulizia della camera eccellente e personale sempre disponibile e gentile.

Agréable séjour à la découverte d’un patrimoine culturel classé au patrimoine de l’UNESCO

L’accueil, la suite et la piscine, même si je n’ai pas pu me baigner car l’eau était très froide. Le personnel était serviable et à l’écoute.

Charming stay in the heart of the island

We absolutely loved the stay in Djerba Palm Suites! Staff is very polite and helpful. The suite exceeded our expectations - looks even better in reality than on the photos and is very spacious. We enjoyed our time at the pool and had lovely dinner delivered to our room from the hotel restaurant - I can recommend salad mechouia and the best souris d'agneau I've had in my life. Parking staff deserves extra recognition for always recommending the best spot taking into account the sun & shadow. The location is perfect for visiting the island, we used the car and could easily access the beach, nearby cities & attractions as well as do quick shopping

Perhaps different options / more choices for breakfast every day if you would like to improve something? But for our couple current breakafast was totally fine with both sweet and salty options available :)

Good looking suites , very friendly staff , the cleaning was on point with small nice details, the breakfast was with a nice variety of things including traditional tunisian sweets. Overall a quiet nice experience

Limited time for the pool (till 7 pm is still a good time though but could have been nice for night swims)

Very clean apartments

The apartment is super clean and comfortable, very quiet environment and staff were welcoming at the reception especially Mr. Maher. (Thank you) 🙏

I didn’t like the man providing breakfast and his way of hiding food! Yes, I went with my family to have breakfast on the first day and he has offered us very limited food. on the following day I asked him for another options and I had to ask twice to get me choice.

Lovely stay in Djerba

The staff members were really friendly, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delicious. Parking is easy and gated.

The location is 15mins from the houmt souk. The drive is easy but everything is in that area

Lovely, clean modern apartment on 2 floors, pool outside front door and restaurant and cafe on site, and around 20 mins walk to beach and supermarket (that sells alcohol)!

Really enjoyed our stay at Palm Djerba! The stuff was super friendly and helpful anytime. The flat was huge and also very clean. In summary: Super friendly stuff, clean and nice flat and great price-performance ratio!
