At 6. floor of Edificio America. For checkin just wait for anybody at building entrance. Rooms with ensuite bath, function is ok, good value for less money. Owner very helpfull. Locos x cuba is a good and inexpensive restaurant about 200m away.

When i arrival in 1st Jan i paid the $16(USD) to the manager. i can't check my bank account online in cuba. Today i check my bank account already deducted $19 (USD). If mean i paid double from my room. Can't i get back my $16 (USD)
