At check in Cathy was not friendly I was like we were bothering her, she never made eye contact when I asked questions and she was brief. The first room had feces on the floor, the next room was very dirty the couch, carpet, bedskirt all had stains, the toilet was dirty, the lamp shades did not have proper hardware to keep the shades in place, light bulbs missing or burnt out. Room smelled bathroom door knob falling off. Area was not the safest. I only stayed because I purchased my own cleaning products otherwise I would have immediately left, the beds were uncomfortable and worst of all when i got home I had bites on me, checked and it was bed bugs. DO NOT waster your $$ staying here.

I stayed two non consecutive nights, the AC on 13th was making noise all night long. I checked in pretty late so I informed the hotel when i woke up for breakfast. The second night the rooms filthy! Dogg hair everywhere, I informed the hotel but it was the only room they had on first floor. I was extremely upset about my experience and i would like some type of compensation. I have proof via video/pictures. The couch and carpet was full of dog hair. I am allergic to dogs!! I was sneezing all night not understanding why till I noticed the dog hair all over the room. I checked in early but i didnt go to the room till 12/1am, so i informed them again as soon as i woke up because it was the only available room on first i they could not change it and i was only a one nighter. Please compensate me, I spoke with Paula as my person of contact for 13th/15th

Ok, not the best area and hotel not in great shape. Quite few stains on couch, toilet and shower backed up, but not comfortable. Feasible for one night, close to a lot of good restaurants. Would not likely return.

The hotel itself is clean and decent. Parking was a little tight for the area and construction. The staff wasn't very friendly no greetings or smiles. The door to my room constanly malfuctioned. The shower and tub connections was not working properly. The breakfeast options were not the best as everything tasted old and dry.

Average stay between the airport and town. Hotel is not in great condition. Carpet stains, dust everywhere, bedding in need of a refresh. The employee at check in was so kind and helpful when we arrived late at night, and that makes a huge difference!

Dead Cricket in the bathroom. Baseboards and wall were dirty. Front desk lady was nice but seemed frazzled as it was a lot of traffic due to a UT game

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat and very clumpy. The only down side was the free breakfast. It was awful! Powdered eggs were okay but the sausage was nasty and bacon was rubbery and unable to even chew it. Overall, it was enjoyable and I would stay again!

Someone had thrown up in our room and we didn't realize it until it was too late to move rooms. They needed to clean our carpets much better. For the first time, I was disappointed in our room.

Very disappointed. Reserved an accessible room, but they did not have any available so I was provided a regular room and that room was covered in dog hair. I asked for housekeeping to come clean and the front desk staff let me know there was no housekeeping working and could give me a different room. The new room was not much better. They were stains in the main hallways on the carpet and it smelled badly. I ultimately requested a refund and they gave me one. After a very long day of travel, I had to go find another hotel. That said, the staff was relatively friendly and tried to be accommodating. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly. However, I give this motel an average rating: 1) No USB ports in the room 2) No Business office or designated area. No computer or terminal for guest use. 3) Breakfast offerings were very mediocre: two sugary cereals and rice crispies; no oat meal or healthy offering. 4) No variety in breakfast offering: same old same old every morning. 5) Chairs, cushions and covers in breakfast area were worn out and need replacing. 6) The Comfort Suites in Buda, TX a few miles down the road do not have the negatives I have mentioned.

My Expedia reservation was not honored. I had to pay higher rates for a new reservation. We waited an hour for the hotel and Expedia to communicate. The receptionist was unprofessional and cursed at other people, including the employee in training, in front of me. The rooms were not vacuumed. The bath towels were stained with brown and orange colors. The pool was not clean. They started cleaning it Thursday morning. We checked in Monday.

The hotel was nice. The only issues I had was the shower water pressure was not coming out strong enough. Also somebody just randomly banged on my door really loud at 5 something in the morning one of the nights I was there and woke me up. I also didn’t like how you couldn’t open the windows and the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working. But the hotel was nice and comfortable to stay in.

Disappointing customer service. Stayed there for our daughter’s first baby’s birth, because we had stayed before and had great service and accommodations. Good service until I let them know my plans changed and was able to stay with my daughter. I requested to check out 2 days early and they said I could but would be charged because I prepaid (not sure what that has to do with it), and Hotels.com tried as well since I booked through them and they were denied. They told me I had booked the refundable room rate, but I guess that didn’t matter. I gave them a day’s notice as well and could have checked out after only 1 night rather than 2.

Lobby looked good. The public restroom on the Lobby was awful. There was no toilet paper, the paper towel dispenser was opened and the floor was dirty. Breakfast was very good, except for 1 day. They had a different attendant, and she was just sitting, looking at her phone. The area looked messy that day. The room was spacious. It looked like it had better days. The covers had stains, the shower curtain was ripped. Overall it was ok for the price i paid. I would not stay here for a family trip, but for a business trip it was ok. P. S. The app does not allow me to upload my pictures.

The staff was friendly, but the room itself was rundown. The sink handle and desk chair were broken. When I pulled back the top mattress to check for bedbugs (which there were none), I found a lot of dust, dander, and hair littering the boxspring. The shower flooring was stained brown.

Front desk person was so nice and helpful. Room was decent. We didn't complain about anything since we were only there 2 nights to sleep but the bathroom had long hair everywhere as if the cleaners didn’t vacuum or even wipe tops of counters and toilet down. The sheets were dingy and pillowcases had stains on them. Otherwise it was better than other places we’ve stayed at in Austin but a little pricey for what you get.
