It was just fine. Did just what we needed

Overall a good stay. Just a few things I would like to see changed but I would probably stay there again 😊

Room was nice and big. Staff was as very friendly and made corrections to room as soon as we asked (our tv went out and the maintenance man got us a replacement as quick as he could).

BREAKFAST - we stayed three days and breakfast was the same EVERY DAY!!! The only meat was the sausage in the gravy. Hotel needs to put shades in their rooms that can be raised or lowered. If you want to sleep in don’t count on your room being dark. I also didn’t realize they didn’t have a pool. They have

Will not stay here again.

Location and spacious. Nice front desk staff.

Bathrooms had hard water stains on shower head and faucet. Tub was yellow and white, where the slip mat was taken off. I didn’t feel comfortable taking shower here and waited for the next hotel in Dallas. Towel rack and counters had a white layer of powder all over it. I ended up cleaning it myself since I had already asked for a room change due to a noise disturbance at the first room we were in. I just wanted some rest at this point. Tried to watch a little TV but the remotes did not work in BOTH rooms. I asked for batteries when returning the key to the first room and the remote worked after I replaced the batteries.

We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was fine. We enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, coffee and juice.

Nothing to do with facilities, but being wakened at 4:44 AM by noisy neighbors.

Not worth the money

The room was spacious. There was adequate supplies.

The bathtub was filthy. Things were broken all over the room. There were problems with the walls, and the place seemed trashy for the price. It had a high score on here, so I had high expectations,but it definitely did not meet them. Plus there were people running up and down the halls most of the night.

The staff was super friendly and the room was very spacious.

It was clean, felt new, and very spacious. Love that we could get 2 king beds.

The breakfast was very crowded with very little seating and limited in food options. Seemed like an afterthought. Not a deal breaker as I don’t count on free breakfast but it was the biggest negative.

Great location and not bad overall

Breakfast was good. Loved the biscuits and sausage gravy. Wish there was sausage and bacon available but not bad overall. Of course can’t go wrong with the Texas shaped waffles

We will stay again just for the double very comfortable long beds

The location is great!!! We love that they have double king bed rooms!!! The beds are very comfortable! Rooms are very spacious.

The room wasn’t super clean mainly the bathroom. It looked like it was cleaned after last guest but hadn’t been stayed in for a while as there was dust around the towels in the wooden cabinet. You could see the outline of the object once moved.

Superb

Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to meet any needs we had.

When checking in I was unaware there was a extra charge of $100 because my card was a debit card. I was informed that it would be deposited back after my stay but if I had know before hand I would had used a different form of payment.

We will definitely stay here again when we come to Lubbock again

The location is great!! The price is great!! The best thing is the rooms with 2 king beds! Perfect for my family of 4

Our bathroom was dusty. On the shelves you could see where something was at previously and had a dust ring.

Spacious & great value for your money but maintenance needed.

We love that the room was spacious and has the best lay out of all the hotel we visited this Holiday. Great prize for the room & location. Beds were comfy, clean & soft. Room has good ambient lighting, not blinding or bright. The furnitures were practical and modern. working welll; refrigerator & microwave. We enjoyed the flooring with no carpets. Big TV with cable channels. Strong wifi. Heater ,& vent were quiet. Room with an amazing view of the Texas horizon. We watched beautiful sunrise & sunset from our window. Location is near highway exit & restaurants.

Room needs a bit of maintenance. Wear & tear on furnitures, walls & bathroom fixtures. Furniture and floor were dusty. The room looks like it hadn't been occupied for a while. There were clamps or hair near the A/C. Breakfast was disappointing, not many choices. Staff not too accommodating. Carpets in hallway smelled musty & wet dog. Room smelled a bit of dog poop. We had to open the window to air it out. Parking is shared with an even building and Comfort Inn.
