Was a very spacious two-bedroom unit that was close to downtown and near many restaurants. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. Safe area so no concerns walking from place to place. Rooms were clean and was awesome having a full kitchen. The customer service personnel were super pleasant and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay.

Very clean. Only thing to note was the other two rooms even though locked felt uneasy having them there. Other than that and the louder noise from nearby boarders it was good

The location is perfect! The apartment was quiet, and extremely clean! The only things I would say to fix anything would be to have a tv in the master. We really wanted to lay in bed and watch movies ! The pull out sofa in the living room did great for that. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Overall we loved it!

Stay was great Luke the property manager took care of everything that came up and made sure our stay was the getaway we were wanting.

Wanted to extend my stay by 2 nights and unfortunately a better rate was not extended causing an inconvenience of checking out and into another establishment.
At the time, hotels.com had a better rate.

We love Mint House! It's our home away from home. All the comforts of home (full-size fridge, full kitchen, separate bedroom) for the same price as a hotel.

Very comfortable- great location

Check in was a lil confusing. They had switched our room as an upgrade from the 2 bedroom, due to not having internet. We were standing at the wrong room trying to enter in our code for about 30 min. We asked to be compensated for the lack of internet, but they declined. All of that aside:
The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent. We werent able to shower or do laundry due to Helene, and were able to clean ourselves, do 8 loads of laundry, and feel human again.
Mint house helped raise our spirits, and made returning to no power, no water in Asheville much easier. My only suggestion would be to have better communication.

Unique experience. Price was great for location so u give up a few amenities like parking and onsite support. I will stay here again as location is perfect

We were honestly so disappointed. It was so uncomfortable, with one worn out smelly old sofa, minimal super dated furniture, no TVs in bedrooms, tiny bath with bedrooms on top of it offering zero privacy, and very loud clunking noise when you use shower. It would be so easy to make this place nice. Just $5k would make it a completely different experience. It just felt dated, uncomfortable and gross. Even the plastic horizontal shades let light in between their broken pieces. Definitely wouldn’t ever go back and feel like we over paid for what we got.

I enjoyed my stay at MintHouse, I was traveling for business trip and felt very welcomed. Only take away would be parking, all they need is a designated parking area.

We typically stay on the West End, but this facility downtown is just as good very nice great staff everybody communicates with you. Quiet cozy will definitely be back.

Mint House never disappoints. The only small negative would be the apartment we stayed in showed some aging in the appliances and some cosmetic details. Other than that it was fantastic

Great location. Walkable to all of Greenville. A bit noisy since the master bedroom faces the street. There were several events going on the weekend we stayed but the property is excellent.

Very clean, great location, safe, and communication was great

Gorgeous property but self check in was impossible due to the onsite computer system. Had to wait in 90 degree weather with the family and call Min House customer service (who incidentally never resolved the issue). Thankfully were let into lobby by another person and we were able to get into our room to access the lobby passes from there.

Mint house has always been good to me the only flaw is the parking here due to them not having any. Overall good safe, clean place to stay

loved the place, the location, the layout! Did not enjoy the way too soft mattresses and the too little noise cancelation within the apartment and its neighboring places!

Good location, good value for size of unit. Smell is kinda weird from nearby restaurant but mainly in lobby and elevators. Very thin walls, heard upstairs party and traffic.

Great location with a short walk to the river park and restaurants. Property was clean and easy to access. One thing I would note is that Mint House Greenville does not provide parking. They do email you ahead of time to let you know that and suggest two available public parking locations nearby (that you pay for separately), but there's no way to reserve parking in advance. We arrived on a Friday evening when the local baseball team had a game to find that parking in the city was scarce. The deck that they recommended was full, and we were lucky to get one of the last spots in the surface lot they suggested. I would have been very frustrated after driving for 3 hours to find that there was no available parking! It all worked out (we parked the car and left it there the entire weekend) but definitely something to be aware of. Plan to arrive earlier on Friday, if possible, to make sure you can secure a parking spot.

First they kept saying they weren't receiving my security deposit payment, but as soon as i showed them it had gone through not once but twice, all of a sudden, it was "a miscommunication"...luckily i checked my bank account before allowing them to run it again like they wanted to do. Also, when I called to straighten any confusion up more quickly since I was driving to the hotel at that time, I was told that they cannot help me over the phone and I needed to respond to the texts being sent with any questions... oookay...so I did this, and THEN, they kept stating they were sending over the check-in info by text and email shortly, but it wasn't until I requested they reimburse me for the time I was not able to enter the room that MAGICALLY it came through text to me...mind you, this was an HOUR after check-in with my family and i waiting with our luggage. Then, after returning from dinner, the room was 76* inside, and no matter what the AC is on, it never gets any colder...at 8am, it finally made it down to 74*.
The property was clean, and spacious, with a great location, but the customer service was crap, they somehow blamed ME for them not getting me check-in info on time even though all texts and emails were working just fine...since I was already texting and emailing things to them throughout my drive there, and to top everything off, we got to sleep in a sauna without any tv's or fans in the bedrooms to help take your mind off sweating all night.

We loved the size of the room, the convenience to the park, shops, and restaurants, and the comfort of the bed. The hallway of the building needs some updating or at least more cleanliness as well as the room itself. The couch had crumbs all over it. I tried to book another night using the chat over the app and it took a long time to get a response. I would still book here again in the future.

This place is awesome! The only drawback is that the door code wasn’t sent to us, we had to call, wait for 20 min, then we got the code. Once we obtained the code everything was perfect.

We loved our stay at Mint Hill. The location was perfect, access getting in was easy, and it was very spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night. Noise level was great except for construction but that did not affect our stay. The only issue we had was one of the comforters had a red stain. My daughter was concerned it was a blood stain so she just slept in my bed.

Charged additional for security deposits. Still haven’t received back, hard to contact people for help.

Our latest trip to Greenville was very nice. Mint House was new to us and allowed our group to stay “together” in comfort. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. Though parking wasn’t included or provided, Riverplace garage was close by and very convenient. We will mist likely utilize Mint House again.

The location is great for city access. Many restaurants in walking distance. I only with my 3 bedroom had a balcony.
