Was good. Perfect for what I needed.

Very small room for one. OK but part of room unusable as blocked by bed. Not as convenient for public transport as expected. Basically you rock up, get your keys an.d drop them in a box when checking out. Nice obliging check in but no replenishment of tea/coffee etc in 2 night stay. Acceptable for a short stay but price on a par with better chain hotels nearer to good transport links

Light fittings not been cleaned for a long while. Not happy that we found a dirty sock on the floor that wasn't ours. Fire alarn went off at 5am no fire instructions in the room. Went back to room 10pm door unlocked and tv on. They said they had faults with some tv's and been check ing them.

Affordable stay, you get the facilities what you have paid for nothing fancy. The staff should have been politer.

First of all the hotel has changed its name. We was not informed of this. It is now called Hyde Park. We tried to ring the hotel of our arrival time and no one answered. It was by pure luck when we arrived and knocked on the door that someone answered. The hotel clearly needs some improvements. We had to ask for towels has only one was left in the room. Also you need to be more honest as part of the hotel is residential which we wasnt informed of. We had a terrible night as it was noisy through the night with televisions and constantly doors banging shut.I also think that guests need to know that it is in a high muslin community with front doors having outside metal security doors as added protection. So obviously comes across has a risky area.Overall it was not a pleasant stay and would not recommend this hotel.

This seems to be a place where temporary accommodation is provided to local people. It was very noisy - people were talking on their mobile phones loudly until midnight. Two amubulances turned up - one at 1am. It felt like an almshouse for people with mental health problems - unless you are a very good sleeper and impervious to endless noise, I wouldn't recommend it.

We wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful for a one night stay for Christmas markets and a concert, cheap yes, cheerful no. Free parking good. When a place smells so much of Febreeze it makes you wonder why. We declined the non English breakfast and left asap next morning, never to return! It served a purpose!

The location was great and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and they make you feel at home and not just at guest house. The family room was big and the beds were cozy. My family liked the place and appreciated the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. We would certainly come back again and we recommend it for family stay.
