Upon arrival to our room and when walked to the bathroom, there were cockroaches, flops was stayed and dirty as well as stain on the bed sheet. We immediately left the room and asked to speak with the manager and was told won’t be in till tomorrow, we asked for refund but we were informed they couldn’t. We booked a near by hotel and left with the intention to come back next morning and talk to the manager. We did the next day and she stated they are sorry but nothing they can do but for us ti co tact hotel.com in which we will do once we return home. So far the most disgusting hotel we have ever put foot in. We are also planning to contact the health department to report this property. While we could not get fast enough a picture of the roach I took some of the floor and sheet.

Busy weekend was glad to have a hotel stay. Didn’t have any soaps in our bathroom besides a used one that was forgotten. They fixed that right away and we were good to go

We always enjoy our stay here. It’s clean for the most part we found some hair in the bathroom and one towel had something crusty orange on it but they are fast to correct mistakes and make your stay comfortable.

Good location. Average room for its price, nothing stands out. Staff answered questions without problem but without any warmth or enthusiasm. For the price, I'd stay there again without problem, but it's not a standout hotel.

First night was horrible. The people above us were running up and down the room, jumping up and down, and sounded like they were moving furniture. They were shaking the light fixtures in our room. We called the front desk and he said he will call them. It never stopped. We called again and he said they did not answer so he would go talk to them. Why did he not do that after they did not answer the phone? They talked to them and 5 minutes later started again. An hour later we called back and they said they called the police. Stopped at 12 am and started back up at 5 am. We had them move us to the top floor. The room was not properly clean. The shelf below the sink had not been dusted in a long time. Products that were spilled and ran down the front of the sink. The towels were so rough and it felt like sand paper. What looks like mold in one corner. Pool area was dirty. Muddy everywhere. Breakfast area was dirty and no one cleaning it up as breakfast was going on. Ice machine on 4th floor does not work. Bleached stains everywhere in the hall ways. We asked for a receipt and said they would not give us one. Told us we had to get it come hotels.com. Even though website says the hotel gives it to us.

Check in was easy and painless. Our room was clean and stocked, breakfast was actually rather good. Only suggestion I have is softer beds. I was only there 1 night to get sleep after the Texas Tech game before making the 5 drive home. It served its purpose and all the staff was pleasant.

The hotel was absolutely GROSS. From the carpets down to me discovering a bug in the bed. The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional in handling the matter. He did not want to change my room because he said he needed to see the bug and take pictures. Needless to say the finally decided to change my room after coming up to look at the room that has the bug in the bed.

Hotel upon arrival looked really nice. Got to the room and the AC wasn't on and didn't work for the first 24 hours of our stay. Front desk came to room at 11 pm to "look at it" and said "yeah it's not working, sorry" we can send maintenance tomorrow. Mind you, I told them immediately when I arrived (4 pm) that it wasn't working and nothing was done except a phone call to a maintenance guy that said it would take awhile. Additionally, the AC unit in the room had 1 vent for a 2 room suite. This single vent was located in the back corner of the bedroom and air blew straight to the floor. AC also didn't blow out of the bathroom vent at all and no ceiling fans to help circulate air. Very stuffy and uncomfortable. Towels were dirty, remotes were missing backs, no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. When I asked for bedding and a pillow (one pillow) they said sorry we don't have any we are full this weekend.....Why didn't the room have a spare set of bedding for the provided pull out sofa that I paid for??? I eventually got a sheet set and a hard sofa pillow. Really wish I could have given this hotel a better review but I paid OVER $600 for 2 nights and was only met with poor service and facilities. I would not recommend staying here.

We have stayed here before, and it is a lovely place. However, this time our room (217) door latch was broken! The dead bolt was misaligned with its hole in the door jam, so it did not work. And we had to push the door closed several times just to get the latch to catch and stay closed. We did not report this issue until checkout, and were assured it would be fixed immediately.

The location and check in process was great and the front staffs were nice. However, there are hairs from previous stay on the bathroom floors, the beds and the shower curtain. The carpet looked like maybe vacuumed but not thoroughly. Unfortunately, we spotted two cockroaches, one in our room and one in the elevator.

It was so clean and comfortable. There was an issue with one of the lamps with electricity being wonky. I reported it upon my departure and the staff was very friendly and apologetic . I would highly recommend this place.

your night desk clerk was extremely rude and not helpful at all when LPD was called to the hotel due to a stolen key card to my room. Desk clerk almost did not want to change my key card to a new number to replace the one that was taken from my room. Thanks

DO NOT STAY HERE, pictures are not accurate or up to date, it was disgusting, dirty, looked like it’s never been cleaned, didn’t even smell clean. There was dust EVERYWHERE. Black hair all over the toilet, bathtub looked like it haven’t been cleaned since it was opened.
