Great stay, lovely room and comfy bed. The bathroom ceiling needed attention as it looked like there had been alterations but the repair to the ceiling was not the best, and with it being a 4* hotel i didnt expect to see a shower curtain instead of a cubicle. Breakfast was good although the area for toast n drinks is small and gets a bit overcrowded. Loved the location due to us going to the Co op arena.

I was convinced I was the only person staying in the hotel, it was that quiet! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable and the decor was nice. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The pricing is great for the quality. You can easily walk to town centre about 15 minutes walk. There isn’t a car park so you will have to park somewhere else but the front desk suggests nearby car parks but overall modern and nice hotel for a quick trip The bed isn’t very comfortable though the pillows are quite hard

Hotel was fine. Just what was needed for a concert at Apollo. Staff very helpful and allowed us an early check in. Hotel a bit isolated in an industrial area but near enough walk to Piccadilly.

Clean, modern and very comfortable hotel! Staff were really helpful and polite and the whole stay was wonderful. Stayed for one night, as we had a gig at the O2 Apollo which was about a 20 minute walk away. Buffet breakfast in the morning was lovely and gluten-free options for those who need them. Would definitely stay here again!

Used the self check in kiosks which were very easy. Room was clean, beds very comfortable. Loved the amount of lighting. The fire alarm went off around 7:30am and we all had to evacuate. There didn’t seem to be any staff members around or anyone giving any updates on announcements on what happened. We all seemed to just go back inside when the alarm stopped with no explanation as to what happened.

Hotel is new and modern. Location is perfect, can easily walk into central. Also great public transport options, even though we used Uber. There’s a Costa and Sainsbury’s across the road if you need to grab some morning coffee or basics. Staff at hotel were welcoming and super helpful. The hotel room was nice clean and modern. Housekeeping came everyday and always gave us extra towels. The bed was comfy - but not the pillows. Downsides : - room was a bit cramped, not much floor space for luggage etc. - Lighting in both bathroom and room was not the best esp as we were 2 women who like good lighting for doing our makeup. - The bathroom also felt cramped, the flush on the toilet was positioned awkwardly and had to press a specific forceful way to flush. No air vents in bathroom. - In the room there is only one full length but not wide window, so natural light isn’t much. - The curtain didn’t fully close to the end so if you are someone who needs full darkness to sleep in then I would double check as my room mate did not sleep much due to the light coming in. - No water bottles were provided in the room. We went and purchased our own. If you are not a local to Manchester, be aware of the different taste and smell of tap water in the whole city, hence why we purchased our own. Other than these I would say the hotel is nice and worth the money if the above downsides are something that you can live with. I probably would book this hotel again if I was coming for 1 night

Room very small, just enough room to walk around the bed. Limited space for clothes, only hanging no drawers. Room safe hidden away at floor level under shelves. No fridge. Only noisy a/c, no windows for air. Woken every morning very early with noise from water system when other guests showering. The good points however are that the bed and pillows were good and the bedding and towels were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very busy with guests as the reception was always full with guests checking in and out. I don’t think I would return to this particular hotel or location.

Was difficult parking for this hotel. The Parking suggested on the hotel website by following the postcode indicated takes you to a car park a long distance away. There is one nearer on Travis Street (50m away) and this needs to be made clearer for customers driving. The rooms are functional, comfortable and well equipped but the air conditioning was not working so sleeping wasn't easy on Floor 10 at 24 degrees. Breakfast was of average quality and simple items such as napkins, hot water and side plates were difficult to find. Staff were friendly and they admitted the parking directions were “misleading” but then why don’t they contact the relevant staff to correct it?!

Room was clean and very nice. Only negative was the pillows which were hard and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor. Most of the hot plates were empty and the food that was there was waterlogged. Worst part about the stay was the staff who were unfriendly and looked very miserable. The greeter at breakfast was actually rude.

Hotel was nice, clean and modern for the most part. However the bedding had some marks on it that wasnt from us but we were to complain. The receptionist that checked us in was very helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. I believe her name was Molly. She managed to help us out by giving us an upgrade, was super friendly and gave great recommendations on what to do in Manchester and what was on locally.

Very friend, helpful staff. Went above and beyond for myself and family. Upgraded our room, given free drinks to tokens. There was a male cleaner who was absolutely great with my son and daughter. Breakfast was great and the staff couldn’t do enough. Hotel room was lovely. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Great view from across the street. There’s also a great bar/pub within a 2 min walk on the industrial estate at the back. Can’t remember the name but it’s definitely worth a visit.
