Large accomodation. Tidy and clean. A bit noisy with other occupants opening and closing doors but overall a pleasant stay. This was the kids favourite accommodation due to the little chocolate on their pillows 😊 lovely touch.

Room was nice and large enough, although the shower needs to be cleaned better. Other guests talking in their rooms with the doors open meant I couldn't sleep as it was so noisy. I didn't obtain my 10% discount when ordering food and a drink, even though I had my room key in my hand, as it obviously wasn't noticeable to the staff member serving me.

It was a lovely place to stay, far enough from city centre to not be super busy at late hours.

The room was clean and tidy and as expected in terms of functionality. Whilst this is not a criticism of the hotel per se I did find it quite noisy, as despite reminders during check in, and on signs and other information provided, other guests failed to refrain from loud conversations in the corridor. The noise certainly travels.

A basic room above a very busy restaurant, which seemed to be the main business. It was difficult getting served at reception on arrival, and there were no staff around when we checked out. The place is deserted overnight. The room was cramped and a bit scruffy, no milk in fridge to go with the tea and coffee, no hand towels. Best thing was scruffy balcony with a nice view. And it had wifi which we weren't expecting.

Room was comfortable but a bit noisy. All rooms are on 2nd floor and there is no elevator.

We really liked it there.
They had a separate room wirh microwave, dining table and ironing board which I found quite convenient.
The only parking was in a car park accross the road which we were a bit hesitant about at first but it was a safe area and our car was fine.

The staff seemed to have to do everything. The young girl who checked us in was also in the restaurant. They all looked tired!
Our room was clean and basic. The balcony could have done with a makeover or even a simple clean

Booking a room in Bunbury at the moment was very difficult so I was very pleased to find the Parade Hotel had an available booking. The unit was clean, quiet and nicely made up. Staff were friendly and helpful. The checking in and out was streamlined and appeared to go smoothly. The held deposit was returned promptly as advised.

Friendly Welcome. Food was excellent. Nice little Bottlemart liquor store onsite with a good range of drinks. Plenty of free parking across the road.

Don't let the nice riverfront pictures fool you. Let me unfold the most bizarre experience with a hotel.
As I planned to arrive after 7pm, I called multiple times to inform in advance, reaching no one each time. A bad sign, but I figured their restaurant opens till 9pm, so I'd be fine.
When we arrived, the glass front door was locked. Peeking inside, 2 pallets of dirty sheets were stacked in the middle of a dimly lit lobby, which didn't look presentable or operational. A notice outside listed an emergency number for guests, which I called promptly. No answer, to my dismay.
After 10min of standing in freezing rain, I was convinced that Expedia listed a closed down hotel in error. Just as I was to find a new hotel, a staff appeared from inside, walking towards me. Savior! I knocked on the glass door, eye contact made, and only a few feet from me, he turned and disappeared.
Confused and shocked, I questioned my own existence for a min. Refusing to believe hope lapsed, I kept knocking, until he reappeared, promptly turning his back to me and walked away.
I blanked for a sec. Where am I?
Eventually, a female staff opened the door. A group of staff were partying and drinking in the restaurant area at business hours, so no one bothered. One girl unhappily checked me in (as I stood next to dirty sheets), complained about my signature and gave me the same emergency number. I explained the number didn't work, she gave me a dirty look and answered: anyways, that's the number.

Dirty and even had tooth paste in the sink area. Balcony dirty and window and door frames dirty, as well as the Balcony floor. Don't bother ringing them first thing in the morning as they won't answer till the evening. Restaurant food tasted good but my parmigiana had hair attached to it. I would have reported it but hubby didn't want to be embarrassed. So overall disappointing

Accommodation good and clean.
Ordered food only to be told when I enquired the order didn’t go from the till to the kitchen and all they could do was give a refund. At 8:30 I wasn’t too keen to try and find food in a known city. Felt they could do much better

After a long Friday driving from Perth to Yallingup and then back to Bunbury we checked in at 7:30pm, and decided after grabbing a quick bite to eat at the burger shop next door to come in and have a beer and play some pool to relax. By 9pm the place was almost empty and at 9:15pm there was a sign saying bar shuts at 10pm which is fine - let’s have one last beer and play a quick game of pool and head up. By 9:25pm the bar was shut down, stools up and music off making us feel super awkward and uncomfortable so we ended our game quickly and went up to our room. The Parade is such a nice place I struggle to understand how it’s dead by 9:30pm on a Friday night, especially given there are overnight guests that could be spending at the bar
We loved our stay apart from that, the room was beautifully renovated, bathroom light was so glaringly bright during the night it hurt to open eyes but hey that’s just a change of lightbulb. Bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean, kudos to your cleaning staff
Would we come back? Probably not given being on holiday means we look for places where we can enjoy a few drinks after dinner and don’t need an early bedtime which is a shame as it’s one of the nicest locations in Bunbury

The hotel has a lovely view and the bar and restaurant area sits right on the river which is pretty at night. The room was big enough for our 1 night stay.
