Horrible customer service, 1st property ever I booked on Expedia and got a downgrade as a Platinum Member. From a deluxe villa to an apartment and was told I got it cheaper than what it's supposed to be but I guess they don't understand Platinum privileges on Expedia or Hotels.com and they don't work to international standards. No principle and professionalism and they have different prices for themselves than what you see on Expedia or Hotels.com. Was told to add money on top of what I paid on Expedia for the Deluxe villa I booked for, I've never experienced anything like this to wherever I've booked and traveled around the world in summer and other seasons. They couldn't honor my second booking after 3 days either for my family members which I had already paid for so I had to cancel and wait for my refund from Expedia.

It was a terrible experience. The property experience Expedia agent is actually a conwoman not allowed even in the premises. She evicted us from the apartment that we were living in the middle night. Claiming that she has not received payment from Expedia despite us having the receipt paying for the apt for 2 nights. The whole day she had the apartment caretakers who we were actually demanding us to leave the apartment. She was very rude when we talked to her and majority of the time she was not answering our calls, calls from the actual apartment owners or Expedia customer service to resolve the issue. The actual property owner said she had no issue with us staying an extra night it is just she needed the payment which the Expedia agent was not willing to pay her. Which means she robbed us of our vacation and instead gave us hell. The actual property managers were actually good but the Expedia property manager is not the manager is just an agent with terrible customer service. She did not put the customer needs first but just her financial gains first. According to the actual property managers she has done this several times to several customers that’s why she was banned from entrance into the premises. My advice to Expedia please do not use her as your agent for any properties or hotels under her contact. She has done this to several customers she will do it again and again. Her name is Fenny and her contact was provided by Expedia on my booking
