Weekly cleaner for stays longer than 8 nights.

We DO NOT charge cleaning fees - with the expectation that unit is left clean and tidy.
You can opt for a cleaning fee if that is more suitable to your circumstances.
Tariff is for one person - $20 per person per night for extra people.
Everything provided - just bring your clothes and tucker.
Pantry service available on request and at cost only.
Kindly note - Reservations made on the day of arrival will require a $200 refundable bond. Bond will be refunded to your bank account within 48 hours of departure.

My Son 16, dogs Teddy and Boo had an amazing break. There was nothing that you did not need. Like walking from your home into another....just bringing clothing and food.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home.
Jo had thoughtfully baked a (delicious) fresh fruit loaf, which was still warm on our arrival at the house.
Even though we were only staying for 1 night, we immediately settled in comfortably as the home is so cosy.
Jo-anne has really thought about everything to make a short term stay easy and pleasant.
We would love to stay again and will definitely recommend Jo-annes place to friends and family.

This is a well thought out and very easy place to stay. Job is an attentive host and everything is considered down to the pegs . There is nothing missing. Our dog was happy and with good walks nearby she was well catered for as well. We will definitely be back if it is available. Thanks.

Jo-anne is the best host we have ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to ensure that we had as much information before our arrival, to enable us to plan what we wanted to see and do whilst in Bunbury. The unit itself wants for nothing. Jo-anne literally has thought of absolutely everything. She even asked us what she could stock the pantry and fridge with, to help us out for the first night and next morning, as we arrived on a public holiday. Having access to a drying line, indoor drying rack, and an electric dryer was a Godsend for our longer stay. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very pleasant. The recliner was well used at the end of long days. The unit is very conveniently located within walking distance of a major shopping centre, as were the community playground and wetland walk, which were brilliant. I was doing work during our stay and the unlimited internet access was a real bonus. The street itself is a bit hidden from the main road and does not have a sign post, so it is a little hard to find despite Jo-anne's maps. It is not the prettiest street but it is quiet and the neighbours are friendly. It is ideal for 2-4 guests. We cannot fault Jo-anne's accommodation.
Beware however, of the vegetarian pizza - unless you like olives, pineapple, and pickled onion, as a combination, we suggest you steer clear of that option.

Very nice, and clean, everything you want, and quiet, property is close to shops, (woolworths),so you dont have to carry food ,the beach isn't that far away, would reccomend this stay to friemds, owner was lovely..

This place is well set up. Wash and dry clothes, cook whatever and coffe machine with pods. What more do you need? Oh yes comfortable bed, crisp linen and towels galore. Games to play and DVD’s .

The owners have thought of everything their guests may need during their stay making my stay hassle free. The property is in a great central yet quiet location, was immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. My puppy was safe in the fully enclosed courtyard and really enjoyed the variety of walks in the vicinity. Highly recommend this property.

This accommodation was excellent. Good location near the beach, wildlife park, big swamp park and shops. All these within walking distance. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Jo-anne was great, very helpful with everything and would pop in with homemade buns. The unit was a good size and has all modcons. Great response for the internet and also Netflix. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed for three weeks, it was home. Thanks Jo-anne for being being a great host. Brian and Linda
