Great stay, good service, amazing facilities - kayaks and paddle boards available and included, makes a total difference. Perfect location on the lagoon, and super helpful reception staff to help book taxies or giving you the tips to get around easy and become self sufficient with taxies

Beautiful room, very clean. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The food is very fresh and tasty.

I did a solo trip and really enjoyed my stay. Conveniently located downtown/centre. The room was beautiful and had everything I need (no TV because of the layout but I didn’t need it). Breakfast was included and delicious everyday. The restaurant is currently closed outside of breakfast. Pool area is small but cute. The neighborhood is very, very local feeling. Lots of small spots to eat walking distance. I rented a bike from the front desk for two days, biked to gran cenote one day and to their sister property beach club (included in your stay) which was a nice vibe. I had to walk down a bit to the public beach to get into the water as the beach club’s beach is more rocky at the shore. Overall would definitely stay here again for the price and how helpful the staff was.

A cute boutique hotel, nice rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool had algae growing in it but otherwise everything was clean. Breakfast was okay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Casa Agape. Alex at the front desk is incredibly helpful with arranging transportation, providing activity recommendations, and finding great food in the city. Casa Agape is very clean, has great AC, very comfortable beds, warm showers, and has a great overall vibe. We were always greeted at the door when we arrived and the gate to the hotel closes at 10pm - but there is always someone at the front desk to open and welcome you back. The morning breakfast is so yummy - we loved the daily juices and fruits and highly recommend the chilaquiles. We also met the owners, a couple, over breakfast and loved chatting with them. When we are back in Tulúm, we will be back at Casa Agape!

A true vegan paradise! The breakfast was worth the price of the stay. The beach club was a great option, and the dinner at the beach club was the most romantic place we ever ate!

The pool was not as expected. It was dirty. The resort didnt really have any amenities to speak of.

I figure it´s one of the nicer hotels in Tulum but the bar isn´t set very high in that city. It´s very loud in the whole town. Across the street is a hostel, they like to party. I read that in the reviews and can confirm so I brought my earplugs and that was fine.
For us the location was perfect since the Aki supermarket and the ADO bus station for our tours were just 10 minutes by foot. Our dive instructor works at the hostel across the street and there are several great restaurants withing 10 minutes walking distance.
The room was clean and modern, shower nice and big. Bed was very comfortable. The garden is not worth it. Very small surrounded by 5 meters of concrete wall, so you don´t even know if the sun is out or not.
Still I can recommend staying here and use the hotel as your hq to start journeys to ruins/cenotes/dives etc.

Staff was cheap with the towels but the breakfast was alright but light. Overall 3/5 as it was on the pricy side and not many amenities.

This “hotel” was so bad, it’s almost laughable.
Ants, bugs in the room, “housekeeping” was a joke, no tissue in the rooms. Shower and shower head was covered in calcification (needs a good vinegar soak or something). Sink looked mouldy.
“Pool” was a joke - more like a large bathtub.
Saving grace was the vegan restaurant upstairs. Near food options, and great staff there (not hotel staff).

Hardly ever say any other guests - it was like we had the place to ourselves! We loved lounging on the pool deck in the afternoon (the sun is best then) and only once had another person join us. The breakfast included was light and just the perfect amount - juice of the day, coffee, fresh bread and fruit. The front desk was always willing to help us - with renting bikes, arranging transportation to/from the airport and recommending cenotes.
We took a taxi (for $20) to the Diamente K one day and it was heaven. Such a cool property with a rocky beachfront, a sandy cove and a secluded plunge pool.

I loved my stay at this hotel the service was great. The room didn’t have a tv because there concept is to spend alone time with family or the person you are traveling with which I loved. The bed was amazing I wish I could have took it home lol.And the property location was right near the strip where you could just walk and get a bite to eat or tour the area. The hotel gives you a discount to visit different places we went to Casa Tortuga Cenotes it was amazing we paid $22 and it 2 underground caves and lazy river and 1 big open swim area and you get a group tour guide which was amazing. They have a breakfast cafe called Rossina down the strip which is owned by a lady and her sister that is amazing you have to go try it.Now with something good it’s always something you may not like the it’s a club or bar on the side that’s noisy at night they don’t play music all night but you can hear it even with the windows closed. But I’m definitely going back to this place when I visit Tulum again…..

