Location was perfect for seeing Edinburgh sites and going to restaurants. Most hotels dont accommodate families so it was perfect for a family of 5 adults.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and pretty much as advertised. The living room furniture was a little disappointing, but otherwise the furnishings were fine. Be prepared for a climb up to the 3rd floor of the building.

We all enjoyed the property. Had a few water issues, but communication with management was quick and friendly. I feel it would have served us to have someone meet us at the property since it was our first time there and I had no internet service to get better specifics about the check-in. Thought it had coffee maker, but just a hot water pot for instant coffee. Also wasn't aware about the 4-5 flights of concrete stairs we had to go up until just before the trip. that was my fault for not reading. Loved the location and the shopping and food nearby.

This property is listed as a luxury apartment. We stayed 7nights and I have to say that the bathrooms are not ok! First and foremost the water pressure is not ok. There were several occasions where we had no water coming through the tap at all. The bathrooms are just very dated, it didn’t feel ok. The rest of the apartment is fine. They should also do something with the door locks. It’s difficult to just have one set of keys for all of us when you have to run up and down to open the building entrance door. The location is fantastic. We used to live at 8 Alva Street so we know the area very well.
