Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bedroom 2: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Bathroom 1: Double Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet Separate Toilet.. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Back garden with summerhouse and garden furniture. No smoking. . Welcome to The Daniels, this well-presented detached Bungalow in Bournemouth is situated within walking distance of Queens Park Golf Club and stunning award-winning sandy beaches. Entering the property, you are welcomed into spacious hallway where all the principal rooms can be found. The living room is large with a Smart TV and comfy sofas. The dining room has direct access from the hall and living where there is enough space for all guests to enjoy their evening dinners. The two bedrooms are both doubles with the family bathroom offering a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. There is a separate toilet as well. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob. The conservatory directly off the kitchen is somewhere you can relax after a day exploring. Both front and rear gardens are well kept and mainly laid to lawn to enjoy the summer sun. Bournemouth town centre itself is only a 10-minute drive away here you can explore the many shops, the famous Bournemouth Gardens where you will find something happening all year round for the family or enjoy a day on the stunning beaches, you can choose Bournemouth beach itself or go further afield, with Sandbanks only 20 minutes away of the historic town of Christchurch which is less than a 15-minute drive away. Further afield, if you wanted to explore more the New Forest which is home to many different wild animals from Pigs to ponies and many more, this is really a place where you can spend hours or even days exploring the many hidden trails. The historic Jurassic coastline is a thing of beauty stretching from Poole to Lyme Regis you can find many attractions here for the whole family to enjoy.