We had a lovely stay! The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were all wonderful! We really enjoyed the rooftop plunge pool in late afternoons after coming back from the beach. The beach club access was a huge plus! The hotel is easy walking distance to everything in town, and close to some great restaurants (highly recommend El Cayuco, which is less than a block away.) We will definitely be back. Gracias por todo!

Property is well located to get around Tulum Central. Reception staff were great. However, restaurant upstairs wasn’t suitable. Food took way too long to arrive and the waiters were not very friendly and responsive to me. Other than that; it’s an ok hotel to stay in if you don’t mind eating out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s a go out and come back to sleep hotel.

We had a great time at Casa Agape, the stuff was friendly and helpful. It was very well situated close to the Main Street in the pueblo but could get quite loud at night. The partner beach club - Diamante K - has probably the nicest beach in all of Tulum

The room and property was flawless. The food in the rooftop restaurant was amazing as well. It was definitely a five star property. The best part was the location. It's located near a taxi stand, street food trucks, and downtown tulum. Restaurants, bars, and lounges are walking distance. However, when I went in my room the previous occupants left dirty smelly stocks in the bathroom that stunk up the room. The cleaning person could have did a better job inspecting the room before we stayed. The hot water did not work well 2 days in a row while being there. In addition, there was no television in the room which is fine. I would suggest providing a Bluetooth speaker for guest. Lastly, the food, drinks, and hookah was overpriced compared to the surrounding area. Especially the hookah.

Quaint little area, great restaurant across the street. You will hear street noise. Sat night, you will hear the club down the street in your room. Lost power one night, and the room got a bit hot.

Casa Agape was amazing! Alexis and the whole staff were incredibly with us. Even before we arrived they made contact with us via whatsapp and made us feel welcomed. The room was super clean, the service was second to none. Thank you so much for making us feel home. We can't wait to go back!

Fantastic hotel. Loved the room. We actually wanted to stay longer. Loved the balcony, the layout of the room, the refillable water bottles, etc. We loved the location (right off the main strip). The only thing is it was a bit loud outside (close to a club/the main strip).

The hotel is on a very quiet street and yet very close to everything in town. I went walking to restaurants and shops. The staff is great, very welcoming and attentive. The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and super comfortable. I also tried the restaurante on the rooftop and definitely recommend it. Would stay there again for sure.

We stayed for a week and would recommend for the convenient location and good value. The rooms are bright, comfortable and spacious, great for a few of you sharing. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of healthy options on offer in the restaurant. The reception staff are friendly and use a WhatsApp service which means they’re really responsive and suggested to us some excursions, one of which we ended up going on and enjoying.
Only a few criticisms. First, when we arrived the room was only made up with one bed when we asked for two in the booking. The staff on reception grabbed an extra set of bedding but weren’t apologetic. Also the housekeeping service didn’t show up on one of the days - there was no explanation or apology about this either. The communication could’ve been better about the excursions as well - I had to ask about the tour company and timings after the hotel had already booked the tour for us (would’ve preferred beforehand). The hostel across the road is pretty noisy too but if you’re a deep sleeper or you bring earplugs you’ll have no issues - we slept really well.

Hotel was clean and rooms quite nice with good standard. On sunday they blasted music on the roof so high that it was hard to even be in the room three floors down, even less the roof by the pool. Party music, there were 2 ppl on the roof and they insisted on going on for hours. The reception was half of the times empty and sometimes easy they got there 10 minutes after you rang the bell.

Would not respond nor give any refund at all for a booking I had made within 24 hours. Moreover, the cancellation refund request was made over four days in advance notice for cancellation with request for any form of refund or assistance. Unresponsive and unhelpful with no rationale reasoning explained. Very disappointing.
