I came to stay the day after a big game, so maybe that is why, but a good portion of the fabrics (bed frame and chairs) were stained and gross. There was no shower curtain liner and minimal towels.
The location is great and the theme decor is great, but cleanliness suffered on this stay.

Nothing like the Graduate in Knoxville! It is a must stay!
2.5
Great hotel and location for anyone visiting the university. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee in the lobby would have been nice, but the room are beautiful and the hotel is in great condition.
2.5
Comfy beds, excellent customer service, valet parking, great drinks, food was good!
2.5
Only bad things i can say is they have instant coffee in the rooms and parking is limited so the logical thing is the 40 dollar valet......

Friendly staff.
Great coffee shop and great staff.

It was so cute! Will stay again

I am not a “hotel snob” but if I’m paying $300/night I expect the curtains to close and to have a basic coffee maker in my room. Got a suite for a one night stopover during a long road trip and the staff was super nice however the curtains did not even close (neither of the two windows in the suite, so the sun awakened us all at 0630. Perhaps worse yet, there was an electric tea kettle and coffee cups with creamer stir sticks and sugar but no coffee itself or hot tea at all. Just sloppy for a $300/night room.

Stay was fine. Hotel is in a great location for UT. Hallways and rooms were pretty clean but could be better. Registration staff was personable. Valet staff very personable. Valet pricing too high. We did not take advantage of food options this time, except lobby coffee, which was perfectly made to order.

Amazing location if you are visiting the University. Lobby is super cute and school spirit is everywhere! Rooms are cute but some of the furniture / bedding could use a refresh. Pillow case had holes in it. Bed platform upholstery was worn / dirty looking. Overall the rooms decor is very cute though. Staff is so friendly!

The room was very nice, but the area was just ok. We had to Uber to the main area for dinner.

Had to be at the local hospital early. The hotel was the closest. What a great surprise!! Decent price and very comfortable room. The whole place is packed with awesome Vols decor. Can’t wait to be there during a game weekend.

Wonderful hotel! Great restaurant and bar!

Valet guy hides behind podium in the evening. Cleaning of rooms not done for 3 whole days of 4 night stay. Just horrible. Will never stay there again.

Customer service was lovely. It was cute and quirky. The room felt damp. There was only instant coffee in the room…weird and the coffee bar was not open. There is coffee within walking distance. I assume this place is crazy during sporting events but was nice stay without!

Room was pretty dirty as far as the build up around the walls and floor and the walls could be washed on the bathroom. Shower curtain had the pink slim on it.

Great stay.
Parking is tough, valet available. 6pm-8am you can park for free on the back side of hotel.

Beautiful, great location, tons of great Peyton Manning memorabilia.

The hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately, the sink in our room (704) was fully clogged and would not drain. The front desk stated the maintenance wasn't available to fix the issue so they moved us to a another room (703). Ironically, that bathroom sink was also fully clogged. It's not the biggest deal but also expected a stay with zero issues.. especially for my wifes birthday. Just a reminder to check all drains on a consistent basis.

Not great at all, first room smelled like dog urine and second room had stains on bedding and mold in the shower. Also, VIP status wasn’t recognized, so we did not get the $15 food and beverage credit
4.0
Great property and an amazing location! Only thing bad to say is our bed was a little too firm for our liking but other than that, staff and cleanliness was all top-tier

It was nice hotel that's close to school and downtown area.

A very nice stay !

Musty smell and the undies don’t open. The $33 I paid for 2 breakfasts turned out to be $15 credit to their coffee bar!!
Parking is valet only at $35. One small water bottle was $5!!
Such a joke this place. Avoid it.

Staff is friendly. Beautiful decor all over the hotel. Drinks at saloon 16 are overpriced for the quality but still very fun experience

What a pleasant surprise! The staff was exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was great.

We love graduate hotels! The only negative thing was only one person working behind the counter in the morning at the coffee bar. Sometimes the line was too long.

The Knoxville Graduate is a very nice hotel and the staff are very friendly. The valet service is very good, and the only hotel parking option, other than off property. The daily parking fee is a bit steep.
5.0
Very well designed!!

Room phone doesn’t have an option to call the desk or dining. The bar doesn’t feel like it belongs. The valet parks your vehicle in a front lot 10 feet from entrance. Not terrible over all, just shouldn’t be listed as a 4 star hotel.
2.5
Hotel was really cute. I love a non-chain type of feel and this was definitely unique. The staff was friendly. We will stay here again on our next trip to Knoxville.

You can’t get any closer to campus. It’s so convenient and walkable to everything and a short drive to downtown.
